VERY INCONVENIENT AND DISAPPOINTING. HOME DEPOT COULD NOT RELIABLE FULFILL THIS SERVICE NOR DID THEY YAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. On 5/2/2020, I had a 2-day reservation and confirmation for a Penske cargo van. At my pick-up time, Home Depot at Deerfield said they did not have a vehicle assigned for me, they could not reach Penske by phone, and could not fulfill my reservation. I spoke with a manager of Home Depot, Dave, who said he could not help me and I had to call Penske. My call to the Penske number they provided went straight to VM because the office was closed.

Reserved a truck over a week in advance, no email or text phone call, Saturday comes and no truck anywhere in the district. And on top of this they lied and said the tried to call me. The agent said hes been working at the center for 4 years and they always say that they tried calling. Never useing Penske again, was only doing it because of it was available at the home Depot I use, going with Enterprise rental, never had an issue with them.

Had the vehicle I needed, easy pickup and return. friendly staff.

Typical rental experience. However, if you dropm off after hours, you will need to return to the store with your card in order to have the security deposit refunded back.
