Went in two weeks ago for an estimate for a scratch on my car. Dave was very pleasant and helpful. Gave me a great quote for the scratch. Took my car in today to see Dave, but he wasnt in. I took my Honda CRV for front bumper repair as it got hit by rock on I-294 by semi truck. David advice me that I need only one connector for windscreen and do not need whole thing to be replaced not even the bumper as it was dangling. He did not even charged me for his service and only charged for the part he ordered. Great guy and very professional.

I had an unfortunate chain of events that led to a need for some minor auto body repair work. It can be tricky to get a competitive price quote on something like this because its such a small job that many body shops just dont have the time to accurately quote it and when they do, its just too expensive for the amount of repair work that needs to be done.This is where Carnica shined, They took the time to look at the work that needed to be done, explained what was involved and gave me a fair price. It was a slam dunk at that point and let me tell you that I was even more thrilled with the result. The paint matched like it was from the factory and you could never tell the work had been done.I would highly recommend checking Carnica and getting a quote for that next minor repair job on your ride.

2002 Honda Accord with 40,000 miles was detailed on May 5, 2014..It now looks like it just came from the new car show room. Service was outstanding, Price was reasonable when I agreed to have it done but after it was finished I thought the price was a great bargain. You cant go wrong using Carnica on Oakton in Des Plaines IL.

I had some scratches and stains in my car and I was a little skeptical about their service due to the mixed reviews I read. Decided to stop there to get an estimate and found them very honest and professional. I arrived there and 10min later I had already an estimate and their suggestions. Left the car there and had it returned on time. They said they wouldnt charge me if they could not remove 100% of the stains and thats what they did, even when they removed a great part of them.I liked their service and their price.

Decent paint job, but left the inside of the driver side dusty and wont offer to clean it when brought up. 😏As mentioned before, bad customer experience.

Not a good place to go anymore. After they were bought out by Dent Wizard they lost all their really great body guys. They are doing sloppy substandard work. One dummy caused damage to our car because he took it apart incorrectly. Wont be back.

I had scraped my lower front fender (Plastic portion). The scrape also caused a dent in the front (also plastic). For $175 it looked perfect again. I would guess this repair would have cost at least $800 in a 1st class body shop.

How are you going to interview me and tell me I will call you back but than 2 weeks later i get an email saying i didnt get the job and they drag for the hiring and interview process i kept calling unroll they found out to solve the problem imagine what would happen if i was working here

I cant rate the final product because I never heard back from anyone. I submitted an online quote, with pictures - no response. Called two days later, left a message and was assured a call back. No call back. Called back one more time; was promised a call at 8:30 AM the next day. No call back. Very disappointed because I had heard good things about this company.

I like the job they did to my car. You ccouldnt tell that there was any damage on the site. Pricewise...I thought it was reasonable. I was going back there again for another work that needs to be done on my acura but I traded it in. I have recommended this place half a dozen times and all of them are satisfied customers.

Horrible. Left my car there for two weeks while I was out of town for them to put a new bumper on. When I got back it wasnt ready, had to wait. When I finally went to pick it up, it wasnt on there right and I had to wait another day before I could get it, and its still not right. Manager said he didnt know... Not organized!!
