Everything I ordered was in stock and shipped quickly. These down stream injectors work very well. Hopefully they last as long as others have said they do. Time will tell but so far they have been great for my needs.

We purchased over $1000.00 in parts and paid the full amount in April 2020 via credit card. We received a call in August 2020 by Cathy stating we owed 875.00 because they inadvertently credited our credit card back in June 2020 and requested a credit card number to charge this amount back to. My husband was in the field at the time of her call was of course confused and advised Cathy he would check into it and get back with her. Upon not responding immediately to Cathys request due to a death in the family. Cathy called our phone an excessive amount of times after 8 times we stopped counting she even called at 8:30 at night. Cathy sent several emails belittling us even noting one time it is surely the right thing to do. This was their error and we did not say we would not pay it. The continued harassment due to their error is unacceptable. I also spoke with Michelle in the accounting department and was insulted once again stating you should have noted a credit to your account in June 2020 your husband knew this. We run a business I handle all the finances and honestly I do not look at credits only charges. The fact that they expected me to contact them when a credit was put on my credit card is also very unprofessional. Michelle even said to me numerous times so you are not going to pay this? Which I never once said to her. in fact, when I spoke with Michelle I was actually at the Davenport, IA store to get this resolved. Michelle wanted to look into it further so I was not able to pay by credit card at the store. We have sent a check to correct their error to avoid any further problems with our credit card. I do not recommend Dultmeier Sales due to the poor organization along with their rude insulting mannerism.
