They offered me 200 for some shoes and I didn’t have the box so they dropped the price to 120? And then the guy proceeds to be terribly rude like chill out bro you work at a shoe store. Terrible customer service

In store the first time i me and my family went the experience was Great! Great customer service (IN STORE) they showed us around and everything went fine, well we tried to return 2 weeks later (March Wednesday the 12th) and tried to sell sneakers & clothing & the cashier straight looked at everything for a second and said we will pass on everything brother, might have been a time period they where just not buying certain items but the cashier Didn’t bother to even really open the sneaker boxes or go through the clothing ! Once again this is a great place to shop, & get steals & deals. JUST GO ON THE RIGHT DAY !

Nice and well organized place. Excellent customer service! The interaction with the staff is superb and attentive to the need of the client. They waited for me to pick up my kids, While they shop and i appreciate that, i got there and ended up by a pair of shoes!

Not usually the type to write reviews but disappointed in this place. Some of the shoes were severely creased, some of the clothing looked dingy with high price tags but what really disappointed me was the customer service. If you didn’t look like you had money they didn’t give you the time of day and unfortunately I would of been willing to spend good money! Don’t judge a book by it’s cover... will gladly shop elsewhere

I really enjoyed the experience for the most part. It gets 5 stars if they have a phone number when people want to call for info. Especially first time customers. Prices were fair for the shoes I sold to them. You wont get Stock X or GOAT prices for deadstock, But their offer wont be disrespectful either. They will take worn shoes but not beatdowns. They wont take just anything either. If it aint selling or in demand, they either wont take it or they will give store credit. And that store credit is only effective that day. It is a safe location right by arbor place mall. Now that I know how they do business, I would probably go there again.

Good people! The Owner and Manager are very helpful and are very understanding in negotiations on prices. Sold my Off-White 5s for a better price here than StockX, and I highly recommend to check this place out!

This is a great store, They have really good prices, Great customer service, and they pay well on items that they need. This is one of the best resell shops in GA. I’ll be there every Friday.
