Went to get a hearing test the audiologist was super super nice. They could do nothing for me because my ears are really bad (ent only can help me) but bless her heart she wanted to help so much. I will recommend optimal hearing to everyone.

I have worn hearing aids for over 40 years. I recently bought Resound Aids from Optimal Hearing and could not be more pleased with the quality of the aids and especially with Whitney Smith, audiologist, her knowledge and her attention to her patient needs. I was most impressed with her willingness to come to my home to set up the TV streamer and to tweek the setting of the aids in my natural environment.

Whitney Smith: She is absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical about hearing aids to say the least. I had gone with cheaper hearing aids which turned out to be a disaster. I needed to hear better so I set up the appointment with Optimal Hearing. The first 10 minutes I talked to Whitney, I knew I had made the right choice. Talking with Whitney is like talking to a very good friend that really cares. She is very sincere about caring for her patients and their needs. I bought the Resound LINX Quattro aids and have been very pleased. My follow up appointments have been without a doubt very good experiences. Whitney and the staff are awesome. Whoever hired Whitney Smith, you need to thank your lucky stars because you have one of the best. I would give 10 stars but there are only 5. Keep up the good work!

Great service friendly staff

I purchased my Phonak hearing aids from my ENT provider at the young age of 38. Having a conductive, reverse slope loss caused it to be difficult to convey to the hearing professional what I was missing and what I was getting too much of. Not satisfied that I had paid so much and was getting so little from the hearing aids, I sought help from another hearing professional- Frank.Frank at Ultratone listened to my issues and quickly understood my type of loss, and the reverberations I was getting. He also gave me detailed explanations of my loss. I do not hear bass or low tones hardly at all and hear high pitched or treble sounds all too well. This can be very aggravating when in a loud restaurant and all the utensils are clanking together. I was told this is something I just have to deal with, but Frank did not agree. Frank was diligent in getting my settings correct. He utilized the programming capabilities of the Phonaks providing me several choices I am able to scroll through to adjust to different situations of noise. I am now more in charge of what I hear and what I dont. As a female tech professional in a mostly male environment (low tones) this has not only increased my ability to get more out of meetings and conversations but also to express myself more clearly. It is nice to hear and to be heard. I highly recommend Frank for your hearing needs.
