In the Destin area and need a hat?? Go to Lids! They have a huge selection and the service is friendly too. I got a Yankee hat but they have all major college and pro teams.

The heavy set male employee working at the Lids Destin FL store in the silver sands mall on Sept 18th in his coaches shorts that was two sizes to small could not have been more rude ..his face was buried in his cell phone and I had to ask a question twice before he even look up and then I only got a smart a** reply...every other store that day in the mall was quick to greet you with a friendly hello and how can I help you ... terrible representation of your brand ... from a customer that has purchased quite a few hats from the friendly staff at the Osage Beach Mo store

Mis-marked items in the store and associates trying to charge more than the tag or online. Zero customer service skills or critical thinking. “Unfortunately we can’t honor that price.” You mean what is on the tag…..?

Sitting outside at 1110 and I have watched multiple groups of customers walk up and pull the doors... still not open. Tried calling the store and no one answered. I need to get a gift for my kid today for graduation and I guess I will adjust my schedule even further because Lids doesnt understand the basic principles of running a business. Be available and on time for your customers.1120 Still not open... we are leaving... thanks Lids

The guy John was very good in his service. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He deserves a raise based on his personality alone!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Didnt open the store when it was open. Then opened it to let someone out and shut it immediately. Terrible service. Wouldnt recommend.

Change your website hours to reflect correct schedule times. Your store says open but when I got there you were closed..1 Star....

Bad service as some has stated already no greeting what so ever but no worries I don’t buy from companies that can’t get their employees to even acknowledge a customer is in the store.And only accepts cash during this crazy time, wow! Most company only accepts cards

The customer service was excellent! Luke and Cody were friendly greeted us when we entered the store (all 6 times) and helped us with a large custom embroidered order. Lids should be honored to have these two young men working in their store!They are respectful, appreciative and grateful for the service of all military, firefighters and police officers and expressed their gratitude multiple times as I said these two are amazing young men.Thank you Jared and Luke for helping us design custom hats to honor our beloved fallen Captain Jacob (Jake) Ringering 3-5-2019, Godfrey Fire Protection District.

If u ever need a hat customize, Mike is your guy. He gives the best advice on customizing hats. I ONLY let him customize my hats...He is the best...He also shows great customer service to his customers 👍

This place is horrible.. Order a hat in the store online... The hat never came... Had to call the store many times just to find out that the hat should have never been order online cause they didnt have it at all. Then I was told that they could not give me my money back... That they had 20 days to send me a check in the mail... 30 days later No check, no phone call... I went back into the store to find out what was going on... The only thing they could do was call customer service.... Customer had to do research and call me back.... I was told that the store would refund me for my hat. This is not the end ... To make a long story short... I went back into the store to get my refund.... And its been 9 days later and the refund has not hit my bank.. I called the bank they say they dont even see it at all!!!!Do yourself a favor and never order online with this company!!!!! Its a Horror Story!!!!!
