They have always been the best......got all 6 designer eyeware and sunglasses never had a problem to this date all of my glasses have been the best....time to get new set of glasses hope to go back to them

I wish I could give minus star to this very unorganized eye are! Yesterday I took an online appointment from their website their website gave me an appointment for 12:30, so I got several hours off from my work to make it. But just one hour before my appointment they gave me call and told me their websites gave me a wrong appointment and they dont have any appointments for me for today! Its very very disrespectful way to treat with patients! I told them forger about me I will not waste my time and money for such this disorganized eye care that they dont know right hand from their kefts hands, how they want to give an accurate eye exam to their patients?! The woman on the phone who called me from this facility instead of apologized me she told me:thats fine and she hung up the phone on me. If you respect to yourself dont go to this facility. They dont have culture and good behavior with patients and they dont respect to the time of their patients they owe to me an apologize because their gave me wrong appointment and waste my precious time. But these rude people here dont know how to apologize when they did such this big mistakes. This is violation of customers and its not acceptable at all.when I read the other reviews here I find out they face the false appointment s to other patients too and then canceled it. I think this facility should be due due to running fake appointments and play with patients. I am going to complain against of them to California health department

My experience was tremendous. The office staff were friendly and inviting. Dr. Stein was engaging and thorough in his examination. I honestly felt that he took the time to really make sure I was comfortable and explained the process and his diagnosis.I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Stein and his office.

Dr Stan is great but the product and quality is horrible. ...1 week after purchasing glasses for child one arm fell off. I took them in and i asked them to tighten both sides...one week later the other falls off and my child didnt know where. He is only 6. I went back and now i had to pay 40.00 for part. ..they said this time they would fix it so they wouldnt unscrew . SHOULDNT THAT BEEN DONE THE FIRST TIME ?..Today only 2 months aftet purchase i have to go back because even though I paid for scratch resistance his lenses are scratched....their response is well even with scratch resistance they will get scratched. ...

Appointment set two weeks ago and get there at 2:30 and they are not back from lunch. Come to find out that they have removed me from their appointments that day and try to make me the person in the wrong by telling me my appointment was for the previous Friday. I check my schedule and show that they called me that Friday to confirm my Monday appointment lol.I Don’t want a optometrist working on my eyes if they can’t even see how bad their staff is.Look somewhere else
