I moved out of state and had my stuff picked by the movers at this public storage facility. I spoke to Jack at this location to help me coordinate my move. He was extremely cooperative and helpful and went out of his way to ease this move for me. Jack is fantastic and has excellent customer service skills. Thank you very much Jack. God bless.

Recently I rented 2 climate controlled locker spaces. My first day accessing the lockers, I asked a person working there for directions (Jack Walsh). When I told him the locker number I was looking for, he already knew / recalled my name, and escorted me to both of my lockers. He also made it very easy to credit the lock charges since I had brought my own locks…. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with. Oh, and the property itself is clean and well maintained. So far, I’m very happy with my choice.

Jack is so helpful, kind and professional. He really goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. The facility is always clean and easily accessible.

Jack gave me a lot of time searching for the right box I needed. It was a tough place to find, but with google maps, it became easier! A bonus, Jack even helped me out to my car with this huge box! Will be coming back.

Were brand new to Public Storage and when we walked in Jack was right there to help us. The size and price was great. His personality welcomes you whenever hes there while were there. He was very clear in all of the directions. He guided us through the building, showed us the storage unit, how to work the locks and when he was done, we didnt need to ask any questions. Its a clean facility inside and out. We highly recommend Public Storage and ask for Jack!

I came in to see the facility and the manager on site, Jack, was kind enough to give me a little tour and show me the inside of one of the units. I learned about the monthly rates and unit sizes. The site was clean and air conditioned on a very humid day. I was grateful for the time he took even though I did not rent a unit that day. Carol

I panicked when I came in and discovered that my reservation did not guarantee me a space and none was available in the size I wanted. But Brian reassured me that we would work together to find just what I needed, and we did! A great space for my holiday items and I even saved $10 a month.

Please go elsewhere. Public Storage is short for Money Storage. They have changed my leasing rates so rapidly without adding any new space or upgrades. I NOW PAY DOUBLE FOR THE SAME UNIT!!! And they constantly beg you to provide a google review. This place is absolutely not worth it!!!!!

You may not realize where it is but easy to turn in off of Pfingsten and go right behind the Morgan Stanley building and youre there. Check it out!!

The facility is very nice, all climate controlled multiple level access. Looks secure, clean and well managed. Both Brian and Mavrice are very helpful and courteous. Good choice to store your stuff there!

This storage facility is kept very clean. I really like that it is climate controlled. We have come to this storage facility several times in the past couple months to clear out little by little our storage. Every time we have been at the storage facility Robyn has been very courteous and helpful. Robyn always ask if theres anything we need, very professional and attentive.

Great experience booking and moving into this Public Storage. Maurice helped us get a unit booked in advance. He scheduled a move in time with us and was there when we arrived. He then showed us the unit we had reserved but also told us about a special they were running that ended up having us some money. Very happy with this location and service we received.

This is a clean, well lit storage facility. Rates are quite reasonable. Ive had a unit here for years, Maurice has always been extremely helpful.

We stopped in to buy a few boxes last week and were met by a super sweet and friendly manager named Robyn. Her attitude, knowledge and resourcefulness are a great asset to this location. Will definitely shop here again.

Was blackmailed by Andrew into giving a 5 star review before I could move in my stuff. I had a flight the next day and he knew I was desperate for storage. Move out was easier thanks to Sam, who seems like a decent guy. Will never use again.
