I would like to both commend and recommend Beltone Audiology & Hearing Aid Center, 7421 Douglas Boulevard, Douglasville, Georgia. On January 11, 2021, I received my first-ever hearing aids, Beltone Imagine 17 M&RIE. The entire experience from the initial visit for a hearing assessment to fitting to follow-up has been outstanding in every way. Pat Allison, BC-HIS, is a great person who has made this entire process a pleasure. He is very personable, easy to talk with, and perhaps more importantly a very good listener! No question was trivial, and he explained the importance of treating hearing loss early on (should you wonder, Google “auditory deprivation”) to prevent further damage. There was never a feeling of being rushed or pressured. Also, there is an exceptionally friendly and kind lady “up front”—Sharon, who goes out of her way to help and make you feel comfortable. Now for the hearing aids themselves, all I can say is WOW! The clarity and sound quality are unbelievable! I had no idea I was missing so much. I would highly recommend Pat Allison and Sharon to anyone who needs hearing assistance. Don’t wait another day!

Great place for hearing aids!

Mother has had Beltone hearing aids for 35 years. The staff at the Douglasville store are professional, very knowledgeable and caring. The follow up care provided is what keeps Mother a Beltone customer. As Mother suffers from profound hearing loss, it was the hearing aid specialist here that recommended the free Captioncall phone system to help. That phone has significantly improved Mothers quality of life. Again Mother and I give 5 star rating only because there were not more to select. Kudos to Pat and Danielle.

I recently had my hearing tested at Beltone Douglasville. As I am now retired and getting older, I wanted to be sure my hearing is good. Well, after very thorough testing, I was diagnosed as not suffering from any hearing loss. I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Pat was. Lots of choices in the hearing aid marketplace, but there is more to consider than price when buying them. Customer service is something most of us value. And Beltone provides you with excellent customer service which is included in the cost of those hearing aids.

I have menieres disease and was informed that getting an early start on preventing hearing loss is important. You do that by getting hearing aids before you completely loos the ability to hear a specific sound. Although my condition to most means certain hearing loss they did not try to take advantage of that. They told me I am good for now and to check back later. They showed and explained the levels and what to look for. Loved it!

My experience was amazing. The staff helped me to understand my hearing loss and how the different hearing aids would help me. This helped me to pick the ones that I felt would work best for me. The cost to me as well as what the insurance would pay was explained. I left feeling that there were no surprises in store for me. My wife has been deaf all her life and has never had a problem getting a hearing aid place to help her with the replaceable tube on her hearing aid. I brought her hearing aid in to see if this place could help her out and they want to charge 25.00 for a .10 cent price of tubing. I was willing to pay 5 dollars for a tube and I could replace it for my wife. But I was not going to pay 25.00 for the tubibg

When I first went to Beltone-Douglasville, Pat did my hearing exam. I knew I had hearing loss but I had no idea that it was as bad as my results showed!Pat showed me the hearing aids that would work best for me and allowed me to choose which I would purchase.I still cannot believe the difference in my hearing since I was fitted with my hearing aids! Pat started me out at about a 50% increase and a week later increased me to about 80% and as of today I am at 100% of what my normal hearing level should be. Pat was very thorough in guiding me through the beginning usage of my hearing aids, making sure I could hear the low tones that I had missed on my exam as well as the high tones that I had missed. He also made sure that the hearing aids fit properly and there was no feed back.My experience with Pat and Denise, the front desk lady, has been nothing but great! I have been shown how to lower my hearing aids when in an environment of high background noises and I am so excited about the results that I have achieved since my first visit to Beltone-Douglasville!If you even think you may have a problem hearing, dont wait! If you are in the Douglasville area make sure to go see Pat and Denise, you will be so glad that you made that step and they make it so easy and understandable.

Once I accepted my hearing loss, I decided to go to Beltone for my first hearing aid. Im on my second one now and very happy with the service I received at the Beltone Center.

After several years of not wanting to admit my hearing loss, I made an appointment with Belltone in Douglasville. Belltone had always been a familiar name that I thought I could trust. I have not been disappointed! I was tested in a very professional manner, without feeling embarrassed by my hearing loss. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and also, the service that Belltone offers.
