They treat you like family here

They always make everyone feel like family. The owners and their kids who work here are the salt of the earth good people. Always clean, always friendly. And of course Carvel ice cream is out of this world delicious.

Wife and I waited outside from 11am to 11:30am. Store is supposed to open at 11am. I will no longer be going to the carvel on larkfield in east northport anymore. This was the 3rd strike.

Absolutely disgusting, i found a hair in my ice cream, she had no clue what she was doing and scrwed up my order my alot, i am allergic to penuts, she takes a spoon from the peanut cups and puts it into my topping and i didn’t eat any of it

Great ice cream and workers but this location is NEVER open on time. If it says it opens at 11am dont expect it to be. Came here a few separate times and it says open at 11am and its 12pm and the store is still closed.

Would have loved an ice cream cone but business requires cash or $5 minimum on a cone that would have cost $4.59. So no ice cream cone for me! Not terribly friendly.

I love Carvels ice cream, and I also love the store! But theres only one problem. The service there is horrible! The people at the counter will let random teenagers enter their store and steal as many ice creams as their appetites will allow! Its outrageous!
