Jiffy Lube staff always professional no matter where ever you go and this place is no different. Very quick service. People are very friendly and easy going. They’re always busy but don’t pretend they’re like lot of places do.

I spent over an hour in line and about 20 minutes with my car in the bay. I just asked for a basic oil change but was not given any price options beforehand, and got gouged for $88. Take your business elsewhere.

Friendly guys. Told me my drain plug was over tightened and stripped. Oil couldnt be changed/no charge. Took it to dealer. Dealer said the drain plug was good / no problem taking it off... ??

The most efficient JL Ive ever been to - very professional, utterly polite, quick, to the point. Other places had lines for 2-3 hours, these guys manages to finish under 1.5 hours with 3 cars ahead of me.Will come visit again when in Triangle for sure.

They are great. I always feel welcome when I go. They let you know what theyve done to your car. So you can better understand. They also let you know. What to keep watch on with your car. They recommend places that can help if thats not the service they provide.

One of the covers on the under carriage of the vehicle I drive had lost a screw...so it was dragging over 35 mph k the sound was terrible!). I knew what it was but do not have the means of fixing it myself. The guys their had it fixed within 15 min (during the noon rush!) And driving in blissful silence again...@ no charge! Thanks guys!

Cost over $700 worth of damage to my 2018 Dodge minvan by over tightening oil filter cap. Main office paid for repair but not happy to have to go through the effort to get the fix done at a third party repair shop. It was just an oil change man!!!!

I have been customer of this Jiffy Lube center for a number of years now but did not have a good experience recently due to which I am not sure if I will visit these guys again.Recently I had been there get the state inspection done for my car. My car had no issues passing the inspection. However during the inspection one of the technicians alerted me on there being issues with the braking system of my car and recommended that I need to change it. So I went ahead and order the new kit and got it replaced the next day. My mistake here was that I should have taken a second opinion on this.However the thing I noticed while I was waiting in the lounge to get the brake systems replaced was that, the technicians were recommending the brake issue to many of the customers that were there. Some of the customers were smart to deny the recommendation while some got coaxed into even getting a loan to get their brakes replaced. I am not sure whether everyone needed their brake systems repaired or replaced. However I found the whole process very unusual.Anyone using their services needs to be aware of this new gimmick.

Terrible waste of time !! It took 3 hours to put on 2 tires, and then I noticed that the directional tire treads were installed facing the wrong rotational direction. over and above that, now my tire pressure system is malfunctioning. !!! And the tech had the audacity to argue that thats the way they ought to be installed even when they have an arrow with the word in capital letters ... DIRECTION OF ROTATION ON THEM ...

Yes! Yes! Yes! Ive been here 3 times the first time was to inquire about brakes and rotors, second time was actually having them done in which was done in a timely fashion. Third time I had a blown lighter fuse (I just left lol!). Also going back to have some new tires put on. So I will be a forever customer!! I just like how they tag-team getting the work you need done on your car. Good people; I highly recommend you stop here.

I arrived 45 minutes before they closed, to make sure I had enough time to get an oil change before they close at 5 pm. After waiting for 15 min (at 430 PM), they finally told me they are no longer serving people even though it says online that they close at 5 pm. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else.

I’ve been in line for over 50 minutes now for a basic oil change, half the staff is just standing around. 0/0, they don’t know what they’re doing and complete waste of time. Save yourself an hour of your time and go somewhere else

They backed up our truck with open door which caused a damage that they claimed it was on the truck when we first brought it to them. The door was not opening enough for the driver to get inside. They lied, didnt fixed the damage and refused to cover for it. Also refused to back up the cameras and show it. Apparently we have to sue them to get the videos. Liars, unprofessional. Highly recommend that noone ever uses this jiffy lube ever again. Go to another franchise. its worth the drive.

Happy with my recent few visits. I just dropped by for replacing brake bulbs or battery check. They helped me pretty fast and work was satisfactory and professionally done.

Drove up, walked around and through the garage, no idea who to talk to. Waste of time. Place next door does everything for cheaper and easier.

