I go to the 7-11 on Hospital rd. more then the one on kane n Montauk hwy.

The coffee is great.

I come here for the convenience of picking up some stuff when everything is already closed.It does feel and look dirty. I do not drink coffee or buy donuts so I do not know the extent others are upset about.One great thing is that some of the employees are very friendly and that’s hard to come by

Their slurpees have been nasty lately. Well since I can remember the coke is always flat . Their either watery or nasty tasting. Clean out your machines.

This place is gross and unsanitary! Been going there since day one and it was great at first and now it’s nothing but problems. Coffee is horrible taste burnt and when you tell them they say what do you mean this is a new machine I said it’s gross. I got fountain sodas from there taste like water. The ice machine is always breaking so they put a bag of ice and let people out there hands in the bag .. gross. I bought a 711 yogurt and it was expired

I only wish I could market is 0 stars… the guy Working behind the counter is possibly the rudest SOB Ive ever met... Do you self a tremendous favor and find another 711

Dirty no napkins at the coffee station always a mess...much better before the new ownership a couple years back. Do yourself a favor and go to a different 711 they are never prepared here for basic customer courtesy

Customer service is lacking, cashier certainly not helpful or very pleasant. I shouldn’t be the only one that says “Hello or Good Morning”; to start transactions and “Thank You”; at end. While employee is mute with a blank stare.

This place is sucks.i bought ice coffee couple of days ago when I drink I felt something in my mouth and then I looked at the cup so dirty and discussing things inside .then I returned the coffee and told them it’s something wrong they said sorry and gave me free coffee. Later night I got food poisoning and I got sick and I went to hospital and now I am loosing money to pay doctor bills. This place not clean . I never go the place again.
