Run! The lady don’t know her name but that heifer is RUDE on purpose no customer service or people skills i asked her a question she blew and rolled her eyes I did an about face and exited ✌🏿 The devil is and was a lie!! (They try to make you come out of character) just avoid spending money here.

Over price gas compared to the race track down the road, so didnt get gas here. But, inside, they had exactly what we were looking to and friendly employees that had to make you laugh. Are you from Alabama, they say all beautiful girls are from Alabama.

I was there to grab some groceries and the ebt system was down. I told the man working I will just go across the street. I went to walk out and he locked me in the store against my will and told me I couldn’t leave until I put the stuff up. I have filed a police report. He should go to jail.

Sunday, July 14, 2019, I received bad fuel. I was on my way home from visiting my daughter in Atlanta. Broke down in Irondale AL. Fueled up about 30 minutes out (around 7:30am)and didnt keep paper receipt or I would have posted this earlier. I had to wait for the pending payment to process through my bank to get this Shell stations address. Also, the attendant on duty charged me $3 for a bag of ice after seeing I was holding $3. (No tax?) The gas was very slow coming out of tank. So many signs that I shouldnt have stopped here. Lesson learned after $730 towing charges (car towed to Meridian, MS where it is under repair-they are pretty sure its bad fuel)

Racist guy at the counter didnt even want to look behind him for the product I wanted and I was staring right at it! Do not spend your money here black people or any person. He yelled Get Out! After I insisted it was right behind him. This in 2018??!

Stopped through on a long road trip. Got gas and used the restrooms. Decent enough place. Bathrooms were slightly vandalized.

Tried to buy gas there the other day. Of their half dozen pumps, 2 were closed, one wouldnt let you insert the credit card all the way, and another wouldnt read the card you inserted. Its kinda hard to support the local business if you cant buy their product...

Typically i stop here very early a.m. to which a note has usually more often than not, been placed on the door stating back in 5 min . It the only place open on that side of the road when im getting onto I-20 so it would be very convenient,If they are actually back in 5 min. Ofcourse. Service is ok and prices are average.

I cant give no less then 1 star. If you are a person of reason, spend your money or use of services either at racetrac or QT. Free Air, cheaper gas, American Service. The service or products they sell at the 5652 Fairburn Rd, Shell Station doesnt equate value of their existence. #theWorstServiceEver

Doesnt deserve a 1 stopped to get gas and use restrooms...ladies restroom out of order men s restroom was filthy would not use it ..literally poo everywhere ...nasty... store dirty should not be serving the public.

Seemed like 80% of gas pumps were inop. Left went to QT.

Always at least 1 pump not working. Horrible bathroom. Rude attendant. Go across the street to new Racetrac.

Staff is unfriendly. Bathrooms are nasty. Half the pumps generally are out of service.
