Monique in the Downey office is the best hearing related person I’ve ever had. That includes the 3 audiologists I’ve seen over the 3+ years since my first hearing test. I look forward to having her as my hearing aide dispenser.

Had to return a hearing aid that was not compatible with my cochlear. Not the fault of HearUSA—ReSound gave incorrect information. Return and refund were fast, friendly, and easy. Now they’re getting me a new HP receiver for my old hearing aid.

The customer service ladies and the hearing technician are excellent. They are professional and pleasant..they follow up with you and the hearing aides are the best. The hearing aides interact well with the app for my hearing aides. I am so excited to hear so well now.

Very professional and friendly, the office has a Keurig coffee machine for coffee or tea if you like.The doctor is very friendly & professional.my ears are very small so I was concerned about the size of the hearing aid. I didnt want anything bulky the first hear aid that she tried on me was small enough for my tiny ears, I even forgot I had it on.

My mom was there with my wife. All their staff is very rude. No customer service. They make fun of their customers as you wait. Avoid going to this office

One star because whoever the receptionist was at the time was very rude to Spanish speaking customers only. I dont think you want someone like that representing your establishment. Will never return!
