My 94 year old mother, who is in a nursing home in Atlanta, requested a sour cream pound cake for her 95th birthday. I am in Ohio which complicated things, but I luckily found Pound Cake Pleasures on the internet.I explained the situation to Lynne Jenkins, the owner, and she could not have been more accommodating.My mother said it was one of the best cakes she had ever had. Lynne delivered on time and kept me informed with follow-up emails. Delicious cake and outstanding customer service can’t be beat! Highly recommend.

Pound Cake Pleasures LLC has the best lemon cake weve ever had! Didnt taste like artificial flavoring at all, but wholly natural lemon juice and lemon zest! The packaging was thoughtfully prepared, customer service was par excellence, and she even arranged a delivery! Next time me and my ol ladyre in the area, were after the Bourbon and Rum cakes! Customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays. Well, this certainly doesnt apply here! Wifey bday was on Aug 15th and on the 14th, I thought I had all basis covered..dinner, gifts, flowers but oops I forgot to order a cake. I searched high and low for a custom cake and everyone had at least a week turnaround. Then I see Pound Cake Pleasures, so I cross my fingers while calling and oops I get the voicemail. But wait, Ms. Lynne calls me right back and as I explain my dilemma, she assures me that everything will be ok, and that shes gonna save the day! Less than 24 hours later, and before the celebration starts, I get a call saying my cake is ready! Where does this type of thing happen....at Pound Cake Pleasures! Oh, did I say the Red Velvet Pound was delicious? Just go get one...Im dropping the mic now.

I love Pound Cake and I also love Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, but I had no idea that I would love a Pineapple Upside-down Pound Cake. Pound Cake Pleasures made a believer out of me. This cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious. It was the moistest Pound Cake Ive ever had. It had the perfect amount of pineapple, brown sugar and cherry topping.I will most definitely order from Pound Cake Pleasures very soon. Great Job Lynne! Continue to spread Love by the Pound.
