We bought a car from them last month and we felt like the prices at Utah Used Car sales were unbeatable. Price is usually the biggest factor since we find exactly what we want ahead of time and then just go where they have the best price. The 2 biggest downsides we felt were that they have a small staff so there was a long-ish wait to purchase the car but I think that’s actually pretty common for all car buying and secondly the salesman was a little off putting. Nothing bad just some of his jokes didn’t quite land and maybe he was a little ignorant? Overall a good experience and we would still purchased the car and purchase from them again.

But there was one thing that I needed to follow up on after we bought the car and no one will get back to me. I’ve called every week for a month and I talk to someone and they promise they will ask about it and call me back. No one has called me back. It’s very frustrating. So the car buying is great but if you need something after that.........good luck! 🤷‍♀️

We came to Utah Used Car Sales in Draper to see a VW Tiguan 2017. Lee greeted us right away and was super nice, he explained the required test driving route and off we went to drive it. When we came back he was great to talk to and was open to answering any of our questions. We loved the car and the unbeatable price but drove back home to think about it. We kept checking back on it and finally came back 3 weeks later to purchase it. Matt was super helpful and helped us get approved for a loan quickly. Jen was awesome and went through all the paperwork with us to make sure we understood everything we were signing. Our car needed an oil changed and they took care of it free of charge to us. We were given T-shirts and a car wash with our purchase. I loved that everyone was so transparent and they made us feel very at ease. We love our new Silvi!

We discovered an issue with the entertainment system after getting it home, but they have acted in good faith to make things right so far. Only one honest criticism: they did not provide a vehicle history report. I was happy to support this small business and would do so again in the future.

We were in the market for a mini van after having had our last van (which we also purchased from them) for over 8 years. We found one we were interested in on their website, went to the lot, were able to test drive it and check it out, and purchase it with no hassle or problems. We got a great deal on a great used car.

Multiple websites, including their own, had advertised a 2018 Acura TLX for $25,895 on multiple sites. I drove to the dealership, and offered to buy the vehicle for the listed price. The sales person (Matt) then told me that they were now selling the car for $29,895! I showed them the online pricing and asked again for the price currently advertised. The sells person refused to sell the car for the advertised price. This car has been on their lot for 4 months! 1 week before they dropped the price $1k, only to raise it $4k when i showed interest days later. What a scam!I explained that what he was doing was bait and switch and was unethical- he again refused to sell the vehicle. I left.This dealership should not in business. This is not only unethical but against several State and Federal Laws. If the dealership is willing to break the law, why would I trust them? I have filed reports with the FTC & BBB. BUYER BEWARE

I gave the sales agent, Matt, and the whoever the sales manager is 6 separate opportunities to earn my business. In my experience I would never recommend this place.

I bought an Extended warranty from Utah Used Car Sales almost 2 years ago. One for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and another one for my BMW X5. I have used it on my BMW several times. Some for Control Arms & Suspension (they replace it one at a time) and for engine issues. On my Jeep they had to replace something with the A/C that would have cost me almost $3k and also the Radio/Navigation which would have also been over $2k. I still have plenty of time left on the warranties and my initial cost was nothing in comparison to the repairs that have been made on both cars. I have already broke even a while back. Having a $0 deductible was awesome. Used cars can break down out of no where and probably when you dont expect it. Having the peace of mind that I am covered for most repairs makes it worth it. For all you hesitant about getting it trust me. You will regret not getting it when down the road something goes wrong. I am thankful that they explained this to me with no pressure while I was there.

