Recently went in looking for a sound system. We had the pleasure of meeting Emilio who was super friendly and professional. He had knowledge in the products and explained everything to us in order to find exactly what we were looking for.
I have rentals and have purchased appliances and other items for my rentals and also for my personal home.I went to home depot, Lowes, best buy, and costco.And brandsmart had the most refrigerators to choose from.The employees were also eager to help. I found the fridge I really like. And the price was better than other less attractive refrigerators.Because of the 2020 pandemic, there is a wait to get certain models, even now during the summer of 2021. But this was true at all the other above mentioned stores also.Even though this place is a little farther away than the other places, it was certainly worth the drive.I highly recommend this place.I am editing this review to add that I found the refrigerator I want at brandsmart. As you can see from the pictures, if I buy the same model, home depot has itnon sale for $1,258 and brandsmart for $1,049
PLEASE READ THIS! If you have any intentions on buying any appliances here; think twice.I was arrested and put in handcuffs in and placed in back of a cop car. All over a washing machine..when the store realized they wouldn’t or couldn’t replace the unit they contact the Hollywood police department and told them I was trespassing. I was then placed in handcuffs..now this is what you call prime customer service A1 care over here!$60 for the washing machine and they ended up delivering it the same-day I was placed in handcuffs.So the moral of the story is, you need a pair of handcuffs in order to get a washing machine or vice versa still trying to figure it out.
I recently purchased a flat screen TV, sound bar and surround system at your Dania store. Mathew Garman and Fisher were most helpful in helping me make a selection. In addition, they suggested the appropriate cables that I would need to complete the installation. They arranged to have your expert installer Erich complete the home installation two days later. Everything is working well two weeks later and I am most appreciative of your superb staff!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought my range in February 2021, was told it would be delivered in March…here we are in mid-June and my range still hasn’t been delivered! I call every two weeks to follow up and spend at least 30-45 min on hold to try to get any type of update on my order. The last time I called, they transferred me to the manager from the appliances section and he was so rude! I told him I was upset that Brandsmart was quick to take my money in February yet 4 months later I still don’t have a range. His exact response to me was “it is what it is and that I could go to Best Buy if I preferred” . I’m sorry but that is ridiculous that he admitted that I’d have better luck with Best Buy. I guess I’ll take his advice! So now after 4 months of waiting I will just get a refund and head to Best Buy.
Amazing experience at this store! We drove all the way from South Miami to visit this location because they had exactly what we were looking for. We were helped by Keld and he was so efficient in getting us just what we wanted. Will definitely be making this our regular Brandsmart store!
I had the worst delivery experience. I was scheduled for delivery by 3:30pm. I had to take time off of work to be home at the scheduled time. The driver showed up 3 hours later, when management office in my building was closed. As a result of the late delivery, my old refrigerator could not be removed and the new refrigerator was simply dropped off without any installation or setup.

What a horrible sales experience. I bought 3 appliances from this store. I own a few rental properties and certainly would have been back for more. When I attempted to return a microwave it took me 3 trips to the actual store. It seemed like every time we called into support when I said word return there was magically difficulties on the call and it would drop. This matter should have required one phone call. On my last trip, the sales rep Cheryl was very helpful but her manager kept telling her to assist other customers rather than assist somebody post sale. I witnessed the manager (tattoos on his hands) walk over to Cheryl while she was assisting me after waiting for 45 minutes and tell her to assist new customers. No repeat business from me
Horrible customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting for weeks on my appliances and every time I go I’m told the next shipment will have your stuff. I call my sales agent, no call back. I call the store and the gentleman I spoke to today 5/20 at around 2:20 hung up on me! This is really poor customer service. I understand that when items are not in stock you have no control over it but please answer your phones and hire people that actually care about your customers. Really disappointed!
Nice new store clean and open but no stairs! The escalator broke, leaving customers to use one elevator to go down. No available stairs?!?! I thought all stores by code have to have stairs available.
Nasty mfers wouldnt allow me to redeem a Miami Brandsmart Exchange Coupon voucher, lied & said that they were not a regular Brandsmart affiliated with the chain as if they were some sort of franchise or something, knowing full well that I had traveled all the way from Miami because the Miami location was out of stock. A call to the corporate office revealed the fact that management lied & refused to honor the Brandsmart exchange voucher

I bought a computer from Brandsmart and bought the protection plan. I brought my computer when it was damaged and it was covered by the protection plan. Its been a horrible experience since they day I dropped my computer off to get fixed. I called the store, but the call was routed to a call center who hung on me 4 times in a row. You could hear the person answering delaying and response and hanging up. The 5th time was a charm with the call center transferring me to Dania Point. They are so nice to you when you are buying but not so nice when and issue arises. I definitely will be looking for alternatives to Brandsmart.

