Went to Kay’s on 10/15/21 to get my rings resized. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and waited on. Employees were very helpful in making sure I selected the best size. On 10/22/21 I was informed my rings were ready for pickup which was before the estimated finish date. Very pleased with my rings and service provided by this location.
Felt profiled from the moment I walked in. I was trying to educate my boyfriend since he was interested in my preferences. Prices were thrown at us as if he couldn’t afford it, but our budget was never asked. I don’t want a lab created ring. Thank you.

Terrible experience with an employee by the name of Brenda. I buy all of my jewelry from Kay’s and twice a year i come in for my diamond inspection. For the past 4 years, Kay’s will usually clean both my engagement and wedding band but this particular time Brenda thought it was ok to lie to my face and say she’s not allowed to clean both rings due to COVID when they just cleaned both in June. I felt it was racial profiling and she was mad i wasn’t making a purchase at this time, but i am disgusted that she felt the need to lie and be rude.
The staff was Very professor and frienly.

Stay away from this store. They do not respect your rights.****Criminally trespassed from arbor place mall from employee telling security I was threatening because I wouldn’t wear a mask*****I’m not going to say don’t spend your money at Kay jewelers at arbor place mall because I’m waiting for their complaint center to rectify this situation, but as a business owner who performs roadside assistance service in Douglasville and some times at the arbor place mall. It is not helpful to have an employee of a business call the police and say something to the security team that makes them feel I’m a danger to the mall because I don’t want to wear a mask. I have requested that Kay review my time in the store before recording and show that I wasn’t threatening or anything and am waiting to hear back from them.
The Jewelry Consultants were very friendly and nice. They listened well and found some amazing pieces to add to my collection. They were attentive and also managed my other bags, phone, and keys during my experience. I will buy more from them in the future.
The staff there is simply amazing. The quality and selection of the jewelry is great. And they make financing easy for anyone.
I went to pick up my wedding ring on Valentines day and BETH was EXTREMELY helpful! She was so nice and kind. Unfortunately that has not been my experience with a few other employees there. Beth is now the only reason I will go there. If Beth is gone, Im gone.

Worst experience!! Dale and Kate were nothing but con artist. They lied to my fiancé by telling him he was setting up an account with them to be able to have a list of which rings I liked, then did a credit check without making us aware when we said we WERE NOT buying today. They brought us to the most expensive rings that had and then were hassling him to buy it today. Will NOT be buying from them obviously and I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone!!!

I had the best experience with the assistant manager Samm. After visiting may other jewelers around my hometown and different jewelers around Atlanta, she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. She gave me her undivided attention and was flexible enough to make a second meeting with me and my boyfriend where she spent over two hours customizing the perfect ring for us. Words cannot describe how thankful I am that I stopped by the mall that day and not only met Samm but also created the perfect ring!

Visited 4/4/19- This is a great location and normally I am in and out with everything I need accomplished and at times with a new purchase.Ive attended an event of jewelry trade in here before and I recently purchased my Husbands prized Movado Watch lol. The level of Customer Service is always good, Im acknowledged when I walk in and if all the Sales Associates are busy they will let me know someone will be be with me.My upgraded wedding ring that I received for my 10 year Wedding Anniversary is approaching 2 years old and needed to get the diamonds/stones reset, dipped and cleaned. For whatever reason I was questioned beyond my understanding to verify the account that my Husband has. In the past I simply removed my ring and gave them the name on the account. This go round they needed to know the exact date of the purchase? Ummm it was a surprise gift so I dont know the exact date. The Sales Associate that assisted me did not seem sure of her self but I am hoping and praying that the transactions will be smooth and my rings are ready for pickup on the 18th.. Fingers Crossed!
Horrible customer service!! I was waiting for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. And when I was it was in passing. All I wanted was my ring cleaned but the one employee was busy servicing a customer while the other was googling random items with a friend.
I wish I could give negative stars, but Google doesnt have that option. The only reason I am giving them 1 Star is because I have to.Yesterday was my daughters 25th birthday. I had recently opened up an account with Kay and decided a nice diamond tennis bracelet would be a lovely way to mark the occasion. We arrived at the Arbor Place store late in the afternoon and began browsing until someone was available to assist us.After 30 minutes, and not one associate telling us they would be right with us.. we left and dropped a pile of money down at the Ulta store instead.I seriously felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.I am probably going to cut up this Comenity card issued for Kay and go to The Shane Company.
Absolutely terrible experience! First, Dale(older blonde lady) and Kate(black hair, foreign lady) were very pushy and was making it no option that I had to buy the ring today after I told them it was our first day even looking. *****THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!**** They said they were making me an account to see rings and get the total cost, TOTAL SET UP! They will NOT tell you that they ar running your credit. They we’re both extremely pushy! Giving my soon to be fiancé rings that they liked and thought looked best and did not let her look for herself! They immediately went for the most expensive ring knowing our budget. First day looking for rings should be all fun and ruined my experience. I cannot speak for all Kay Jewelers BUT I would absolute stay away from this Kay Jeweler!
