I worked with Mark a couple years ago on a project, super friendly, provided us great options and am looking forward to doing business with them again.

Stay away. They are unprofessional they take your money and they dont deliver everything what you pay for. We never received our screens with the windows. They also didnt give us the option to choose slide doors handles. I called several times and asked for my screens and I even contacted the owner Richard and he never got back to me.We paid for the order in full we both agreed to pay 3000 for a used door that we also bought from them. I have the final invoice shows paid in full. Not to mention they also made one of our 3 kitchen windows 6 inches shorter than the rest. They kept our screens hostage in order to get paid more for a used door and for a replacement of the kitchen window that was their mistake to begin with. In total we paid them over 33k and they are not delivering our screens. First they said they couldnt find the screens then the sales person said it was delivered and when I asked for proof of delivery I get a signature of some random person called Jose that we dont recognize and it was not for screens delivery anyway. Our builder is my brother in law and he did not get the screens. Its not hard to miss it was never delivered! We built a new home and paid everyone in full. If you believe you delivered the screens then why send a new screen quote why not investigate about and care about your customer? Also on BBB you state you do not want to work with us anymore how unprofessional.I am very upset and will be reporting you to the village too aswell as taking this to small court and I can represent myself! I have proof of everything been paid and I will fight for my rights. If you have been in business for 65 years and care about your customer then resolve the problem for your customer. I have email proofs with your sales person too about the window accessories that were delivered later but never the screens. I will be purchasing the screens from another dealer and claim costs in court.