I went to the Brandsmart in Dania Beach, FL. to buy a TV. I bought a 65 Samsung NEO QLED. Wilnick Saint-Jean was my sales person. He was extremely helpful! His product knowledge about the TVs, and about the newest latest and greatest technologie, was excellent! He was also very informative in helping me to calculate my 48 month interest free payments! So if you want or need a new TV, go see Wilnick! He will help you in every step of your way! Btw, I shopped around in many major retailers, and prices were pretty comparable. When one considers the 48 interest free payments, Brandsmart is your best deal!

I have went to the store three times and I can only share the honest truth. This by far is the best Brandsmart I have been to. First off when you enter you will meet the greeter her name is Vanessa she will help you out if you need to find something and when you’re checking out she remembers you all the time just to make sure you went in and got what you needed. I was so thrilled about the service I received I had to walk into the general managers office and let him know that that young lady needs a white shirt and needs to be promoted.

Even though I disclosed that I was not going to make a big dollar purchase, and I only needed a $3 auxiliary cable to make my equipment work, Michelle, listened to my concerns as if I was going to make a big purchase. I was worried no one would want to help me, but she was genuinely motivated to help me just to help me, even if she stood not to make much commission off me. I was grateful for her guidance.
Prices have gone up, employees have no clue what the store offers or where to find it. Last couple of purchases were pure garbage. Sorry guys, you opened up with a bang, but you are slipping fast.

I went to this Brands Mart for the 1st time yesterday. I wanted to purchase a iPad. I was shown a tablet and still decided that I wanted the iPad. I spoke to the salesman as he was passing by he said that hell be with me shortly. I waited awhile and nothing. I asked some else for help and they said they will get someone for me. I waited for another few minutes and nothing. I asked another associate for assistance and was told the same thing. I left without getting my iPad. At that time the store was not super busy so theres no excuse why I couldnt receive service.
My husband abs I went to Brandsmart looking for a great tv. Walnick Saint- Jean was very knowledgeable on help us getting what we were looking for. His patient and great actitudes made this process very smooth.

The location has a great layout, it’s clean and easy to navigate. Particularly the TV and home theater section is very well laid out and has a great variety of products. Walnick Saint Jean took care of me in the best way possible. Not a salesman, an advisor and a friend working with you to make sure you are within your budget. From selecting the right product to navigating the credit application and following up on delivery, he was there every step of the way. Love the new location!! Has everything you would need and bigger than it looks from the outside. They have a pretty big selection of products, especially televisions and refrigerators. The small electronics seemed full and with actually useful items you would be looking for. Definitely coming here more often.
Keeyon is the best ..I bought a Samsung A90 tv .If it wasnt for keeyon I would have bought it at Best Buy .I made multiple trips trying to decide which TV to buy and each time Keeyon spent the time and energy to give me the information I needed with patience and integrity ...He did everything he could to make me feel satisfied with my purchase and close the sale .Keeyon. is definitely an employee Brandsmart can feel proud of .I would hire him myself

