Today it was best to go inside instead of the drive-thru, as the line was long. Very busy but all employees were kind. Customers will have to be considerate as many items on the menu are presently not available, as is posted inside, seems from the pandemic and the cost of gas and things. A simple Ham & Cheese sandwich was sold out... so ask for availability of things before your get your mind and tummy set on something.

Love Starbucks coffee. Especially the dark roast. Good food too.

I always get a hot Venti Vanilla Latte, which is made to perfection. Also, for breakfast, I order for myself and family, the double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich, the ham and Swiss croissant, and the bacon and gouda sandwich, which all are always perfect. The staff are very professional and courteous. At this location, I have always received the correct order.

Okay, it’s a Starbucks. The quality is standardized. You know what you’re getting. But at 5:50 AM I’ve never heard cheerier people. No way they get paid enough to be that nice.

I gotta give it to them, this is a great Starbucks location. I couldnt imagine the stress that the staff had to handle throughout the pandemic, but they hold themselves together and are continually friendly and patient. Even with the younger staff, I dont feel any ugh or eye rolling vibes, no attitude, just genuine kindness. I always drive off with a smile on my face. I can tell theyre all working together as a team each day. I love how they are completely complying with regulations on wearing masks (properly) and social distancing. Some Starbucks locations receive my mobile order and dont even make it after I arrive 15 minutes later, making me late to work. Then, they make my drink wrong! This place? Never. Its always ready and made correctly for me.I run in and out to pick up my order in less than a minute, Im not standing there waiting forever to be noticed when I arrive pick up my order, they attend to every patron equally. Ive been waiting for soy milk to be restocked.. other locations havent done it. This place? They did it. Now, I can finally get my favorite drink each day. You can tell they are on top of maintaining their inventory. This Starbucks has become my go-to location and I am very satisfied, no longer running late to work. Bravo, Northport Starbucks! I love this Starbucks!!! All of the staff were wonderful happy people and they made my drink perfect (and I am somewhat high maintenance with my drink order). The store is extremely clean which is a huge bonus with plenty of seating. There is handicap parking with wheelchair accessibility right by the door. I definitely recommend this location! The parking lot is much roomier than other locations with the horseshoe type lot so it was easier to get in and out of quickly.

I adore the morning employees in this Starbucks.Theyre a mix of friendly ladies n gentlemen who are all super efficient. Spotless well kept store.The management also added more tables of which Im truly grateful.Now the regulars need not battle over tables anymore.My coffee is perfect ever time I go in there.

Literally 5/10 times i come here it is closed and whenever it is open the drinks are usually not even up to standard. Dont bother coming here after 5 they will most likely be closed.

All I ever order is an iced green tea with sweetener and they get it wrong 70% of the time

Love the store on Larkfield Road. Northport Starbucks can learn alot. Even though I live 2min from Northport store I will take the drive to Larkfield. Cleaner and run much better than Northport Starbucks. Northport always missing supplies and items.

All time favorite. I think what makes it so great is the staff. They make you feel welcomed and treat you like you are a friend.

This Starbucks is the best one that I have been to. They know me and my friends by name and my order its a warm welcome when I come in to the store they all greet me by name and they make the drinks perfectly

The employees there are very nice and super helpful. Everytime I go there I try something new and the employees are always introducing me to really good options. I dont like tea that much but one of the employees introduced me to the London Fog tea latte with soy milk and Im pretty sure its my new favorite!

Went to this establishment today. There were 0 parking spots available because you let your employees take up all the spots. Have them park in the CVS parking lot so your loyal customers don’t have to....

I wish I know this employees name but o wanted to formally say THANK YOU. I can through the drive through on Friday 11/30/18 in the late morning/early afternoon in absolute pieces. She was such an angel to me and she gote through what was a difficult moment with kind words and beautiful handwriting to the birthday girl and bride to be. I hope you know who you are and how amazing you were. Ill never forget it!

The best starbucks on long island. The difference is the people that work here, they are super friendly and do a great job. I usually walk in instead of going through the drive thru. I think its better service and a better experience than using the drive thru which can get pretty long because the place is so popular.

Long lines to get in...once I was able to pass the drive thru traffic and park it took another 8 minutes to be acknowledged with no one in front of us. The drinks were not made until 14 min later.

Barista was great helping me decide on a drink. Clean, great coffee and food

I had to wait almost 10 minutes for 3 drinks and there wasnt a single person in line. No apology. Nothing. Not what usually happens at Starbucks.

Been here a few times. More than 10 minutes wait every time. Needs more people making the coffee. Only 2 out of 6 employees were making coffee. At least 10 cars were waiting in drive thru. Who knows how many mobile order! Walk-in always waits for 15-20 minutes. No one cares I was standing here for that long..

I frequent this Starbucks a lot. It has a drive through, however, its usually faster to just go inside.Inside provides about 3 tables and a bench area. Phone Charging and Free WIFi

They didnt have the coffee I usually get & didnt feel like making it so I was forced to get a different, stronger cup. No thanks. Not again.

Larkfield Starbucks is obsessed with the drive thru and consistantly ignores walk ins. Six employees working and all helping the drive thru. Its an ongoing issue that the manager needs to address. So 5pm on a Friday. They dont brew dark roast this time of day and theyre out of Pike. Totally incompetent. And the parking is an issue. Staff need to park in shopping center next door. Whos running this place?

Like everything else, the quality of both theyre service & product has been on a consistent decline the past 24 - 36 months. I went from spending $15-$20/DAY...to just barely that now in a MONTH.

I order 2 bags of Dark Italian Roast at drive in .. usually get will have to check if we have it .. then sorry we dont have any in stock .. then sometimes I found one! .. but usually why dont you get the blah blah which we have plenty of .. NO MORE .. now I order online, usually with a discount, and free delivery! Why waste money and time to drive to a Starbucks which apparently can NOT manage its own inventory! NOT a good record for this store or its MANAGER

I visited this establishment this morning, devoid of energy. However, my lethargy evaporated when I saw the beautiful smile of the kind barista named Jason. When he handed me my Venti iced americano, 5 shots decaf with almond milk, extra ice, 8 honey, 7 matcha, double blended, double cupped, and split into three tall cups, I could not help but blush. I would absolutely revisit this Starbucks. The milk was extra delicious. :)
