My husband and I were in contact with the owner for a few days to look at a vehicle that was in mint condition. He made us set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle, and whenever we arrived for our appointment he had someone in his office buying the car that we were scheduled to look at. We drove over 4-1/2 hours to look at this vehicle and we were supposed to have the first available appointment time set up for that day.The owner gave us the keys to look at the vehicle just in case the guy in his office wasnt able to get financing. Whenever we went out to look at the car that was in mint condition there was a rip in the drivers seat, cigarette burns in the head liner, the sleeve around the 4 wheel drive and e-brake levers were falling apart, there were dents on the body, and the frame was completely rusted out and spray painted black to hide the rust.When the owner asked us what we thought about the vehicle I brought up all of these concerns, and he said it doesnt matter, the other guy is buying it anyway.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Owner was very rude, unprofessional, and doesnt care about his customers.

Called the dealer because I thought I found the car I was ready to purchase after a check. Was told that the salvage has no pictures of the before repairs from the accident and that they do not follow technicalities when it comes to reporting work done and pictures. Offered to have it inspected at a nearby dealership and was told that the car could not get taken to a dealership to be inspected. Difficult to work with and would not consider purchasing a car from them again. Avoid purchasing rebuilt titles from them!

Around a year ago, right after getting the tire installation svc. in ACE Auto, my car TPMS light came on. I asked about the matter to the owner. Danny Lee told me that it would be disappear soon. A few days after, I could still see the TPMS light. Then, I visited there again and ask him to fix it. However, Danny talked to me in an irritated way. He made me feel very uncomfortable, so I thought it wasnt worth to argue with him. Lately my tire got flat because the TPMS didnt wok and needed a new tire. And finally I found out that the owners older bro break my tire censor. However, they didnt mention anything to me. I purchased my car because it has the tire-pressure monitoring system. However, it is useless. And the owner charged me a lot of money. I told about it with my friends to find out what to do with this matter. ACE Auto charges a lot and they are not honest, so he and his father and their church members dont go there any more. Yes, the place had charged me a lot, too. Ever since then, Ive not gone there because I deserve better. Theres no reason to go back to the plc. My current Auto Body Shop(NOT ace auto) is all certified and work professionally and kindly and provide economical price. Moreover, my Auto Body Shop (NOT ace auto)s labor fees and parts are cheaper and fast. Well, i admit that ace auto is also fast though.

Bought a black 2007 BMW ‘3 on 11/23/19for my daughter on the way home from this place the car stopped on my daughter twice, I was following them back home my other daughter on the back seat rolled down the rear passenger side window to wave at me and tell me that something was wrong with the car and then she couldn’t rolled it back up it just didn’t work, we stopped to the side and went to a car shop near by they came to the car jumped it and then checked it with their machine and came to the conclusion that the alternator was not charging and it would cost me $600 to get it replaced and the window was damaged also and the car key remote was defected as well, just like that not even got home with the car and it was going to cost me about $1200 to fix it, they suggested me to go back to the dealer and ask them to fix it or to return it and that’s what I did but they would not fix it they told me that they checked the car and there was nothing wrong with it so I returned it and they charged me fee of $175.00 for the return and blamed on us about the window so they made us pay $175.00 for that for a total of $350.00, I just hope no one buys this damaged car because I’m sure they will sell it as is to someone else