Prior to today I have shopped at this specific location several times, but after today never again. I went in looking for a laptop. Specifically, a Lenovo laptop which their website stated they had in stock. When I got there, the sales associates were standing around like vultures about to pounce. The specific vulture who approached me was Moshe. He tried to explain the differences of chrome books and laptops to which I replied, “I know what I’m looking for and the specs”. I saw the floor display of the specific laptop which they had listed at $399 and then a second price with the security software. Again, I knew what I wanted and didn’t want any extras. I was fully prepared to spend the $399 + tax. Moshe proceeded to tell me he didn’t have any in stock but he would sell me the floor model with 2 year warranty thrown in. Essentially making the same thing they would have without the 2 year service plan. For some people that might sound great, but I’m not new to computers or how to fix them. I would have never utilized the 2 year service and told him that. I said you would have to knock some of the cost off the top of you want to sell me this laptop. He went and spoke to his manager and came back and said okay I can take “50” off but he had to “throw in the 2 year agreement which was still charged at $50. Essentially STILL getting the MSRP for an open box display model. At this point I said whatever I’ll take it. He disappeared for 5 minutes only to come back and advise me that he couldn’t find the box. He said “you’ll get the charger and laptop”. That’s not going to work for me. This is a floor model, a lot of people had their hands on it. Plus the return police states that all returns must include original packaging. If I got home and something was wrong with this laptop I wouldn’t have been able to return it. At this point my patience for the whole scenario went out the window. I told him this all just seemed too hokie and proceeded to leave. He followed me for about 10 steps trying to say something and I didn’t pay it any attention. This was a HUGE waste of my time. How can you expect someone to pay the MSRP for an open box display model? And then to insult my intelligence by “throwing in” a service agreement that probably wouldn’t have even been used. It’s disgusting that Brandsmart still uses the old commission tactics of old. I don’t blame Moshe for trying to make his commission, I blame Brandsmart for making their employees have to use these deceptive practices to make their commission. These days most people do their research before buying a laptop. They walk in and know what they want. I’ll never shop at this store again and will advise anyone I know not to either.
Worst store ever. every time you request to speak to the manager Robert k he never answers the phone. I made numerous of trip to the store and still my issue isnt resolved. I purchased a washer and dryer. when it was delivered it wasnt working. the delivery guy christopher told me to keep the dryer and call the store which I did. after calling the store so much they were unable to rectify my issue over the phone. when I made it to the store they informed me the delivery driver Christopher should have taking the machine back. Also when I got there Robert k didnt even speak to me knowing I been calling regarding this issue. Thankfully max was there to help me and he spoke to the store manager to replace the machine. But wait its gets better my new dryer shouldve have been delivered on Tuesday. I called to confirm my delivery and they sent me a text confirmation text regarding my delivery.So surprisingly the day of delivery the told me the item wasnt in stock anymore but when I called the store for a refund the advise me the item was in stock I ask for a manager again and again Robert k refuse to answer the phone the associate advise me he was at lunch still till today I have no new machine and no one has yet to call me. So never again will I purchase anything from brnadsmart the only care about getting your money.

What experience I had none.. I ask for help the guy walked with me then pointed to the product and he kept on walking.. really.. I guess the $100.00 antenna wasnt enough to warrant a little help..so I left and went to Best But, they were the opposite inbthe service great help from Best Buy..
I am aware of Brandsmart locations being the opposite of customer friendly but this location is by far the WORST! Employees walk by you without asking if you need any help, and when I did ask an employee whom I think is a mananger, where to find the printers, he pointed and said something like “down there, you will see a picture of Shaquille Oneal”... the worst customer service ever, just unbelievable. Oh and I have been standing “down there” for over 10 minutes looking around. I do not see any pics of Shaquille Oneal nor any printers”..EDITED TO SAY: After standing around for over 10 minutes looking for an employee to assist me, I decided to just forget about the printer and other items that I needed and got in line to pay for the one item in my cart. I saw the manager named Manny walking by and I stopped him to explain the horrible customer service. An employee who saw me standing looking around for 10 minutes who did NOT ask me if I needed help, decides to come over to hear what I had to say to Manny, yet he stood looking at me for 10 minutes as I wandered around the section where I thought printers were. Why approach me as I’m speaking to a manager if you didn’t think to approach me as I stood there LOST? Anyway, while I was talking to Manny, the cashiers, some young looking girls, said “mam are you ready” as in it was my turn in line to ring up items. Yet they SAW me standing there talking to the manager. So unprofessional, no proper etiquette, just ridiculous and unreal.
Such a nightmare to deal with this Brandsmart. Literally everything is horrible. I bought dishwasher, microwave and stove. Where do I start... when buying the appliances, the sales person confirmed that installation people will be able to remove stove fan to install microwave. During the delivery, I was told they couldnt install the microwave because of the fan so it had to be returned. Brandsmart lost that microwave returned during the delivery so i had to wait at least an hour in the store for them to allocate it for refund. Anytime you try to call customer service, they hang up in the middle of a conversation. Happened to me multiple times so I had to go in to get a refund. I went 2 times to get a refund because they didnt issue refund for the warranty and microwave installation the first time . Unbelievably unprofessional sales staff, phone customer service, and installation people. Never again I will buy anything at this location.Oh and by the way majority of staff in the store dont feel obligated to wear a face covering. Dont be surprised when you see them with mask in their hand or it being completely pulled down from their face.
Very big store with almost everything you could want. Credit offers are a little confusing. Be careful and get the right one for you. Ask lots of questions before you apply.
Brandsmart in Dania appliance manager Dominic is the rudest employee in the industry I called to get and update on a 3 package bundle where I got everything expect the most important appliance the fridge.. so I call Dominic he hung up on me went to the store this man mouth is nasty and rude.. they need to fire him because hes going to bring Brandsmart and the sales rep Clique he didnt tell me when I brought it that it ill take this long for my package brandsmart in Dania is the worst......... Its Been 5 months and still no fridge in site... I HATE BRANDSMART...

