ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS IN ALL REGARDS! They have an amazing selection of any kind of appliance you can imagine including water heaters, wall air conditioners, appliance parts, etc in addition to the regular kitchen and laundry appliances you would expect. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and better than most others that I priced out. John, the owner, personally is involved in most sales and goes way out of his way to accommodate your specific needs and find you exactly the right product. You can tell he really cares. Both Rodneys in the warehouse also go way out of their way for customer service and do whatever needs to be done to accommodate your specific needs. The ladies in the office are both friendly, cheerful and professional and efficiently process the sales and delivery scheduling. Great communication regarding the delivery. Overall a fabulous experience in every way!!

What Rude Costumer Service. Received a call from them for my stove delivery. The person on phone said it will deliver between 2pm to 5pm. I said give me a call 30 minutes before. He said no we cant. Told you delivery will be between 2pm to 5pm in very aggressive tune. I said its 3 hour. The man on phone said Do you want your stove or no. And cut the call on me.Teach your people how to behave with customers.

Dont do business with this company, the worst customer service ever! They love to make appointments and cancel the day of. Run stay gar away from them.

If your equipment breaks they won’t help. Mine broke within 30 days of purchase and calling them was no use. That was 3 years ago and I need to have my drier serviced every 3 month. Neither Electrolux or crs will be responsible for this. Worse deal ever.

I am completely happy with my purchase of a new scratch n dent dryer, and enjoyed the personal help by John, the owner. The price was $200 less than at the big-name stores, and delivery was easy. The technicians installed it quickly, then cleaned-up and were gone. So easy. I will definately use them again.

We had a laundry machine picked up with all of my coins in it. With out any notice they scrapped the machine with out letting me regain the contents.

Got a refurbished stacked washer/Dryer from CRS in July of 2020 and water stopped draining from it January 2nd. Since it was a weekend, I called Monday the 4th and left a message. Just two days later, they had their guys drop off a replacement stacked washer/dryer. No hassle, no extra charge. Rob, the co-owner brought it by himself. Really glad I found this company.

Asked Jonathan if he was interested in picking up a washer and a dryer since I have purchased from him before. He said yes we can pick it up...no one showed up. Called again and he said on Monday for sure. On Monday I called to confirm and the excuses began. He said this is a favor for you and I am not making any money, so I am not coming anymore.OK, why did you say yes and now waste my time?...just say no the first time!!

CRS fixed my washing machine which had hard to find parts. One of the techs drive all the way down to south Miami to pick up the part and bring it back to Hollywood so he could fix my machine. CRS didnt event charge me extra for that. I was absolutely amazed by their rates. After I bough a house I bough a washer and dryer that sells used on Craigslist for over $1300 I paid $500 for both!!!!! They also delivered and installed them for only $50.Call these guys for all your appliance needs.

Would have given zero stars if possible.When we arrived there was no one in the front office after finding the sales area the person working very rudely told us hold on Im busy. After still taking the time to look at the appliances without any assistance on our way out the worker then wanted to be nice and try to see if we needed anything when we said no thank you he sucked his teeth and gave us attitude.

Found this today for the first time. Needed a refrigerator and found what I wanted at an amazing price. Low delivery fee and they take away the old one. They have warranties that are included and in the future will repair if needed at a reasonable cost. I have recommended it to two friends already and will tell others.

After shopping for over a week at all the rest We finally found the best and our hunt is over. Prices are really good and delivery and take away the old one was a deal. People were all really nice and helpful.

So we bought a set of electrolux washer and drier from John. The guy is a great sales man. Charming in a rough older guy kind of way. He will talk your ears off and me being the most credulous naive kind of girl there is according to my husband and desperate as I was since my samsung drier had given out on me after 11 years i took him at his word and bought the set right there and then. According to John Electrolux is way better than Samsung and we were getting a great deal paired with the fact that we were getting them from him, a stand up ill take care of you kind of guy. Less than 2 weeks later my drier stopped working, so i called John and he said to call GE which I did. 3 days later they had fixed it. Now I have a husband that works in construction, 2 boys, 2 rottweilers and 1 bunny which mean Im always doing cleaning and washing of some kind. If my laundry routine is altered all hell breaks loose. 2 month later the drier stopped working again. I called GE and told them the unit obviously had some kind of defect since within 90 days had broken down twice. Regardless they refuse to replace it and would send someone to fix it again. This time taking them longer. Its been a week and still not fixed. So I called John to see if he would help. Now Im not saying he is doing anything wrong. He is a sales person like any other. He was very nice, cried me a river, asked me to be patient and to call GE again which my husband did and here we are, still waiting. So my point is John is great, talks a lot and will promise you the world to make the sale but dont expect him to be any different than any other sales man. If something goes wrong youre on your own. Well i just called CRSs phone number to see if they had an Appliance i needed. The sales person answered with an Angry Hello and when i asked if it was CSR he said yes like if i was bothering him.?? Being i really need the appliance i was calling about i continued to ask questions which he did answer in a angry way.I was taken back by his rudeness, and by his lack of professionalism on the phone but he did answered my questions and! im just afraid of Purchasing something. will i get this kind of service when I’m there and if something is not right will they stick by there products?? What is up with good customer service? I feel bad for the owner because this guy sounds like a disgruntled employee that needs to go home!!