This place is a trip, and not a good one.We came in on a Saturday to look at a 97 Isuzu Rodeo they had for sale for way over market value. After about 15 minutes we still werent helped, so we came back a few days later. We talked to Matt, who allowed us to test drive the vehicle. He wouldnt wear his mask at all during the test drive which was already a huge red flag because of my cancer. Once done, we climbed under it. So much rust. Frame rotting, every suspension bushing either gone or falling out, wiring all over the place inside and out, and then when I asked why the check engine light was on, he said he didnt know, but it mustve had something to do with the fact that the vehicle was vandalized while for sale on their lot (Its been for sale since October 2020). Another huge red flag because we noticed it literally sits alone on the far end of the lot unlocked. Upon trying to negotiate, he got legitimately offensive. They were asking $4,000 (now $5,000) for a vehicle worth $2,300 at best. I offered $2,000 Cash in hand and he absolutely refused and said its as-is. Their website claims their goal is to sell cars that are Problem-free, yet this one is riddled with problems that they dont care about.The fact that this dealership is going to try and push this to some unsuspecting people in this condition is disgusting. I knew the market value, the thousands it needs in repairs, and it hasnt sold in 4 months, and he claimed its the best price and refused to negotiate. I understand this is a no-haggle dealership which I appreciate, but thats just... Unacceptable behavior. I used to work at a dealership, I know how it is.Evidently Ill continue to sit on the cash until it inevitably goes to auction and I can pick it up for less than my original offer.

We purchased a beautiful Infiniti QX60 from Utah Used Car Sales a few days ago. Because we had such a great experience I wanted to hop on and give them 5 stars. There wasn’t the typical and annoying high pressure sales tactics. No ridiculous haggling for the best deal. Up front we were told the lowest price the dealership could go. Because we’d done a fair amount of research we drove away in our new car knowing we got a great deal. We were treated with respect and honesty. This purchase is by far the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car from a dealership. We highly recommend doing business with this place if you’re in the market for a gently used vehicle.

We came in at the end of the day on a Friday and they were quite busy but the staff was SUPER awesome. They offered us cold water and made sure to acknowledge us. After we test drove the car we sat down with Matt told him we were first time buyers and he walked us through everything we needed to know so we could make an informed decision. Purchased in the middle of the pandemic because my old car didnt get the memo that now was a bad time! They were extremely cautious about cleaning the car thoroughly and taking all possible precautions under the circumstances. Overall I have to say it was a fast, positive, no pressure environment. We had a pretty good buying experience buying our vehicle from Utah Used Car sales. We had already found the vehicle we wanted to look at on the website. The car was in great shape and it was a great price. We were preapproved with our credit union and they were able to bring up the documents right there and we could sign and be done right then. There was a problem with the battery that was not as we had been told. We made them aware of the issue on Monday, after purchasing on Saturday. We were told they would compensate us partially for the battery we had to purchase, but it is now 2 weeks since then and we have not seen that yet. If we had been told the battery needed replacing as opposed to there was a new battery put in, we would have still purchased the vehicle and bought one on the way home. Instead it caused an issue when trying to leave for a funeral early on Monday morning.

I wouldnt even take a free car from these people. We bought our van two and a half years ago and recently discovered that there were both a 50K mile rollback and a prior accident listed on the Carfax report. When we contacted them, they claimed that they pull Carfax reports for every vehicle they sell and said they would have gone over that with us. We were never told about either issue (we had specifically told them we didnt want a vehicle with any accidents) and there was no Carfax report with the paperwork we were issued (which we kept all of), nor is the rollback reported on the odometer disclosure form as is legally required. To us, its very clear they saw the issues on the report and chose to hide them to get more money. Our vehicle is now worth thousands less than we believed it to be and we have had thousands of dollars in repairs that we would not have had in a lower mileage vehicle. They also claim there was no rollback done and that it was merely a fat finger but the issues weve had asking with the previous mileage reported before the rollback make it obvious it was no typing error. Now were stuck trying to sell the vehicle with the higher mileage and eating the cost difference because they refuse to work with us. There isnt a more dishonest car dealership in the area.

