Damien was great to work with, he did all he could have done. We still havent solved the problem with my watch. Paying for a data line since February and no data line for my watch. Its very frustrating that we are still having to call Tech support to solve the issues. Again, this review has nothing to do with our sales rep, he was AWESOME!!
I’ve been a Verizon customer for more than a decade. I have NEVER experienced such EXCELLENT service as when Tiffany (Smith-I think) waited on me. I watched her manage numerous customers simultaneously with the best of customer service. I watched her address a hostile customer with kindness (she had the patience of a saint). Tiffany is a rare find for ANY corporation. She’s gold. I cannot imagine Verizon paying her what she’s worth. I can only hope every customer receives the benefit of such excellent customer care. Whenever I return, I’ll be looking for Tiffany.

I want to commend Alyiah on her service resolving an issue we had. She was knowledgeable, worked very diligently and offered another solution to make the situation easier, since we had children in the store with us whom were ready to goooo LOL. That really shows she is courteous and has compassion for her customers. THANK YOU!
Very very poor customer service. 1. I called ahead and was told they had 1 galaxy s20 in stock --- they didnt. 2. Was also told I could get 559 dollar credit for my phone, that was also a lie.....they were only able to offer me a 440 dollar credit. 3. Gave another BS excuse that my My Verizon app was not working......but it was. 4. I was 1st in line to be assisted from the next available rep, and they helped someone else in front of me.This store continuously likes to play BS games. They will not or can not help a patron with a simple upgrade of a phone......absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Had a unique situation. My son, who lives in North Carolina, could not activate his replacement phone. So I stopped by the Douglasville store to see if they could help. Long story short, Mason was able to get the phone activated in a few minutes. And this is why I remain a customer with Verizon. GREAT SERVICE PEOPLE!
My experience at this store was probably the worse I have experienced in a long time. It takes way to long to be acknowledged upon entering the store. I understand a representative maybe assisting another customer, but as someone who has been in a customer service driven industry for 20 plus years, the failure to acknowledge someone for 10 or 15 minutes is unacceptable. I placed an order online for in store pick up and I do not understand why the phone shows in my account, but I never got the phone. There was some sort of system issue or something was wrong and the phone was not received. Additionally, the store operating hours said they closed at 8:00 PM, however they basically kicked people out at like 6:55 PM and said they were closing early. When asked why they were closing early, the excuse given, they were short staffed, despite there being at least five to six representatives there. They kicked everyone out and said come back tomorrow. Went back the next day, the same experience. Customer service like this will make me go to ATT&T.

The men there exhibited a lazy behavior and the tall guy is a nasty piece of work. He is very rude and biased. Kudos to the hard working women there. They were polite and worked diligently on my service issue. The rude men were the reason for the one star, they do not deserve a star at all.

This was my first visit to the Douglasville location. Chasity was professional and courteous and provided me with great service. She was knowledgeable about the devices and answered my technical questions with ease. Nicole, the Business specialist, was knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease. Store upheld Covid guidelines. One customer tried to put up a fight about not wanting to wear his mask. The young man I saw assisting him remained professional and got him to pull his mask up and continued his service. This lets me know the manager there knows how to train their employees the right way. Cant wait to go back there to get another biz line. Thank you for the great customer service as usual Verizon

