The customer service is terrible. They act like you inconvenience them and they will sit there and literally argue with you about your prescription when you have insurance paperwork to prove information. The woman at the drive through window should take a class on how to respectfully serve customers.

I have litterly been on hold for over 30 minutes. Customer Service is a total -0. They answers the phone, but immediately puts you on hold. It’s so sad. Our Community. This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in Douglasville Ga., if you really need your meds and your life depends on it! Don’t Go! The only reason I gave 1 star, because it’s mandatory in order to post a review!

Dropped a prescription off and was told prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. I explained I was not going to wait and would return later. I returned 3 hours later and the prescription was not ready and still had to wait almost 30 minutes. Not impressed. Really unhelpful and pharmacy staff acts like customer are a bother

Everytime I come to this location there is always something broken and not working or delayed. Do better Walgreens. Last time it was a FedEx issue this time the passport camera doesnt work.

My husband used to visit rite aid then it closed and Walgreens took over and we started using Walgreens wished we still had rite aid my husband had a prescription for 90 day supply of his medicine they give him 5 prescription bottles 3 had 30 pills each and two bottles had 5 each Im not a pharmacist but I can add and thats 100 pills not 90 come on this is a major company yall could not find a bottle that holds 90 pills this place is ridiculous, where did the staff go to school at that they didnt teach them how to add or how to find a pill bottle that will hold all 90 pills Be aware always check your scripts cause the staff does not

The service at this store has went drastically downhill. It used to be that I could call the Pharmacy & ask for Hurricaine, if they didnt have it, THEYD order it, not the Front. Now they act put out when you ask them to do that. I am going to find another way to get the Hurricaine because I am tired of dealing with them. And I refuse to get my prescriptions filled there anymore, as well. Good Bye & Good Riddance.

Love this place.staff is friendly and service is quick.I use to go to rite aid and that was a total nightmare! I was givin the wrong medication.i was given the shingles vaccine in the wrong location and my arm swelled up.I love this Walgreens and all their staff

Would you rather go here or go to the Rite Aid right next to it? If your answer is Rite Aid, then you need to re-evaluate your life choices.

Pulled up to drive through. The Pharmacy tech never turned around, just picked up the phone and said someone will be with ya. The Pharmacist came to the window and check to see if the medication was available. He said the medication is not available. I asked him could he check at another Walgreens to see if they had the medication. He said No. I repeated my request in a question and he said No. He said, if you got a store in mind I will try and call but other than that No I cant look at the levels to see what they have. I did not ask him to look at another stores level. I am not sure where customer service went but I am longing for it to come back.

They pharmacy employees here are nice.
