I visited this location (Arbor Place Mall) 4 days ago. It was very well stocked and I was able to pick up a few items that were on sale. Although the store is small it was very clean and well organized.

Dani was absolutely amazing! I don’t do much makeup and have little knowledge about it. Dani helped me so much. She matched my skin tone safely (pandemic-friendly) and she was genuinely excited for me! I have had so much trouble matching foundation to my olive-yellow skin and she nailed it. Great job, Dani! Someone promote her!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped me color match my daughter and do it where it wouldnt break my bank account. Ulta is a new love!!

The sales associates are extremely helpful and informative. My guy was looking for a good skin care product line and they went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of. They gave us the pros and cons of the products which helped in our decision making. Thank you all!

My first time visiting. Loved it. Only issue I had was the samples werent very neat ir cleaned up and a lot were mixed. Not the stores fault but I feel it could be addressed. I didnt have anyone ask if I wanted to try so and so ir anything like that so I was disappointed with that too. But Ill try again I was very happy with my haul.

Im a man, so I cant speak to the makeup like my fiancée can, however I do buy shampoo and conditioner here and there is a great selection of both. There are a lot of different makeup options here and the staff was very helpful.

I have been to the Ulta store at Arbor Pl., Mall several times. I had my haircut by Monique several months ago. She did a wonderful job and I was very pleased. Today however I showed up for my hair appointment and a store employee would not allow me in because I was not wearing a mask. I was not told that I needed a mask for the appointment. This is against my constitutional right. You cannot force me to wear a mask. I know that it is not the manager or Monique‘s stand but they are following corporate policy. Corporate America needs to get it together !! They cannot force us to wear mask. People have been getting the flu and surviving and dying for 50 years or more. This is just a ploy of the Democratic Party to scare us into doing what they want. I refuse to live a socialist life. I feel bad for the employees as they’re losing money but Ulta is not getting my money ever again.

If I could rate this Ulta a 0 I would. I had a consultation prior to both my daughters getting their hair done. My oldest daughter wanted highlights and a silk pressed and I was quoted $199. My youngest daughter only got a silk press and I was quoted $65. I was ok with the total but during the process of both my daughters getting their hair done I noticed their ends needed a slight trim. At the end of the service I was charged $130 for my daughters ends to be trimmed along with the totals for the service. The stylist should have told me the cost of the trim before doing it. I don’t recommend that anyone get their hair trimmed at Ulta. I feel robbed and I will never use the salon there again. The highlights don’t even look like what we asked for. I would like a refund for the trims and highlights. The stylist was Monique P.

I tried to used my charge card but the cashier says my card was declined then she asked again to swipe my card this time she said it was suspended. She asked if I have another credit card I said no. She gave me a number to call. I didnt call but I will call today.

I have shopped here for years and today 1/20/20201 they have lost a customer. This location is completely horrible and the staff are unprofessional and have no knowledge of the company’s system. I recently purchased two clarins products that totaled $150. They broke me out terribly. Before I could return it my debit card was stolen. I presented my receipt and notified them that I no longer have that card and was told that I would have to get a store credit and a refund could not be given. How unfair is it to punish the customer for a stolen debit card? I was then given the “guest services” number to try to resolve the issue. Guess what? They barely spoke English and told me to resolve the issue with my bank. How does that even make sense? I want a refund from ULTA not my bank. I then ask for a regional manager and was told “oh we don’t have her number but you can look on google and call our corporate office”. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with retail. Now I’m FORCED to spend $150 in Ulta when I just wanted my money back.

I called to check availability before driving the 35 mins to the location. I get there and was stopped at the door very hatefully as if I was a criminal, only to be told I could not shop there without a mask. I asked if they could get what I needed while I waited out in the lobby and she said, nope. You can order online and pick up. I said well I called and just drove a good ways to get here and was not told that over the phone, the woman very nasty said “it’s on our website” I just walked out.There are still people that are kind even when others are rude to them, I am one of those people. Ulta your employees need a check and I hope you teach them some customer service skills and a little politeness would have been appreciated.My business will never be in your store or your website.

Ulta Beauty is my go to place for natural hair products. They have a great selection. And great product. This is the only store that I shop at for the products I love and enjoy using. They also have so many other great products.