I felt absolutely NO pressure from this company. My goodness what a wonderful and simple experience it was from finding this car to signing on the dotted line! I was able to get a get rate through AFCU as well which was advised by this company. Our sales guy,Matt, was very helpful, funny and super chill. Shady dealership. Do not keep their promises. We recently bought a vehicle from them. Vehicle is great so far but we were promised an after market DVD player included in our purchase that they are now refusing to provide and install. We even have a signed We Owe You contract document from them that has it listed. I spoke with the manager and he had the audacity to say I was not a good person because I was trying to make them provide it when they apparently made the mistake of not including it in the sale price even though I have a document stating otherwise.

Seriously one of the easiest car buying experiences Ive had. They treated us like family. I sent a brief interest email and they responded within minutes with instructions on the next steps. By the time I was there, I was already pre-approved for the best loan possible, and they already had all the paper work ready. Super simple and painless. Definitely will recommend them to others!

Went in to test drive a vehicle I saw during the week on Saturday. When we got there it turned out that they had raised the vehicle price 1500 more than what we saw online during the week.I live in Provo and we cant make it in during the week because we work all day. They wouldnt fully honor the price but had lowered it 1k closer to what we saw online because the state was opening back up, so essentially it was still a good deal. We told him we would think about it and he said they would honor that price for just that day. Well I called back around 430 to ask if they would honor the price we had originally saw online they said that they had now raised the price to 2k from 27,999. Such BS we already had the check in hand and were on our way. Took my business else where and bought my vehicle at another dealer.

They had the right car at the right price, and they made the buying experience as simple as I can imagine it being. Theyve been accommodating with any questions Ive had since then.

Honestly best car buying experience Ive ever had! Lots of cars to choose from. Once we found the car we wanted it was so easy. We did our application from home so when we went in we literally only had to be in the office about a half hour. With two little kids this was invaluable!! We will definitely come back!

I learned so much about the car buying process, what to look for when buying to ensure there was no cover up of previous damages, etc. They were honest and communicated well during the entire buying process. My husband and I went to Utah Used Car Sales yesterday to check out a Traverse that was so reasonably priced I thought for sure it would be in terrible condition... but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was in great condition!!! The place was busy and we had to wait a little while before being helped but honestly that was a bonus to me for a couple of reasons, we could look at the car’s exterior pretty thoroughly without having pushy sales guys swarm all over us and it made me feel like it was probably a pretty good place to look due to how busy they are and every employee desk was filled so I knew they were fully staffed. Regardless of their “job” there and how busy they were each employee tried to acknowledge us while waiting and make sure we were noticed and helped. We were shown the car and got to test drive it and not once did Lee ever make me feel like we were being pressured. He just provided us the info and let us decide what we wanted to do. They really worked with us on our financing because it was a Saturday and the bank we are using was closed but still made it so we could leave with that car. I’ve only ever had experience with sleazy car salesman who honestly make me feel like I want to punch someone in the face by the time I leave. Utah Used Car Sales was nothing but friendly people (seriously everyone we talked to). They were up front and so EASY to work with! Finally one night I was on my way home and I stoped by the lot and saw a car and I loved it! It was a 2017 Honda Civic with killer miles! I drove up the next day when they were open to test drive it, when I drove it I knew it was the one I wanted! I didn’t plan on buying a car that day, but I did! I have never been to a dealership quite like this. I went in with interest in a specific vehicle i found online. After a quick test drive around 4:30 PM I decided i wanted to make the purchase. To my surprise no more than 2 hours later i was happily on my way home with my new car. Which i should add i feel i got a great deal on. Got approved for the car I wanted.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a business. Overall, it was a good experience and the staff was helpful, patient, not pushy. There were a few undisclosed minor issues (the non-functioning actuator on the motorized sliding door and the CD player that doesnt work, and clearly didnt when we purchased the vehicle, but we didnt discover this until later when we actually had a CD present to try the player). I get the no-haggle price idea, but it would have been nice to be offered some kind of discount for paying cash, in full. We were pleased and grateful that they made sure to have their usual interior cleaning company come and re-clean the vehicle after we discovered the substitute interior cleaning company they had used for the vehicle had done an incomplete cleaning job.

