Really nice staff, I always appreciate great customer service and thats exactly what I got when I went in. I spoke with Linda and she answered all my questions, explained how to set up an appointment and game me the owners name and showed me some options for our bathroom remodel that I havent even considered. Really cool place, with some out of the box ideas

Mary and her staff have always been extremely helpful, and priced competitively. We have done several projects with Fixture Exchange in Destin and on projects out of state. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and imaginative,, has a keen design aesthetic and very helpful when you’re looking for that wow factor in your home.

Replaced our kitchen faucet with a set that someone else had returned; whistled for a year whenever hot water used. Finally trashed a very expensive faucet after a year. If the box isn’t sealed, don’t buy from them.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING. I worked for this company when I got out of the military, there service and professionalism is poor at best. Once you have purchased from them they do not do a good job of helping you and making sure you have everything you need. There store is fantasy with nice products they work with many manufactures to chose from. However, trying to fix or return something that either they or you got wrong is such a hassle. I just happened to come across Bryans post. I use to work at The Fixture Exchange as well during the same time period as Bryan. In fact, I managed Bryan during his short 2 month tenure. We quickly learned that Bryan had an unfortunate drug problem and was selling inventory on ebay to support his problem. I hope Bryan has since recovered. Mary (store owner) is a lovely women, knowledgable, and a true professional. She truly cares about her clients. The Fixture Exchange has a large range of decorative plumbing, lighting, and door hardware products. Couple that with Marys unmatched experience and design sense you will more than impressed.
