I went to this store to switch from Metro PCS to Cricket. There was a guy, who overcharged me. I have already 3 lines with Cricket and I wanted to add another line by switching it from Metro PCS. When you switch the phone is free and since I already had 3 lines, I was paying $90. Mu additional line was only $10 plus $25 activation fee. The guy in the store told me a case was part of the promotion and it was included in my payment. I paid in total $58 . I called cricket corporate but all they say is that they dont have control over the stores. Pretty much each store can do as they please and nothing will happen. On top of that, I checked my receipt and noticed they charge tax for service and tax for a free phone . Prepaid service is not taxable or taxes are already included in your payment. Be aware of this scams. I will never go back to that store

I dont like this place at all I went here a few weeks ago and I bought a new phone case and screen protector from the manager and the case ended up being a while different case he didnt wanna give me money back and they did have an other cases he said he would get some the next day we went and he didnt get anything new so I asked for my money back he didnt want to give it back at first just then he gave In I also found out he put a wrong screen protector and today I went o buy a screen protector for my dad and he sold cuz the wrong one he just trying to make money for his store dont go here bad service taking ur money

Clean store with a good selection of products, but they have a speaker outside the store playing music so loud its hard to hear or talk. And the music is in a foreign language as well.

We saw an advertisement for a special on Cricket phones and plans. When we went to the store to inquire, the special was not available. Seemed like a bit of a scam. Maybe it works well for some customers, but not us.

They rob people. They processed my cell phone warranty and loaned me a cell phone while the company sent me my new cell phone. When I returned the cell phone they loaned me, they told me that it was broken inside that they were experts in analyzing a cell phone even though you didnt look at anything on the outside, and the cell phone was fine. They made me pay for the cell phone, because if not they would not give me my new cell phone that was expensive, the one they lent me was worth about 10 dollars. And they charged me like it was new and very good. Careful race with these people.
