I had a great experience here at LensCrafters located at the stone wood mall. I was looking for a pair of sunglasses. Customer service was great, communicated well with me in regards to the COVID guidelines and guided me towards what I was looking for. Once I selected my glasses, I was assisted by Vanessa. Vanessa made things quick and easy to understand. I was able to pick out the lenses I wanted and get my frames fitted. Thank you for the great customer service!

Ariana was super helpful. I needed to fix my glasses and she took care of it right away and made sure they were super clean. She also ensured they fit great before I left and adjusted them until they were perfect.

Staff at the Lenscrafters in Downey was absolutely amazing, I don’t have enough words to describe the gratitude I have. They were patient, kind, and understanding. That type of service goes a long way during the pandemic. I have a toddler that wasnt being cooperative(shocker!) and was loosing his patients with everything. The staff there didn’t have to step in or assist in anyway but they blew me away by their sheer compaction. They went above and beyond in keeping him distracted so I could get my eyes checked. Thanks again to the staff and the optometrist for not making me feel embarrassed or ashamed in such a difficult situation for me. Thank you again and I absolutely recommend.

Danielle put new screws in my Sunglasses that. I actually bought somewhere else. She was very kind and friendly and she did it free all so graciously. She even polished and cleaned my lenses. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience and now I can finally wear my sunglasses again :)

They did a really good job--it must be particularly difficult for these companies have to keep everything sanitized now, in response to the pandemic.... Their efficiency and graciousness made me realize that basically everybody must be a little more short-tempered--maybe a little less kind--because likely we are all a little more bothered by all these additional safety measures. The Lens Crafters personnel did a good job on both my visits.And, I really like my new glasses.

Everyone there was really friendly and were following regulations! They sanitizer everything before hand, the doctor was really friendly and explained what I needed. Also if u have AAA THERES A DISCOUNT! but yes my experience there was wonderful

I came to this lens crafters after I went to Americas best! And boy let me tell you what! The doctor here took her time with me did different test and the employees were all so nice but one in particular vanessa is her name was such an awesome help. I got there 5 minutes before they closed and she had no problem helping me I just went to get my glasses but still she could of said no thanks vanessa 500/10

I went in to get my eye exam and to use my insurance that i had for almost 2 years before i quit my job which i gave a 30 day notice. The sales person informed me that they will bill my insurance the day i came in for a appointment for my eye exam which i paid 50 dollars for part of my insurance was used. They gave me 30 days to pay the balance. When i called to pay the balance before the 30 days they said they just now put in for my insurance and they said my insurance was canceled duh thats why i did everything before i left my job. Its not my fault they lied about when they actually billed my insurance. If i knew they was going to billed my insurance after the 31st i would not have paid for a eye exam, i would of went somewhere else that wouldve billed my insurance the day of service not almost 3 weeks later. I am very upset.

Bad service, they didnt give me my prescription for my contacts even though I paid for it and they wanted me to come back for a health eye exam for another $45. Terrible!

Horrible service i walked in and literally for ten minutes no one looked up to speak or address me or even ask me to wait. finally the general manage just so happen to walk out and greet me then leaves me with someone else who sits me down for me to pick out my self which kind of sunglasses i wanted. after another 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come back i got up and walked out, which is what i shouldve done in the first place. They just lost my $300 sale.

Bunch of lies, make sure to ask bunch of questions before you purchase something. One of the screws came out of my lens and I was told to take out to LensCrafters-which is around the mall. Once I got there they make me sign a paper that says-they are not responsible if they scratch or break the frame. No one those thing were mentioned before.

Went there today and i was walking around looking for my next pair of glasses. I bought my current paur of tiffany glasses from this exact same store. Female greeted me while she with a customer. Then i was waiting for a male I found out his name was Eddie to assist me after he was finshed not with a customer but what seemed like some computer work to assist me. If was taking awhile but i still stayed closed to where he was while i continue to look around. He never acknowledged my presence nor did he assist me. Then 6 to 8 minutes later a male Hispanic enter the store Eddie greeted him immediately and assisted him. The female who greeted me early still assisting a customer looked up at me and looked back at Eddie because she knew exactly what happen. I know i looked pretty bummy but I am a paying customer and to be totally disregarded as such is unacceptable the cameras if they work will tell the whole story. I will be taken this up with the city and Lenscrafters headquarters.

Worst customer service, came here about 3 years ago, came back thinking it was better, NO WAY!!!, once they have your money they dont care whether or not you are happy with the service.Been waiting on my contact lens trials for over 2 weeks, their answetwe dont know when they will arrive, and thats because I came to check on them, the sales person Stephanie was no help, she had a Oh well, attitude, will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LENSCRAFTERS

My visit here not what I was expecting. Customer service is not the best here. When I had my eye exam two of the machines smelled unpleasant. It didn’t smell clean. Doesn’t seem like they sanitize the place properly.

I bought my third pair of lens with LensCrafters and my second one on this store, I very disappointed with this store the first time, three years ago they the gave me the display frame, and 2 day ago same thing, display frame, I paid for new frame not for display frame 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 No more.
