Literally the best Ice Cream ive ever had. The popcorn there too was absolutely amazing. We came to Florida from Ohio and this was one of the best places we tried. The staff was great too! Def recommend it.

Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. When you walk in they have a larger gourmet popcorn area. There is lots of ice cream to choose from. I tried the superman and my husband had one of the chocolate sundaes. There are options for floats. There is also a candy wall with some great options. Would love to go back and try some popcorn flavors. 🍿 try try try try try! . You wont be disappointed.

Stumbled across this place while waiting for dinner and so very glad we did! Staff is friendly and the ice cream is delish!! Their coffee and doughnuts are a draw back for seconds. Be sure to visit! Super little shop!

Sugar Land Candy & Ice Cream is our favorite place for ice cream. They have a huge selection if ice cream and it all tastes wonderful. They store is large so you dont feel cramped when they are busy.In addition the owners are very friendly and happy to help you. They truly appreciate your business.

Me and my friend stopped and it is now my favorite shop! It was very clean and nice, along with excellent music. There was a very nice man with an eye patch that made our experience even better. I don’t know if he just works there or if he owns the shop, but if he is just a worker we demand he get a raise.

Ice cream was delicious and they have lots of flavors to choose from. The staff were Amazing and wanted to make sure his customers were happy. Very clean environment, we will definitely be back! My little boy didn’t like his ice cream flavor he chose and due to Covid I wasn’t sure if they were doing samples or not but instead the staff offered him another flavor to see the smile on his face. Very satisfied customers! .

Big variety, but quite expensive

Absolutely AMAZING service!! We came in with a huge party and we were served immediately. The ice cream was delicious and everyone greatly enjoyed their time. The atmosphere was easy going and the staff incredibly respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

Ice cream was delicious. They have candy and popcorn available as well for your sweet tooth cravings. Cotton candy, midnight caramel river, birthday cake were all great choices. Ice cream was better than any name brand or previously visited shop. Service was good, people are nice and friendly. We purchased Cheddar caramel, churro caramel popcorn, dill pickle popcorn, and caramel popcorn. They will let you sample prior to ordering, which is a plus to making the most delicious decision. It was so good we stopped in more than once in our 1 week vacation to Destin.

We have been to Destin 10 years in a row and have looked for a good local dessert and coffee shop. We found Sugar Land and LOVED it! Their ice cream, popcorn and coffees are awesome but the staff was even better. I highly recommend this place for your next dessert or coffee craving while in Destin!The owner is new (as of 1.5 years ago) and is fantastic.

This place is excellent. Id give more than 5 stars if I could. We were there Presidents Day weekend, and our experience was top notch. A tremendous amount of flavors of great ice cream, lots of flavors of delicious gourmet popcorn, and an almost endless amount of candies and chocolates. We received customer service from their fun, friendly, and helpful staff that far exceeded any expectations. A true gem and a must when visiting Destin, we highly recommend Sugarland!

We stopped by while we were in town and we were amazed by the amount of candy they have. My daughter went crazy on the candy bins. We also got some truffles and we were legit freaking out in the car because of how amazing they were. Definitely will be stopping by every time we are back in town.

This place is amazing! They have 44 flavors of Hersheys ice cream, a large variety of chocolates, gourmet popcorn that is made in house and a bunch of candy, some that I havent been able to find anywhere else! The staff are very friendly, especially the manager Jared, and helpful; they are more than willing to let you try the different flavors and give generous scoops! I would recommend for all ages!

Sugarlands is great. We went there yesterday and were quite impressed by the many flavors available. The clerk was quite patient as we decided which flavor to get. We were able to get a sample of a flavor. Waffle cones are a big hit for me when it comes to ice cream, and this place had them! :) They really gave generous portions of ice cream and we had excellent creamy flavors. The atmosphere was quite family friendly and colorful. If you like candy or truffles, theres plenty of that too.

This place knows how to do ice cream! They have wonderful, unique flavors of Hershey’s ice cream. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. The prices are a bit high, but it’s a tourist area so that is to be expected.

My family loves Sugarland!! Little bit of the old time ice cream parlor feel to go along with a really great selection of ice cream flavors. But thats not all... Lots of bin candies from the BEST gummy bears to really cool skull and bones candies, and a table full of throw back goodies. This is the only place I can buy Clove gum other than the internet!! On top of that there is a luscious case of chocolates and fudge, which make a great, light dessert after eating at McGuires next door. And we like to stop in for a few bags of the scrumptious gourmet popcorn flavors, which are the perfect snack for an afternoon on the water or at the beach. Today we got Cheddar Pretzel Ale, Salt and Vinegar, and my guilty pleasure, Churro flavor. All this deliciousness, but the cherry on top has to be the awesome staff that goes out of their way to let you try flavors, make great suggestions, and always puts a smile on your face!! If you are in town, DO NOT miss this gem of a Sweet Shop!!!

This place is amazing! The Cold-Brewed Carmamocha ice cream was most likely the best ice cream I’ve ever had. You have to try the triple-dipped malted milk balls...they are a little piece of heaven! Next time I’m in Destin this will be my first stop for a sweet treat!

They didn’t fill the cone! They literally put a small ball on top of an empty cone! What cheapskates most places smash some in the cone and then put a ball on top: at 4-6.00 a cone that’s ridiculous! The little bit of ice cream I got for my 5.00 was tasty but I think a be and jerry pint for the same price would deliver double the ice cream with the same quality of flavor.

I am a local here and came here often. Like most places in Destin, their sign said open but they were closed months ago. Now as of last month, the previous owners sold it. Now it is under new management and I have to give 5 out of 5. Those of you who are scrolling through the reviews, check the dates. I do recommend this shop.