Chris Rullier went out of his way to help me, i was referred bye Richard at the Deerfield Beach location, Richard has helped me with Tvs for me and a few family members and i reached out to him to see if he could get someone to help me with appliances for my daughter as a house warming gift from my mom,but I was in charge of getting it and after the person he referred me to did not have the time or didnt want to deal with someone just over the phone, he gave my number to Chris, he called me, i told him exactly what i was looking for and that I Did NOT want to come in the store do to the pandemic ..And Chris made it Happen, had a few small issues along the way, But in the end Chris came threw, always kept me up to date with everything, always answered my calls and responded to all my texts !! I Never felt rushed.and my daughter has brand new kitchen appliances that All match and fit into her complicated kitchen and at a decent price..I dont like to recommend people but Chris i would 100% especially if you are not comfortable about going into stores,Call Chris.

I was so fortunate to have Troy Oakley as my sales associate! My refrigerator broke on a Monday night and I was stressed out. With Covid-19, I opted to shop by telephone. I have a space restriction and Troy could not have been more helpful. I was smiling and laughing by end of our conversation. As it turned out I picked one that extended too far. I went to the store and met Troy and he set me up with an awesome refrigerator! I love it! I will be going back to Troy for all of my appliance needs. I would actually give him more than 5 stars. Definite asset to the store!!My delivery was far from smooth, I live on the second floor. The first crew tried, couldn’t do it. My second crew headed by Carlos from Prime was able to do it but suggested counter depth - I am so happy he did! I went to the store and got a fantastic refrigerator. Next delivery crew said they could not to it. 😞. By some stroke of luck, my next delivery was Carlos! He’s the best! Half an hour to take out my old fridge, install new one and made it seem super easy! After all my other delivery woes, getting this Superstar team of Carlos and Frank was a Godsend! Give that man a raise!

Bought a $1800 TV and specifically did not want aextended Waranty. The impolite salesman laughed at me when I denied his attempts to sell me a Waranty. I denied politely. I recognized later on my email receipt that he had sneeked in a $199 2 year policy on top of my 1800 for the TV. It didn’t ring a bell at cashing out as I thought the price including sales tax is over 2000. On my receipt it also states that I had given a Waranty booklet. Nope I did not.Be aware of sneeky sales practices here!Wount go back there.
Went in with a return because the item was defective after having it for 35 days which is 5 days over the return policy. Luckily i was helped by Nelson who understood the issue and allowed me to exchange the product for a better brand!Thank you for all your help... keep being great the sky is the limit!
The mild savings are not worth the headache. Every purchase I have made here has been problematic. In the beginning of November I purchased a bialetti and a vacuum cleaner. The coffee maker had a small hole in the bottom and was useless. The vacuum cleaner was broken when I opened the box. I returned the vacuum cleaner to the store to exchange it for a new one, and when I returned home and opened it, the vacuum was full of hair and glitter- obviously used. Not only was I disgusted that I bought someone elses dirt, but feel that is extremely careless by this company to sell dirty used products during a global pandemic.When I returned to the store a second time, there were people shopping without masks and employees wearing masks incorrectly. That, paired with the fact that this location is 30 minutes away from me, make this SECOND return extremely inconvenient. I have messaged and called customer service at both the store and the corporate office and didnt even get to speak to someone due to hold times of over an hour.This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, when researching most products, you can find better prices elsewhere. Stay away from this place, you dont know what you are going to get.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was looking to buy a Apple Watch SE and the only store that supposedly had it was the one in Dania Pointe. Being from West Palm Beach (1 hour away) I decided to call to double check and the women at customer service told me that they had 4 on stock and that I should hurry. Once I arrive at the location i showed the item to one of the salesman and without looking told me it was a glitch in the system. I asked for a manager and then he kept telling me the same and wanted to sell me a different size when I repeatedly told him it would not fit my wife arm. I was also informed that the same thing happened yesterday and they did nothing to fix it. All of this makes me thing that they are just hiding the Watch for themselves due to it being on discount.I find hard to believe that multiple sources could be wrong about the availability of the product. I thought a big company like brandsmart would be more serious, but I guess I was wrong. The surprise I was preparing for my wife got ruined because of the incompetence of the customer service.Having multiple issues with customer service in the past I will not be buying anything else from this store.
I went to this store to buy a laptop. I ended up leaving the area as there was no one to help me. Walked around touching the laptops and waiting for quite a bit. Went and tried out the massage chairs. Came back to the laptop area, interupted a few employees to ask for help. The lady that helped me was nice. At the end of the day. I bought two laptops and was sent home with handwritten instructions on how to go to u-tube to take both laptops of S mode. Boy that was a pain! Luckily my son is a computer wiz. So for anyone out there buying laptops from here, I highly suggest you have the staff set your computer up before you leave the store. Its $65.00 an hour to get any kind of tech help which you most definitely will need as these laptops have a ton of updates to do once you can even figure out how to take it off S mode.