I dont get my oil changed here because its a bit pricy. This is the reason for a star removed. I do get all my State inspections done here. Price is normal for it and I can get my grocery shopping done at Food lion while I wait. Guys have always been friendly and helpful. Service is usually pretty quick.

My oil was changed in 30 minutes, like promised. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 were because of oil foot prints that the Maintenance Technicians missed the paper pad they place down as a courtesy (half on the paper, half on my brand new floor pad). Its not the end of the world, I just hope theyre more careful next time. Ill come back because the service was good, fast, and they werent rude. Keep that kinda service up and Ill always be a customer here.

No issues. Ginger was nice, explained everything well and was friendly. They lift your vehicle rather than going under it to change the oil so it takes a fraction longer than just driving in and driving out, but thats not an issue, just an observation. The door between the shop and the waiting room seems to let in a little more shop chatter than Im used to.

The guy that greeted me was smoking. He was smoking outside as he asked what I wanted and directed me to a bay. He was smoking inside while taking my information. That cigarette didnt burn out through the entire process. Its simply rude, unprofessional, and ridiculous to smoke in front of a customer. Go take a break if you have to smoke. Just keep it away from customers. In addition to this, every worker I encountered at this location was somewhat dismissive...not overtly rude but unfriendly in an uncomfortable fashion. They dont put down paper mats to keep your floors clean like most places (though my floors were fine after this trip) but they did leave my steering wheel very greasy. Would have been nice if theyd wiped that down. Lastly, WHAT is going on with the price for a simple, low-tier oil change? It was nearly 50 dollars! I had a 10-off coupon and I am 99% sure that because I mentioned this after I was quoted the price for the oil change, that they were upset that they had to honor the 10-off. I even heard one of the guys tell another that I told him about the coupon after the quote so hes going to have to give it to me. I know that scam and thats why I waited on the upfront quote, so as to hopefully ensure you didnt try to claim the 10-off had been taken without actually giving it. I. Will. Never. Be. Back. To. A. Jiffy. Lube.

This location is my regular oil change and inspection place and has been for several years. I have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff. Signature service is the best.

Not particularly happy about an inspection I received today. The service time was fine, about 15 minutes. When I stepped in to pay, expecting a charge of about $30 I was told it would be $40. I asked why that was and was told they needed to do a tint inspection. To which I said, Excuse me? Ive owned this car for 5 years in NC and never had anyone need to do a tint inspection before. The woman behind the counter stared at me blankly and said it would be $40. I paid and was on my way but am unsettled about this. No one mentioned this up-charge prior to check out when it was of course too late to do anything about it and Im feeling more and more certain this is a scam. Anyone feel free to correct me if NC now requires a tint check. Otherwise, I suggest you find another location if you need to have a vehicle inspected. I certainly wont be returning.EDIT: In response, if that was a true statement 1, your employees are unaware of any regulation regarding window tinting. When asked that very question I was simply told the technician decided this needed to be done. 2, Ive owned this vehicle, in this state, for 5 years and never once had a tint inspection performed. Unless something has changed in the last year I am unaware of anything mandating this inspection. Lastly, at a bare minimum, an honest business would inform a customer of any charges beyond the normal expectation prior to arriving at the cashier. Thats basic customer service. So Im not so sure about the veracity of your response. Youve thus far proven you take up-charging seriously, not customer service.I can absolutely guarantee I will not be returning to this or any other location. My desire a this point is not to speak with your customer service or attempt to get my money returned. I simply hope my honest review costs you way more than the $10 youd thought youd quickly and quietly taken from me.

Fast as others mentioned, but some promised services are lies. As seen in the checklist everything is okay and completed. However, even though it says vacuum the floor but can obviously tell from the picture its not since the leaf is there before I came and its still there. My stuff put on floor behind drivers seat was also left there without moving, or I should say stay on the floor and got squeezed when they move the drivers seat back. Nothing valuable was damaged but this can demonstrate how careless the service was. Another evidence, on the list says the sticker is placed on windshield, but as seen in photo its not. Its still the one I get from last time when oil was changed. Other services were harder to know if they actually do anything or not, but judging from the all these false claims from the receipt, I highly double they actually do anything. I am disappoint at their lies and will not trust my car to such a place. Just want to serve as an warning for others planning to visit. I believe there are better alternatives around. Please keep looking.

