I had some issues and questions about billing and setting up auto-pay. I was also checking on upgrades. Was a solid experience, store was clean and the workers were all friendly. Got nothing negative to say about the place. I think the store manager helped me. Left with all issues resolved without feeling pressured to buy a new phone. Although Im going to upgrade soon lol

On or about July 3rd 2021, I went in as usual to AT&T in Del City Oklahoma to pay my bill. For the 17th time in 20 Billings my bill was incorrect. I complained once again and was confronted body supposed manager Miss serviss. She threatened to put me out of the store and told me that I cant act like that because I complained about my bill. Mind you, I am a 66 year-old Vietnam era veteran who lives on a fixed income and being talked to like I am some boy! This sounds like the 1960s to me. I have been traumatized by this series of events with your company. I am demanding that Miss service receive some kind of disciplinary action or I will be forced to file a lawsuit for this entire series of events. I am hurt, disrespected and t e e d off about all of this and expect this to be addressed. I called in last month about this issue and almost every month before if you check my record of complaints.
The girl that helped me was super smart and helpful. I love to get my new phones and I pads from this store. So helpful. I drive 45 minutes to come to this store.
The Del City AT&T store is outstanding. If you want exceptional service ask for Jesse. He provided fabulous service and made my experience an extremely pleasant one. I’ll definitely be visiting this store in the future and Jesse is the one that I’ll be asking for!!
I procrastinated buying a new phone due to unpleasant experiences in the past (with a different wireless carrier). When I saw that AT&T was offering a deal on the iPhone 12 Pro, I decided to go for it and went to Comm Solutions in Del City. I would like to thank Jesse Stull for making this phone purchasing experience nice. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and a great conversationalist!
I had the best buying experience at this location, I didnt have to wait for help and everyone was friendly and eager to help. JT helped us get exactly what we wanted and he was very helpful and so polite!! I will definitely keep this location as my go to AT&T store.
In short, JT and another guy working there (beard and long hair, brown eyes, didn’t remember the name, so sorry😕) were wonderful customer service agents and helped us accomplish so much in very efficient timing. I NEVER write reviews, in fact this might be my first. But we HAD to give JT a pat on the back!!In long:My husband and I both work and have a newborn and 1 yr old so we very rarely have time to go to the store. We had a very short window of time in the afternoon on Sunday and I was very frustrated with my old phone so we went in. I was worried we might not have the time to accomplish everything I wanted done, I was worried having both the kids with us might frustrate an employee; JT greeted us at the door and laid all our fears to rest.JT was able to switch from my prepaid account, keep my same number, change my husband’s account to have more than one line, added me to the account, put me as an authorized user, bought me a new iPhone, case, screen protector, got insurance on my phone (I’m so clumsy), box charger, AND a box charger for my husband’s new phone, included for free! JT did everything for me, when I first held my phone it had the screen protector, case, and a complete data transfer from my old phone already done! Hollaaaaa!!!🙌🏼🙌🏼My husband had bought his new phone online and wasn’t aware of many of the features. JT educated us, while he was working, on every new feature we had access too, and every single change I would be experiencing upgrading from an iPhone 6s to a iPhone 12 Pro Max. He was very knowledgeable about my phone as well as my husband’s Samsung s21 and we left the store being much more informed about our plans and having the knowledge to take advantage of every feature our new phones have.We were worried on a Sunday everyone would be wanting to get their errands ran at the store and that the agents might be too busy to be able to take care of everything we needed in time. JT was able to accomplish every single thing we needed in less than an hour, and his coworker quickly and efficiently handled everything three other customers needed, making us feel like we weren’t a burden or backing up a line of people with all of our extra needs. There was never a person waiting!! Thanks, guys!! We are so glad we came in .
The Del City location, was excellent. We had previously stopped at the MWC location and the service was awful. We drove 1.9 miles to the Del City location, had 0 wait time and the service was awesome. The gentleman assisting us with our purchases was the reason we have ATT service. He gets 5 🌟.
Eric was super helpful with getting my mother a new phone and plan. He gave us the best deal that was relatively close to what she was originally paying on a previous plan. She (and I) are very happy with our experience today.
I live in Norman and I drive to del city just to go here! I’ve been to many AT&T’s all over the city and this is by far the best! They’re always stocked, never busy, and always ALWAYS have the best customer service. This is the only place I go and the only place I send my family!

