Fanny was amazing. Ive had bad experiences in the past at different at&t stores. I came in to ask about my prepaid line and Fanny suggested to combined all my lines and added my military discount. Set me up for automatic payment. The information she provided today and customer service was by far the best Ive ever had at an at&t store. She was very informative, kind and attentive. Answered all my questions and saved me some money too.

Came in to upgrade a line and get a new line and was able to get helped by Fanny was able to get me discounts came out with new phones. Customer service was excellent and was able to come and get what I wanted will come back again

The representative that took care of us was very knowledgeable and attentive. All in all, we always have a good experience here.

The two female employees were very professional and helpful as well as the manager. They were great! There was only one male employee who I saw and heard speaking bad about a family he had just helped. Besides heard him being pushy.

I want to start by saying that my experience at East Los Angeles Att&t store was amazing!! Customer service went above and beyond for me!! I felt comfortable the whole time. The associate who helped me was courteous, full of knowledge on services available to me and sooo patient. She also made sure I had the best plan available to my family and I. Had at&t through my moms account. She came in by herself to do something to her account and mustve been signed up by 1 of the sleazy salesman to At&t direct. She was getting charged $70 a month and couldnt cancel. Everytime wed call At&t they would stonewall me. After having canceled our accounts for 1.5 years she is still getting charged. Im pretty sure this is fraud and qualifies for a class action lawsuit. At&T has been unhelpful and usually long wait times for customer service.

I’ve been coming to this store for over a year and I have to say that the service is excellent and the store reps take the time and effort to help you on a level not seen elsewhere. The store reps are all bilingual and until recently, had a rep that knew sign language.Upon entering, I am greeted by the chad security guard and approached by a store rep who remembers my name and provides the same high level of service each time. While I am not the most tech savvy, I feel comfortable asking any question knowing that they take the time to make sure I understand my service and whatever device I happen to be using.5/5 will keep coming here

I went to the Monterey Park store and felt as if they did not want to assist me. I went in initially to upgrade which was great but I didn’t like the phone. I went In a week later to exchange. I was told about the restocking fee, which I was More than happy to pay. But when I asked for the phone I want they conveniently didn’t have it even though the representative, Ed went in there, what seem to be like five seconds, and came out to tell me he didn’t have the phone. I was referred to the East LA store and was helped immediately and they had the phone without a hassle. I felt as if they wanted my business even though they were not getting an upgrade or a new line out of me. Service without getting anything in return. The service between both stores were night and Day. Oscar the manager and Ezequiel went above and beyond to ensure my transaction and experience was a memorable. I usually don’t go into stores for assistance but it’s this kind of service that makes people want to go in to brick and mortar businesses for assitance.

This has been my go to ATT store since Julio started working there. You can tell that he loves his job. He’s always so welcoming and informative. Thank you Julio for always going above and beyond!!

Went into this store to pick up a phone that I had upgraded and when I realized that it was not the size that I originally wanted I returned back to this store to get it exchanged. As I was being assisted by the agent we came across an issue; the system was trying to charge me a restocking fee for the phone that had not opened. So the agent mentioned that he would need to involve a manager, while the associate was in need of the manager for an override turns out we had to wait 15 minutes for her to come back to the store since she was out shopping. After she finally came back to the store and provided us with an override she was bothered by the fact that I was not done with my transaction by 7pm (which is their closing time) and needed further assistance with the second phone that I was upgrading. By the way this issue was not my fault, as the third company that AT&T uses failed to deliver my phone so I had to resort to going to the store to pick up a phone.After I explained my situation to the manager, the manager was then acting unprofessional towards me and did not show any empathy to the fact that AT&T and their choice of third party failed to deliver my phone on time. Instead she was making suggestions that I should wait and come back tomorrow to get my phone because they system could show that I was getting two phones instead of one.My point is this, as I manager myself I know that during these unprecedented times the company that I work for is constantly reminding us of how showing empathy and us going the extra mile can really make a difference. However, this was not my case. The manager made it very clear that she was bothered that we had not finished our transaction by 7 pm, was rude unprofessional, spoke to her associate underneath her breath in front of me and really just tried to brush me off.AT&T you definitely lost business because of her attitude, and her unprofessional behavior. I ended up buying my AirPods PRO, 2 apple 5 generation watches, a HomePod and a 12.9 iPad Pro through Apple since your manager was unwilling to help. She needs to be retrained on how to show empathy and willingness to help. She just didnt care.