Refused to allow my sister and myself into the store 30 minutes before closing. Was given snide looks and a roll of the eyes by the little watchdog at the door who laughed when we showed her the time. Save your money and go to Sephora who respects you and won’t turn you away. Definitely will email corporate, another customer outside with us said they were refusing to serve anyone without a mask which is a huge infringement. Every other Ulta has recommended their customers wear a mask but to turn away people and refuse to serve them. You should be glad people are wanting to shop or you could be without a job.

The Arbor Place Mall location is my fav...the employees are very welcoming and helpful. Im a beginner in this thing called makeup, therefore Im taking baby steps and learning things through YouTube and when I go into this store with questions they are always so helpful and will spend as much time as they feel they need to help you. They point you in the right directions to make sure you save money but gets your money worth out of a particular product. Things like this makes a good shopping experience for me!

LOVE LOVE MY HAIRDRESSER THERE and you can shop cosmetic. Salon not too expensive, so you dont have to break the bank.

I love the selection there! They always have specials, clearances, etc at fantastic prices. And another plus, I almost always get some sort of free gift when I shop there. Its a great way to try new products before spending the money on them.I think they have added a Brow Bar at this location now. I havent tried it out yet though. I know they didnt have one when I was there several months ago. The setup is in the front window now (mall interior before you exit outdoors).

Came there for foundation and Miss Lauri helped me out, she was so amazing and understood what I wanted! She was so helpful in applying different foundations and gave her honest opinion. She needs a shoutout or something. Also special shoutout one of the workers with awesome makeup, he was amazing and kind!

The lines are too line & theyll only have 2 cashiers available. A lady was ringing up 2 people at once today lol she was awesome but still, they need more employees. Also, the makeup displays needs love.

Went to get hair care, ended up with something that will actually fix my hair and a lot of information! The lady I spoke to was super sweet and intelligent. She knew what she was talking about and helped me get he right things to fix this mess of hair XD

I love the products sold at the store and was so excited when they added it to a mall near me. But I must say the staff hardly ever greet or make you feel welcomed and thats every time I gone there. I always end up having to speak first which says a lot about whom they choose when hiring. Customer service and satisfaction is obsolete in this store,Arbor place needs to hire a more friendly customer oriented staff.Sad!

0 would be a better review for the salon at this Ulta.I was kept at the salon for 7 HOURS to go from brunette to highlights. The girl did 2 layers of full highlights and left the purple shampoo on my hair for too long so I now have a leopard and purple color going on. The foils leaked and now I have orange at the roots. I paid $122 plus left a $27 tip (which is too generous for what she did to me).I called customer service (5 stars) and she got me my money back and I told her I wanted the stylist to keep the tip since the stylist cut my hair without me asking her to to try to make up for the hot mess.Today I went to another salon for a consultation of how to fix this and they told me it will cost $150 to fix my hair and they informed me how bad my hair is. So, about an hour ago I went to the salon to get my refund back and the manager was completely unapologetic to my situation, kept talking over me and she denied me the full amount and didnt refund me back the tip. ( I had a change of heart about the tip since now I know how bad the situation is and how much it will cost me to get this fixed).I called customer service again and they where completely understanding and she told me that the manager had no right to tell me I couldnt get the full amount back, costumer service issued an electronic gift card with the $27 tip I had originally left and was very sweet about my situation.0 - Salon and manager5 - Costumer service

Hayley Candis is the most incredible hair artist! Forget stylist. The woman is so talented. She knows hair, hair color, products, the way your hair should be conditioned, treated, and so much more. All this time I thought hair color was bad for your hair!!

Poor Customer Service Latoya was not helpful at all. I tried to schedule an appointment for my Wife and she was not pleasant in helping me at all. My wife shops at Ulta very often, and I wanted to do something nice. I will not refer anyone to her.

I know that they cant control it, but its so hot in there that its hard to stay and shop. Im giving them only three stars though because this Ultra never seems to carry some of the products that I really like.