We went to get an oil change. We chose this option because it was a drive through, assuming limited interaction. Only some people were wearing masks, no gloves and they asked us to leave the keys in the car so they could drive it in. In such a dangerous time, I was very disappointed that more care wasn’t taken to keep us all safe and healthy.

This place refuse to a service by telling me the guy who does tire patch is not here and they dont know when he will be coming. And I see 3 people working there. I think they would rather save that spot for someone who needs additional services and tire patch cost only $15-20.

I go here each time for my oil change or inspection. Its quiet and they are friendly. They honor coupons if you have them too. They can get backed up sometimes but they tell you your wait time ahead of time and there are shops you can go to while waiting. They are also pretty thorough in my experience. I have been using Jiffy lube for over 10 years in combination with my mechanic. They take care of me.

All of the employees seem either drunk or high. They also repeatedly catcalled me. Do not go here under any pretenses. The just tires next to it is much better.

No complaints--the techs performed the state inspection and didnt do any over-the-top upselling. Theres WiFi in the waiting area, so you can get some work done while you wait.

I came here for an oil change and ended up paying nearly double what the normal rate is. They tried to up-sell me on needless things, and told me that I had a check engine light on. When I asked what the code read, they explained that I didnt actually have the light on.$60 for a conventional oil change means Im never coming back. Meineke costs $35. Its all the same oil.

Good afternoon. I previously gave a bad review of my visit to your store. I came in for an oil change on my Audi. When I got up the next morning oil was leaking on the garage floor. Being thanksgiving u all were closed. . I called the store first thing Friday and spoke with two really nice guys (Arlis and Mike). Arils came almost immediately and looked to see what was going on as the oil had leaked on the garage floor. He wanted to make sure everything was ok and asked if I could bring the car to the shop. He made sure it was ok drive and followed me back to the shop where they fixed it free of charge and no wait. Both he and mike were very apologetic and even tho I said I wouldn’t be back their great customer service have made me change my mind👍 So appreciate of how they reacted and the good customer service they provided. Thank u all again.

Ive had my car for 5 years and have Windows tinted by the dealership. Today for the first time I was charged a window tint inspection fee. After contacting the DMV Was told that is only for tinting added after you purchase your vehicle. When I returned I was refused a refund. I will never return to jiffy lube, this or any location ever.

Id give them 10 stars if I could! My alternator and battery died and they came over and tested it and even jumped the battery. At the time, I didnt even know they did services like that. The men that helped me were so incredibly nice and they both went above and beyond my expectations. I could not have asked for better customer service.

Takes literally forever just to do a state inspection. Other Jiffy Lubes are way better, won’t come back to this one specifically. 45 minutes and counting....

Went in to get my vehicle inspection. Did not have my registration and Russell was very polite and worked with me to get it taken care of. Took a total of ten minutes. Also pointed out a leak and how I can verify it for my next oil change. No complaints.

While the employees seemed to strive to have good customer service, they fall short. The employees here were kind to the point where I was pleasantly surprised. But thats about where it ends. They werent all that nice to me as they were to all the other people there. Oil change took about an hour (1 person in front of me), and I wait an additional 15 minutes for them to check out people behind me while my car just sat outside waiting for me. The prices were ridiculous to top it off. Never going back there again.

The prices are too high and the men that work there make females uncomfortable by hitting on them or trying to sell them stuff.

This has to be the worst Jiffy Lube in the area. My first visit resulted in my odometer not working anymore. I brought the car back and the lazy bums that work here denied the problem was their fault. The most recent visit was for a Car inspection. One of the bums there stole almost all my change from my middle console. Talk about petty. Avoid this place at all cost. There are a bunch of bum thieves working here.
