This family owned business has been around 60+ years and totally understandable why! Their customer service has the highest standards when it comes to making us, neighborhood customers happy. Totally blown away not only by their knowledge and experience, but also their communication and patience and willingness to please their client. Huge shoutout to the installation manager Jim who always kept his promise. Also the phenomenal expert locksmith Dave who didn’t hesitate to make couple of trips after the installation to make minor adjustments for us to fully be happy with the new locks. I had a very old Briggs and Stratton house key which I needed duplicated. I went to several hardware stores and none could copy the key. I went to Anderson Lock and after searching thousands of key blanks they were able to make a duplicate key! I should have gone there in the first place.Most importantly they can duplicate ATV keys! I needed keys for a 30 year old Kawasaki and Suzuki ATV. I went to hardware stores called locksmiths and ATV dealers and no one had the blank to copy the key but Anderson Lock did! They guarantee the keys they make. All the keys they made for me worked fine.

These guys are really great. There was never a time they could not help me out. Right now theyre making a copy for my cash register key. Thank you!!

This company overcharges and has subpar service. I was ask to pay $144 for a serviceman to check (he spent 5 mins) why a lock they installed a year ago that I paid over $500 to replace was not closing properly. I refused to pay and they asked me to never use their company again. I told them I never wanted to use their company because they were overcharging in the first place to replace the lock, but the landlord of the strip mall said I had to use them because they did all the locks in the plaza. They also quoted me $700 for one digital timer for my lock, I got an electrician to put 2 digital timers in for less than $400.I would not use this company and get more estimates.

My only car key was about to break in half, so I took it to Ace Hardware, where they promptly finished breaking it completely. Well, theres your problem... is what they said to me. I took what remained of the key to Anderson Lock and the lady behind the counter took the pieces, eyeballed them, and cut a new key for me. I doubted it would work, but to my amazement, the new key worked on the first try! Sure, it was a little on the pricey side, but Id rather get my keys copied at a dedicated lock shop than a general hardware store.

Couldnt be more pleased with service this morning to resolved needed entry to locked garage door. Andys arrival was prompt, experience was extensive and guidance was welcomed. Thanks again Anderson Lock!

This place is really cool I came with two locks without the key and, Matt was able to get me out in 10 minutes with mach key for $28, highly recommended

I went in looking for some high security pins I was told that they are not allowed to sell them to me. I then asked for some locks with a schleg key way and they sold me locks with a kwick set key way. (I didnt realize untill I went to master key the locks)

This is the place to go for your locks. Great staff. Forget the big box and go to a place that will get you exactly the lock you need.

My apartment building in North Las Vegas needed a number of automated security doors so I googled SCHLAGE locks. This eCommerce site for Anderson popped up and offered a rate that was significantly better than what I was finding locally. I was sorry that I had to do business outside of the local realm, however these guys were some of the best hardware vendors I have ever dealt with and I will never step foot in a store for this type of this again.