Very unpleasant experience from the get go, went in to upgrade to a new iPhone. To my surprise they had the one I was looking for. But then everything turned sour. My sales rep didn’t like I asked him to remove the screen protector and case totally an extra 150$ he just added to my ticket without asking. He then disappeared to the back after I also didn’t want a $40 power block. Not sure how pay is set up but maybe commission pay doesn’t provide the best customer service. I now know why they still have the hard to find iPhone

My overall experience was good and going great until an Otterbox phone and glass protector were added to my purchase. I did not pick out or request these when purchasing my iPhone 12 Pro.After my declining to purchase or chose a different protector, the friendly, helpful employee atmosphere dramatically changed from good to sad?
I’m not from Oklahoma i was visiting from Texas and I stopped to upgrade my phone. Eric was very kind and knowledgeable, he deserves a raise! 😃
This was the easiest, smoothest phone upgrade Ive ever experienced, thanks to Cannon. I knew I was ready for a new phone but this upgrade was huge for me from an iPhone 6 to an 11. I wasnt sure I would be able to adjust to so many new additions that would be on the 11. Cannon was extremely patient and handled many questions and phone fumbles as I became familiar with the new phone. His customer skills are terrific and he was always respectful and warm working with an older generation. I would highly recommend this store and staff. Personally, I would like to have Cannon help me, if needed, but I noticed other staff over several hours helping customers and they were not only professional but also very good at putting the client as ease.

I visited this AT&T store while visiting from Texas. Eric was very knowledgeable and helped me and my family upgrade to new iPhones. He got us our phones shipped back to our house in Texas and we’re there when we got back! Will most definitely return back to see him again!100/10 recommend.

Absolutely horrible!!! I came in looking to return something and Travis seemed more upset that he had to get up from watching football to help me. And in the end, he rudely told me he could not help me!! Just another reason I will never do business with this terrible company!! 1 star because I cant do zero!!!!!

My parents and I went in over the holidays to get new phones. I found all the staff to be extremely friendly and genuine. We had asked for a specific sales representative because of of all his positive reviews. He was off, but Cannon helped us and was nothing short of spectacular. He was patient, answered all questions (dumb ones included), explained things (sometimes multiple times), made sure we understood everything, and gave us the ultimate customer experience. I’ll admit there’s always apprehension with big purchases like that but Cannon made us feel comfortable, almost like he was taking care of his own family. Can’t thank him or the store enough. We love our phones. Thank you Cannon!

My daughter, wife and myself came for new phones over the holidays. A find young man named Cannon came up to us and wanted to help. He showed us a number of options on different phones. He explained each one of them and the cost involved with each one.We decided on the IPhone 11 for all 3 of us.He took his time helping us understand all of the new bells and whistles from our old 6’s that we had. This place is a joke! So are the people running it! They set up an account wrong just to get commission! Stay away from them! They won’t fix anything! They will tell you to call the 1800 number!

This is a great place to get your cell phone. You can also get all kinds of accessories. They have a wide selection, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Be prepared to wait in line though, because its very popular you can schedule an appointment ahead of time, if you go online.

Honestly I am thankful. these guys dont treat people like other AT&T stores where you might have 5 or 6 people huddled in the corner while there is a line. i went in and it was clear every staff member was there to be of service. They immediately got with me and helped fix several issues that i have been struggling with on my device.
Cody and Romby are amazing! We had very complicated issues trying to get our numbers ported back to AT&T! We tried to get this handled on our own but wasnt getting anywhere with the AT&T reps on the phone to help us! With the help of Cody, then Romby on the phone with the AT&T Rep. We got credited for a payment that went to a canceled account and our activation fees were waived since we ported back to AT&T with in 45 day grace period! Cody and Romby both went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate them! They are a great asset for your company AT&T! I wanted a simple phone upgrade and got hit with nearly hundreds of dollars in hidden fees. Its ruining my credit and causing me to have to hold off on college. I currently have a case with the FCC and the FTC to try and get this resolved. This issue is called cramming and it happens from major cell phone companies often. They convinced me to change my plan and service and upgrade my phones and then hit me with fees i never saw coming. I highly recommend going anywhere other than here. They constantly push the blame to anyone other than themselves. They had me convinced that i would be paying close to 200 dollars and then have a bill of 90 dollars a month. I ended up having to pay 700 dollars in bills for them wifes phone and upgrade and 389 dollars for my own phone. Im having to sell most of my valuables to pay these bills and i still dont see and end in sight. And cant even understand the bills and the customer service rep had me believed this would not happen. Hopefully my federal case will come through. Please steer clear of del city ATT.

Rarely ever do I have to wait just to start getting helped which honestly makes whatever Im needing help with that day much easier. They actually help unlike other stores Ive been to. Got told at one that my employees dont have timt to keep answering your questions.

Was there 8 months ago to buy the iPhone 6 and was pushed and pushed to get the Samsung Note5... The stylus has been stuck in the phone ever since... Talked to another AT&T store about it only to find out that there was a promotion going on where if they sold enough Samsung phones they would get a free TV...