Sales manager Keld Curtis gave me 5 star service plus and is a great guy! My TV was damaged so he needed to do a return, pickup of old TV, order for new TV, new delivery, and new warranty. It was a complicated transaction. Even though he was very busy with other things, he helped me in an efficient and courteous manner. I had gone into BrandsMart feeling quite frustrated and he made me feel much better about the situation. Great job Mr. Curtis!

No space heaters, bad selection of ac units. Inventory often needs to be picked up at inconvenient warehouse location. The address on website difficult to get to with navigation system.

First time in the new store...I was looking for a char-boil turner that showed in stock at that location...once there I asked for help and was sent up stairs.... after finding the guy working the grill section all he could say is if it not on the wall over there...then we dont have it and he turned around and set back down...I will just order online its better than the employees making me feel like Im interrupting there chill time...

I like the prices and convenience of shopping for technical and home goods.Inexpensive purchases are always available here.Many still dont know that this Brandsmart is in this location.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible communication system. I ordered a Samsung microwave online and had it get shipped to the store for store pickup. THREE weeks later, I never received any notification of the microwave being in the store. I decided to call after not receiving notification of it for a while, and I had to call FIVE TIMES because of their horrible communication system. Nobody would answer, the people who answered continued to transfer me to different lines, and an hour later when I finally got the hold of a representative, I was then told it was at the store. When I went to pick it up, they misplaced the microwave in my trunk and I nearly drove off with the trunk open. I MYSELF had to later stop in the middle of the parking lot with no assistance whatsoever, and transfer it to my backseat, while there were tons of employees, however no one could help the woman managing a heavy microwave. Horrible communication. Horrible service. Horrible Experience. NEVER Again.
This was my first visit to this store. Its new and I could not believe the low prices nor the extensive selection. Not only do they carry appliances and electronics but also household items. Excellent customer service as well. Helpful but not hovering or pressured. I will definitely return and will recommend.
Great store! This was my first visit to this location as it’s not near my home. Really organized, huge variety of electronics, gadgets and household wares. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Purchased a knife block, cutting board, clothing iron, usb memory stick, wooden spoons, and a cooking stainless steel pot set.
Awful experience. 2 people trying to help 4 customers at the same time while 4 others just hung out and did nothing. Management in the appliance department needs major overhaul. First time there and will be my last.

This review is looong overdue! Shout out to Wendell! He made sure to help us and care for us much more than making the sale. Well, thats what made it easy for us to make the purchase! Were very satisfied customers!Had been going in a few times looking for a sofa replacement. So nice of everyone to just let us check them out before trying to sell anything! Only had a couple of gentle pushes, nothing obnoxious. Then for every issue along the way the made sure to one-up themselves to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. At delivery, the installers noticed one of the pieces was damaged. They just said be right back, went to pick up a replacement piece, and returned the same day to finish the job!Next... a TV!!
Went into customer service. Was helped by customer service manager Nelson. He was swift, easy and extremely accommodating! In these difficult times, it is so nice to come across such nice people. Highly recommended! Thank You Nelson 😊