I recently got my brows done by Rebecca at Benefits Brow Bar....She was professional and sanitary. Plus they came out perfect!! I will always come here from now on. I never really was a Benefit girl, but she sold me some products (a foundation, brow pencil, mascara, blush and concealer) and now I cant live without them. Ask for Rebecca!

Loved, loved,loved,this branch. Went there Monday night,last night. The girl at the register was cool,friendly,and helpful. There was also a guy there, omg his makeup was EVERYTHING! HE WAS BEAUTIFUL.He showed me where the beauty blenders were and gave me his opinion of them.We purchased the amethyst one.Ulta has Morphe, Juvias Place, All the small brands like Maybelline and Loreal, this is tye place to sgop if your a makeup lover like myself or y ol ur jist starting out.Just a quick stop in.Thanks guys for the pleasant experience :)

Closest location to my home. Worst shopping experiences Ive had outside a wal-mart.They have creepy security that follows way too closely. Waiting to check out (the only customer) for five minutes while the store manager exchanges war stories about thieves with a cop. Never helpful, always rude. Dont stock items regularly. Store is dark and dirty, as well. Taking my money elsewhere in future

Rebecca Blackberry did an absolutely terrific job on my eyebrow wax! I had been growing them out and was very timid on having them waxed by another stylist but I am glad that I decided to have them done. They are perfect and I feel a million times better! My eyebrows havent looked this good in a long time. Rebecca even fixed my eyeshadow where it had rubbed off during the wax. I will definitely be coming back to get my eyebrows done by Rebecca!

Poor selection for an ULTA. I would have thought being in a mall, the choices in Prestige and even mass brands would be better, but most items are either consistently out of stock or simply not available. Its also saddening to have a store full of POC and they know NOTHING about their black products! Cant even tell me how to swatch Juvias, but will direct me to Morphe, which is definitely not made with our skin in mind. I came for a brow wax and tint the other week, and I was disappointed in the result. I asked for my brows DARK, and the tech seemed almost scared to color them, DESPITE THE FACT I SHOWED HER A PICTURE OF HOW DARK THE TINT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK FROM MY LAST BENEFIT TECHNICIAN. Still trying to find a ULTA that gives me everything I miss about the ones in Houston, and this definitely isnt it.

Great selection in store. However I ordered online for instore pick up. I did this to expedite my purchase. Nope didnt happenWhen I got to the register, I was told, we need to check the order, they always get them wrong. Well she was correct my order was wrong and I proceeded to go get my other items to correct my order. I did walk by the manager and was told, oh we probably didnt have your entire order and the merchandise came in this morning. What??? The online order placement sait it was available in the store when I placed the order 2 days ago. No apology from anyone.

This store usually doesnt keep a good stock of ulta like products so me and my daughter always end up on the floor digging through the drawers to find what we need. I wanted to ask an employee about a product and found one in a rolling chair at the end of an aisle so I started walking towards her, made direct eye contact with her and as soon as we made eye contact she just rolled around the corner towards the next aisle. I said “hello” so she’d know I wanted to speak to her and she continued rolling into the other aisle. Very blatantly intentionally ignoring me so I put the product back on the shelf and just paid for the cheaper items I wanted and left. Won’t be returning to this store.

I got my hair colored and cut here and loooove the results! I definitely recommend the dermologica facials.......i did the 10 min facial and felt brand new. Staff here is friendly and helpful!

I brought in pictures to show the stylist EXACTLY how I wanted my hair cut. She said ok and then proceed to cut it MUCH shorter. When I my expressed shock and disappointment, she told me that My hair was the wrong type for that cut. It isn’t- I’ve had that cut before. The salon manager then tried to convince me that the cut was impossible for me and that the stylist had only taken off the split ends. I don’t claim to know more than the professionals, but if you can’t do it, you should at least say so beforehand.

The store as a whole is pretty good.... Its always so hot in there. Not sure if the AC doesnt work or if its the lights but sometimes its so hot that its hard to breathe.The salon I am not a huge fan of. I got my hair done a year ago here and wanted an ombre balayge but the girl that did my hair (the manager I think) gave me foils and still charged me for balayge.... She told me next time I make an appointment to say I want highlights so its cheaper. Not sure why she would even charge me for balayge if she didnt give me that.Store OKSalon is a no.