I experienced the most unprofessional customer service yesterday while being at this store location. I did a pick up order where the sales associate Edwin, already seemed to be in distressed and ready to go home, considering the store was closing in 20 mins.. While going over my order that was supposed to be ready turned into a nightmare due to sales rep. over phone trying to fix mistakes for prior sales reps. Instead of Edwin being understanding he was aggressive, yelled at me, stepped in my face, and even threatened to call the police on me while trying to kick me out of the store! As all of this is happening, I am on the phone with a sales rep, through Verizon whom is listening to the conflict. The manager Adarris comes out of the back and politely asked Edwin to step in the back which Adarris helped and resolved my issues. This conflict has been documented in my remarks by the sales rep, Garran whom was on the phone with me and I will be taking further action!
They refused to help me with issues I was having with my phone. All they did was give us the customer service number to call. We also wanted to buy a SD memory card. They acted as though they did not want to be bothered. My husband has a accent and the sales representative treated his very disrespectful to the point that my husband did want to purchase anything at all. I felt as though he was being discriminated against. We ended up leaving. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
I want to the Douglasville location on 2-27-2021. I went in to start a account as a new costumer. Long story short. When I was taking the the sale rep, I felt discriminated. At first the rep was being kinda rude and then when I got the phone he changed his way of talking and his voice changed. The sale rep did everything fast and did not took his time to explain to me. We did the mix and match plan and he put my mom and I on the same plan. If i don’t login my app I won’t even notice, second he did not ACTIVE my mom and I (phone) he just gave us the box of phone and sent you have to do it we are not allow due to short staff. And they are still charging me the activation FEE!!!!! When they did not do their job!!!! I had to call customer services because my mom and I did not received any call or text. I had to call so many time to get fix!!! I’m ver upset because I am new customers and I had to go through all this. When all the sale rep had to do was turn on our phone and active our lines!!!!! Please make sure if you go change phone to have them active it because it’s a problem going back and forth with customer service!!!!!
They told me the plan costed one amount but when I look at my be the plan costs double. I tried calling the store and was on hold for half an hour. Place it trash. I will drive to the next town before I go back here

Just bought an expensive phone for my husband. Was told receipt would be emailed to me. After an hour no receipt. Tried to call. First time automated voice told me to call back after holding about 20 minutes. Second call actually answered and put on hold. Have now been on hold over 20 minutes AFTER call answered by employee. I love Verizon, but apparently Im not important to these local folks after laying down my money.
Went to this Verizon store ready to switch over to Verizon a get a new phone. Im married to state employee who works for the school system and am eligible for an 18% discount. Person in the store informed that the discount only applies to military and first responders. I informed him that my spouse came here a few days ago and got the 18%, but the sales person would not budge or bother doing the research so I got and left. I wont be back.

Visiting this location was a bad experience, I walk in the door and security had me wait to be called and before he walked off he looked at me and said (Sit) like I’m a dog, after being called by a representative, I told her about a purchase I got from another store in Illinois, And she was saying that they sold me something that was useless to me. I walked in wanting to purchase two phones. Instead of her looking at my account and giving me something that make since she made me feel bad about my purchase from another store. She totally missed the opportunity to convince me that Verizon is the new home I need for my business
Miss Ashley Tate worked her magic! She is AMAZING! I had 2 issues....1 was HUGE...I thought hopeless. With her knowledge and patience I walked out a VERY happy customer. Thank you. I take all my business to this store because of their professionalism and the time they are willing to spend with a non “technical “ person like myself.

Costumer service is horrible they try a fast talk you about your purchase. They dont give you accurate amounts on your bill. They try and gang up together and convenience you that they know what is best for you and your money. I have been a Verizon customer for 8 years I think it is time to switch service providers

This is the best Verizon corporate store that Ive ever been inside of, they are super nice. I have had Verizon for a very very very long time, but as much as I like the coverage area, Ive never been a fan of the customer service, either on the phone, or in the corporate stores, however, this store is the exception. They didnt know, but I had went in the store to cancel Verizon, but instead of letting them know what I was doing, I just asked a few questions about changing my plan. In the end, I got a better plan, and told the lady that helped me as I was walking out the door that I had come in to leave Verizon, but because of her hospitality and the overall hospitality at the store, I was overwhelmed, and was now happy to be a Verizon customer....

This customer service at this location was impeccable. I was in & out. I upgraded my phone & they were able to help me set it up successfully with all of my information & etc. I have absolutely no complaints about this location.
This is definitely the best Verizon store I’ve ever been in, the staff is super friendly and made my trip simple and easy. Angel assisted me and she was amazing! I will definitely be coming back to this verizon store for all my cell phone needs.

I walked into this store with a quick question and issue and rather than try and help find a answer and an explanation of what my phones problem the sales person argue with me that he couldnt do anything to help at all.

