Just a suggestion, but if the hot food is going to sit out so long that its discolored and soggy, maybe make some fresh food or discount it. I paid $8.99 for a meatloaf meal and all I could eat was the meatloaf (which was really good). The green beans and carrots were so water logged, overcooked, and soggy I couldnt eat them

Hy-Vee in my opinion is the best choice in town when it comes to grocries. Always well stocked, clean, and quick employees. They look to be adding more and more to their store everyday.

I prefer Hy-vee on Locust St, as well as the one in Asbury. The food and sales are always pretty good and of course Starbucks!

Even when the place is having a surge like saturday evening... Right on top of their game in the deli, stocking and cleanliness. Walmart should learn from them.

The staff is always friendly, however the fruit has not been that great lately. It seems like I am constantly throwing out over half if it due to it already going bad. It is pretty frustrating at times.

Always clean, friendly service, and great selection of food ready to eat. Im lazy and dont use a refrigerator or microwave, this HyVee is my go to when Im hungry. A whole lot healthier than fast food or restaurants.. which their dine in food is all delicious too

I went today to return a 2pounds of ground beef I just buy yesterday after work, today the meat was brown ish color. The Assistant Manager{BOB} was very rude, showing zero respect for customers and zero-knowledge. He asks me whats wrong with the meat. when was more than obvious was a different color?his answer was. I dont know anything about the meat department is why Im working here...To be the assistant manager he should have knowledge of all the departments.and dont be so ignorant.

The Dubuque NW Arterial store is terrific. They have everything including a pretty incredible Spirits section. Employees are extremely help. Nicer than any Publix Ive been to and thats saying a lot!

He showed up to the pharmacy six minutes after they closed. They still filled my prescription and were very friendly and lovely to work with. I appreciated it so much!

Hi Vee is a place I go to. They have lots of Red Hot Deals. Employees can be unfriendly and no employees around when you have questions. At times, I had one being rude. She was, young and telling me off. But, I know some people that work there and they are fun and excited. Also, when you have your prices, they can be alot more then what is advertised. Hard to find a basket, but it is clean and bright. So, I still go there.

Big difference in overall store quality between this location and the downtown location. This place is great. The oranges are bigger and the place doesnt smell like they mopped the floor with the seafood section.

One of my all time favorite places to shop.

After an hour round trip I showed up 4 minutes late for the diner breakfast. They were still cooking and serving breakfast while the older lady at the counter told me that they stopped serving four minutes prior and would not take my order. I asked if she couldnt make an exception because I just made a 1-hour round trip to eat the breakfast there and she acted like she couldnt care less.Store would otherwise be 5 star.

High prices lately, many shelves empty,and the self check machines are stupid,always jamming and rejecting my card. Not good like faraway or Walmart. Im done with it....

Decent store but why does this location insist on playing hip hop/r&b music. It doesn’t seem like the right choice for the demographic in the store. Fareway always seems to have more welcoming music

Hyvee is not only our preferred grocer, but now our insurance preferred pharmacy. Its a big store with a lot under 1 roof, but staff is available & helpful.

Okay guys, this may not hit you as a 5 star if you are used to it, but this is a place that you can pick up what you want to eat, pay at the restaurant / food area, and sit at a table and eat it. Plus really good cold and hot food choices. We do not have anything like this in my area and love it.

Absolutely no attempt to clean anything (key pads nor screens) between customers on the shelf checks. Didnt appear to be any sanitizing materials in the area.Different day...Went through the normal checkout this time. Sure they sanitized the visible part of the belt. Again, no sanitizing of the key pad - the MOST crucial part to clean.

Hyvee is my favorite grocery store in Dubuque. You can always count on fresh meat and produce. I was a little disappointed with the under stocked bread selection. This was at the Dodge street location. However I did ask an employee if they had more bread in the stock room. She was very polite and checked. Unfortunately they were out of stock.

I had some very heavy items in my cart. I was walking out and Hyvee employee, Beth, asked if she could help me. She was so sweet and so kind. After she loaded the groceries, I realized I had forgotten a bag at the self checkout and she ran back into the store and got it for me. Now this us really EXCELLENT customer service.
