The floor staff are so helpful and really know their products. Once, I brought in a hand drawing of what I needed and the guy immediately identified it and brought me to the aisle where it was located.

If you want to go to a hardware store that is a neighborhood hardware store and people actually help you when you need help this is the place to go efficient and friendly staff

Absolutely amazing staff just got myself a traeger and some great accessories. They even delivered it the same days within 15 minutes so I could have it before the 4th of July . Thank you ace hardware of Destin look forward to many more purchases for our new house in the near future.

Local store every thing you need

Went in and got a birthday gift for my husband. They loaded it in the car so I did not look at very closely. Got it home, out of the car, then I saw it. It was not the right model. I called. They had already realized the error and were trying to reach me. They brought me the right model and took back the wrong one.Customer Service this is why I shop here and you should too.

I needed some bolts, washers and nuts to fix my beach chairs. A sqlesman spent about 8 minutes with me and made sure I was 100% taken care of. I love how helpful the staff is at Ace!!

This Ace is my happy place. The staff is always cheerful and helpful and usually offer welcomed help I didnt even know I needed (like did you have the right wrench, or clamps or whatever needed for an item I am purchasing to be installed, etc.) They dont give me that look women sometimes get when were asking questions. No matter what I need, THIS Ace is the first place I go to. Justin, the manager obviously trains and treats his staff right because theyre all AWESOME.