After being a loyal customer for 15 years, they had to find a way to keep me, after their fraud department managed to turn off all the lines (5) on my account and delete my online access by mistake.They did manage to keep me, but they had to recreate my online access for me, and also apogizing several times for something that should have never happened in the first place.Make sure, if you ever have to speak with the fraud department, that you only speak with a supervisor, or you might suffer the same problem as me.
Very low quality. Not customer focused. I suspect that employees are compensated on sales. If you have an issue or problem, youre not going to be happy with this establishment.Having said that, they do have a great selection of phones so its a great place to touch and compare phones.I sincerely hope that Verizon changes from short term profit to long term loyalty.

Had an issue with my phone, so an employee ran a diagnostic (the health check from the My Verizon Mobile app). The diagnostic said my phone was Good. He also said I should try a hard reset, though it was the first thing I told him Id already tried. They dont listen, they dont help.

I went to buy Samsung Galaxy Buds. They didnt have any in store. I went into the store to inquire because I wanted to know if I could apply my discount. The sales person laughed and said, you cant apply discounts to premium items. How would I know that as a customer? The brief interaction was negative. I would not purchase anything from that store, if I had to interact with him.

Went there to resolve an activation issue I was greeted by Shelia. After being bothered by my request for a few minutes, she went to assist another customer, and spent time telling them how badly they needed to be on Instagram. After going to another person for help, she once again returned to assist me, and she didnt seem too thrilled about that. After realizing that the store was about to close for the day, and knowing that my issues was not going to be resolved that day, I turned to leave. By this point Shelia, was standing in a corner chatting with another employee, asked if Id be back tomorrow. I told her I would not.

I had the help of a very attentive salesperson at the store. Even when I had a problem with my order they work diligently to contact customer service in order to resolve the issue and minimize my downtime without a phone I would definitely recommend going to this location again.

Oh, I wish I could give this location a ZERO and, frankly, give Verizon a ZERO for how they treat the elderly. My 78 year old father went to this location to upgrade from an iPhone 5s to a 6Plus, but of course they only had the 32G in stock so they ordered one for him and it was delivered a few days later, no problem. Next step - return to Verizon for activation. Id gone over with him what to expect and what he needed, having gone thru the process with Verizon 2 years ago and with Sprint one month ago with an iPhone AND an iPad. However, when he gets to the store, Sheila (who is specifically mentioned in another bad review) tells him SHE CANNOT DOWNLOAD HIS APPS TO HIS NEW PHONE, which is absolute BS. When he got home and told me what happened, I was so livid I wanted to ride back up there and report her to her manager, but he did not want me to. Instead, I downloaded his apps and music to his new phone by restoring from a backup like the darn phone asks you if you want to do during setup. Im getting mad all over writing this. I switched to Sprint because of the prices, although Verizon has better coverage in my area. I was even considering going back to Verizon at upgrade time. However, after seeing how this company treats the elderly, I WILL NEVER, EVER, GIVE VERIZON ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY.
Went on my lunch break to upgrade a phone. All the employees were standing around outside. They were supposed to open at 11:00 am. Doors locked until 11:15. No apology whatsoever from the person in charge. Very rude employees.

Customer service is poor went in for a phone upgrade on one of my account. They created a sub account under my account without my knowledge. Which caused a lot of problems when I went to upgrade another line. Will never go to this location again.
John was my sales/cust service rep and he went above and beyond to help me. Even weeks later when I called him he was able to help me with another purchase even though he had changes stores. Just another reason I love Verizon.
Trust the reviews! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, condescending, pushy, and will not actually explain or inform you of your options, but will instead just try to push you into what they want you to get.Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Theres a new premium retailer on Bill Arp that will actually inform you and talk to you like a human being instead of some commission percentage to be made. You could very well end up paying too much for your device or plan if you go here.Do your research and dont reward a business that treats its customers so poorly.
Awful customer service! Rude people that work there and no leadership to correct bad behavior. Twice I was left on hold then I went into the store and the experience got worse. Go to the East West connector store or camp creek if you want great customer service.
