The aisles are stacked 6 ft high with merchandise in cases and the shelves are empty. Terrible management.

Waited 45 minutes in electronics and nobody showed. Even called the store and let them know I was waiting in electronics for help and no one came. What poor service...

Some things are pretty expensive.. you can go to any store and purchase stuff for the same price.. sometimes cheaper.. never enough working the tills, when you buy $1000 worth of merchandise you dont want to scan and bag yourself nit to mention having to put on the counter

First call she hung up on me.2nd call hung up again.3rd time call I got a busy signal.4th attempt 25+ rings & still no answer.Went to Leevers to purchase my cupcakes.

Large Super Walmart with a lot to choose from. Large assortment of what ever you might need. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Good food, Electronic and home section. Eye clinic in store. Good handicap parking, and a couple of Electronic Carts for their patrons who have a hard time with mobility. Good store for a small town.

The store looked heavily shopped through and only had the self checkout lanes open. Lines were 8 people deep. Otherwise typical WalMart experience.

Their app is not accurate. Battery that should be in I-25 was in automotive. Associate didnt know where I 25 was. Better luck next time.

Sad cause the Walmart app was not working on my phone to check a price and they took all the price scanners out as well around the store so theres that... bought it anyway.ALSO CAN YOU PLEASE GO BACK TO TILE floors cause it is so painful to walk on the concrete sealed floors *concrete has no give* I cant imagine your employees having to walk on them all day. Poor people must be having back, hip, knee, and other joint problems by now.

Checkout lines are HORRENDOUS and boxes are EVERYWHERE!! Theres ALWAYS employees standing around not doing their job too!

Not happy with Wal-Mart lately, they never have enough lanes open, not everyone is happy to go through self check out. If this continues people will go elsewhere.

Most staff are happy and helpful and the prices are usually very good ! Return policy is always the best of the best at Walmart as well !

Checkout time is okay, however they really need to retrain cashiers and work on QA issues in the meat department. This is the second time I drove home and had spoiled chicken 4-5 days before the declared sell by date on the packaging. I also got charged three times for a item I only got one of.

The woman who works in self check always harrass me, this last visit she watched me scan all my items, then had the nerve to ask to see and check my receipt. I didnt get her name..... ALWAYS A BAD EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME THIS WOMAN WORKS....

Walmart Devils Lake is our walmart! We have to drive further but they are all so kind and helpful. Thank you for being there. We tell everyone how much we like shopping there now our friends are going there too.

Stop to buy some mulch no one there in the garden center couldnt get in the doors had to go all the way to the main entrance back over to the garden center stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone no one showed up went over to the other checkout had to wait for them to find the skew so they could check me out not a very pleasant experience

While the employees do not get the recognition for working during Covid, they continue to work so we can get our supplies.Some products are missing; toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels but at least the meat, eggs, and dairy products are better stocked

This walmart and the employees have always been helpful and be sure to help of us customers look lost, always fast and easy

Regular Walmart. Bathrooms were clean and everything was well stocked. Even picked up some fishing lures on clearance.

Hard to find assistance when you need doesnt matter what department you are in.

I visited this walmart to buy some food and stuff my family and i were needing for a cook out and shelves were empty. We made the best of it but my honest opinion i wouldnt rate 0 stars because of the empty shelves in most aisles. The stars go to the lady who helped us by going beyond her service and going to the stock room to check for veggies i was in need. Thanks to her she made my day by showing she cared about the customer.

Need way more checkouts open. Sucks to stand in line for 20+ mins. Im fine with self check outs being cards only. When you know your busy times of day you should know you need more checkouts open for them hours.

It would be nice if they had more than 2 checkouts open.Mandate masks but everyone cant social distance .OPEN MORE CHECKOUT LINES!!!

Lots of stuff, inexpensive, good, helpful staff. Can find if something is in stock and where using the app.

I like the Devils lake Walmart. It’s big enough to have a decent selection but not so busy that it’s overwhelming. I’ve never been in there when I felt like it was dirty or that the bathrooms weren’t being kept clean. The new store manager, Ben, is awesome. He understands good customer service and is visible throughout the store. The long time employees are really great and a big help. The last few weeks it appears that they have had help. I’m guessing probably Walmart employees from other stores to get the stocking situation in order here. Those staff members are just super friendly and looking to see if they can help the store. North Dakota has a very low unemployment rate and keeping help is a problem everywhere. The problem with stocking It’s probably more of available staff problem than neglect.

Rough for me being disabled. People park in handicapped spaces that arent using placards or plates often times delaying my time. I always have to take my manual wheelchair as there are never riding carts available. This limits the number of items I can buy due to not having a basket.

I only go to Walmart now out of pure necessity. Once Walmart created the mask mandate it was obvious to me they are apart of the big governments compliance scheme. If I can get what I need elsewhere I do, especially those places not requiring a mask.

Good store need a extra cashier 3 not enough but I digress there was most likely some calling in sick
