Needed a ground cable for my Lincoln welder. Tonya was very nice up at the desk. But the fact that I can’t get a fully made ground cable for my Lincoln welder from a Lincoln dealer says something. They hooked me up with some cable and a clamp. Couldn’t even get me eyelets for the cable. I asked is there a certain cable that we can order for the welder via the model but nope all they can give me is cable and a clamp. I even emailed pictures of my welder into them the day before and told them I would be in the next day

Came in looking for cutting torch tips an despite me not knowing they were not Universal, the ladies behind the counter were very patient and understanding of the fact.

And online catalog would be nice well see if my two changes to a five-star when I go there tomorrow
