Requiring masks while state of Florida doesn’t mandate anything. Don’t provide masks and was very rude about it. I would have wore one if they provided one but they didn’t. Very rude

The Guy John was excellent. He’s very good at his job. Very friendly and very professional. This young man should get a raise based on his personality alone. Keep up the great work young man.

We bought a brand new jersey and they offered us to stitch on the players signature autograph. They ended up damaging the jersey. Would highly not recommend. Very unprofessional.

Its tough for stores like this to compete with shopping online. They have to stock jerseys and paraphernalia for 4+ different sports and all of their teams or franchises. The amount of goods available is therefore dependent on their square-footage, which usually isnt very much. I counted the NBA, NFL, NHL, and I think MLB and some college football jerseys amongst those that made the cut. Youll find a handful of jerseys for each team but the selection is very limited... On the other hand, and where this location excels is in its staff. Sydney was awesome! Super friendly, helpful and willing, and made you feel very welcome. As someone who doesnt often buy jerseys in person or even at all, she definitely made you feel like you wish you did.

Excellent service

I was highly disappointed in the lack of customer service. Upon arrival we were not greeted which was fine. However my husband began looking at shorts behind an unmanned counter, I noticed a female employee working the other counter was watching and huffing. I told my husband she obviously doesnt like you back there so we carried on to shopping throughout the store...again no verbal contact. As we were making our way back to the front my son wanted to point out a helmet to my husband that again was by the unmanned counter. The female associate says from across the store, Dude can you not be on that side, and then said youre getting on my nerves. I dont think she expected to be heard as when I said excuse me, we havent been offered any assistance. She got loud and said Are you talking to me? And then turned her back to her counter. No shock we left. They would have made a good sale, if we hadnt gotten shown some respect.

First, the design that we asked for, was not the right one, second, what she did was wrong and ugly, third, the manager” 🙄 was super rude, poor costumer service,not a fair solution, waste of time and money.