Bryan was extremely helpful we got a great deal and a great car with no pressure. A pleasant buying experience for someone who had not bought a car before. Excellent service and quality vehicles.

These guys screwed my wife and I over this weekend. We showed up at 11 oclock when they opened to look at a car they had. They told us it was at a mechanic getting a window motor fixed and i asked them to bring it over because we were really interested. They said it would be back to their dealership in 2 hours and they would give us a call when it got there. An hour and 45 minutes later, i hadnt heard from them so i called and they said I think it is here. Let me check and called you back we were pretty close down the street so we just came in. They were selling the car that we requested to have brought over to another couple. That couple showed up at noon, the car got there at 12:30 and they called THEM before calling me. Long story short, they dont care about you, they care about making money. My brother and his wife happened to be there as we showed up, they were looking at a car too. They had called before they came down (they live in Layton) to make sure the car was there and the dealer said it was and they would hang on to it until they got there. The car was being sold as they pulled into the parking lot. Utah Used Car Sales has zero loyalty to customers. They just want money.

If I could leave more stars I would! These guys were amazing to work with, very friendly, fast and courteous, made the experience fun and less stressful, didnt feel like a business transaction. Also, any concerns in regards to my car they addressed. Love it, no pressure sales. Will definitely be back in the future and will refer to anyone needing a vehicle.

Hands down the best car buying experience Ive had in as long as I can remember. Their sales personnel were polite and knowledgeable and I felt zero pressure like I had at the 3 previous dealerships I visited before finding them. Clean dealership with a wonderful selection of vehicles. Cant say enough about how helpful they were in finding me a vehicle. Would highly recommend.

Very low pressure here! My husband and I have been to other dealerships looking for cars and the other places lie to us and try to keep us there for hours and push us to buy an overpriced car but not Utah used car sales! They already know they are giving you the best deal they can so they don’t try to manipulate you I to buying anything. Best experience at a car dealership by far!

I test drove a vehicle here recently and was working with Bryan. He was very helpful and professional. He didn’t pressure us into buying anything and we were really enjoying our experience. We were going over financing when I heard an argument. A man was using very foul language including the “f” word to a mechanic. I was standing right there with my family and saw this take place. It made us very uncomfortable and I could tell Bryan was embarrassed. He gave me his card and walked us out. I asked what the argument was all about, and i came to find out that the man using the foul language was the owner / used sales manager, whose name is Lee. Bryan apologized to me on behalf of the owner. I said that the owner should have apologized immediately and not made his employee do it for him. We ended up getting our car at another dealership. I do not recommend this place for this reason. The language used was very unprofessional.

Just bought my 4th car from them. Lee always stands behind his cars. We bought the car had a dead battery and he took care of it even on his day off. I recommend this place 100%. Not your typical used car dealership these guys are legitimate and know how to do business with integrity. Purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse below fair market on the model year, trim, mileage and year I feel I got a good deal. Lee handled the sale and was very helpful and honest. He gave me all the information they had on the vehicle, no sales pitch, no outrages fees or haggling. He was patient with the problems I was having on my end of the deal, gave me good advice on how to fix them and made the process stress free. I’m very satisfied with my experience and the no stress approach. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I had a great experience buying a car at Utah Used Car Sales. I did hours of research and and drove a lot of cars form private sellers and dealers. All of the UUCS cars I looked at were priced right (just below book). The history report on the car I bought was clean with 1 owner, no accidents/damage. The staff was great. They took the time to explain the things we needed but didnt waste my time with sales pitches, etc. Seemed genuinely grateful for the business. Probably the best car-buying experience Ive ever had.

Bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey. Quick and easy, best price we found after weeks of searching and research, and no hassle process. We purchased a car about a month ago and had a great experience. Our salesman, Dave suggested that we get the extended warranty which we did. We had the care for 2 weeks and the transmission went out, i dont blame the dealer because it was a used car, but because we had purchased the extended warranty they completely covered the repair and we were back on the road in less than a week.
