I spoke with Felisia over the phone who stated to text her the next day when I was headed to the store to come purchase my iPhone 13. So, as she recommended, I sent her a text to let her know we were getting ready to come. She said okay, and once I arrived she proceeded to ask me what kind of phone I wanted, giggle and after speaking with a coworker stated they did not have any more iPhone 13’s. Why did you have me come to the store with my baby? So unprofessional.

They only got 3 stars because Justin in the store was super patient and kind, but I am irritated beyond words with AT&T! An unscrupulous sales representative showed up at my home during the installation of my ho.e internet service and convinced me to switch from my carrier by LYING to me saying the service was only going to cost me $35/month. I admit I was distracted by the 3 different contractors in my home and all the renovations I have going on so I did not read what I was agreeing to, I was foolish enough to trust what I was told my this person in my living room looking me in the eyes. Clearly Jordan is not a man of integrity and AT&T has extremely poor service options. The store reps say they cant help with situations like this. Calling the company to speak to a human being is apparently not a thing.

They were no help! Salesman was nice, but that didnt resolve my issue.

I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. The customer service is superb and everyone was friendly. It was like visiting cousins I didn’t know I had; I have not one complaint in regards to my experience.

My experience today with Hiram was great, he gave me outstanding customer service his smile knowledge was excellent and I was in and out very quickly. He is an asset to your company we need more people like him in customer service because he knows how to treat a customer.

Excellent customer service. Staff there are great representatives for the company. I worked with Anthony and Eric. Both were skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. Very patient with handling my issues. There was a line when I arrived but it was well worth the wait!

Matthew was a great representative! He was also training 2 new representatives and he did great at multi tasking as far as informing them with what hes doing and assisting me with my issue . All in all he had great customer service and turned my bad mood into a better one . He explained that turning moods around is why he loves his job . Thank you !

Horrible customer service. The manager there name is (Anthony) and he didn’t help my boyfriend with his issues, he kicked him out for explaining what was the problem with his service. The manager Anthony was fussing with my boyfriend because he thought my boyfriend was was yelling at him but he wasn’t. Anthony told my boyfriend that he wasn’t going to help him this his service because my boyfriend was yelling at him and kicked him out, eventhough my boyfriend wasn’t yelling. Also the guy who did my boyfriend service name is Eric, he messed up the service and was charging him for different things, etc, but in my opinion don’t go or do service with camp creek. The will no help with anything and over charge you. They only worried about the money and sells. They lack on helping customers and understanding your problems.

Great customer service provided, wasn’t a long wait. Wait time was less than 5 mins. Sells rep provided me a great sale on my trade in for my new bill and was able to get a discount through my job. I am a pleased customer who’s been with AT&T over 2 years😊

Came to an AT&T store in Atlanta Camp Creek location due to my phone wasnt working properly. Got the best representative name Rich Kydd who was so knowledgeable and very professional. I immediately told him what I thought the problem was thinking I needed a new SIM card. Mr. Kydd immediately took out my old SIM card replaced it properly back inside my phone and told me I didnt need to purchase a new one. He then begin to take the time to show me how to work functions on my phone I wasnt aware of. He was soooo patient and again very knowledgeable and professional. Mr Kydd is defiantly an asset to AT&T giving great customer service. Ive been with Delta Air Lines 40 years and I know what great customer service is all about. I highly recommend the location and all the employees were great. From the greeter and all personnel. Thanks again Mr Kydd you rock!

I have been with AT&T for years, but I was adding my Fiancé to my plan. After having terrible service and a locked phone due to another provider, we went to AT&T to move his phone over, Shay and Kee made this process easy. They could tell how frustrated we were after trying to get the information needed to get his phone number moved over to my plan. They both helped us reset passwords and get all the information quickly and easily. The other provider also locked my phone (apple account) and I was not able to get into it. Shay did everything she could to get the process started to get my phone unlocked. Kee then got our new phone working. They were not going to let us leave without at least one phone working. Out of all the AT&T stores I have been in, these two provided the best customer service I have ever received.

All these good reviews and I couldn’t DISAGREE more!! First off, I just want to know do they work off commission or something because I cannot understand for the life of me why I was pressured so much to order the phone I was looking for when it was in stock at other stores!!! Then furthermore, when I wasn’t convinced enough, I was LIED to about the delivery date if I did order. Now, it’s been almost a week since I’ve been without a fully functioning phone when I could’ve gotten one the next day!!! I’m sooo irritated I was actually going to call and let them know just how I felt, but this review will have to do!! Don’t listen to them when they GUARANTEE you a delivery date!!! They don’t tell you that the warehouse only ships by what’s in stock and when it’s comes into stock. Meaning that if your phone is not in stock, you’ll just be waiting and waiting til it becomes in stock thennn it’ll ship. I could’ve had a phone Saturday, now I have to wait til Wednesday or whenever it arrives!! It hasn’t even shipped yet!!!! I’m so irritated with camp creek AT&T and I can’t wait to make another in person visit because I’m not letting this go. I was terribly inconvenienced to say the least. NEVERRR AGAIN!!I see some responses and reassurances to many of the polite and good customer reviews, but nothing to the concerned and unsatisfied customers who left poor reviews...hmmm..I wonder why?...because you should care about ALL CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCES CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS..not just the happy ones. The not so good reviews should be what catches and holds your attention so you can rectify the situation. But I stay right off of camp creek. They’ll see me again.

I had the absolute best experience at an AT&T store and it was all because of 3 individuals: Paul, Matt, and Kee. It all started when I called the store and got Paul. I was calling to see if my online order was ready for pickup and I asked him a million questions about the iPhone 12 Pro Max that I was getting. He answered every single question so patiently and professionally. The call went so well that I asked for him when I arrived to the store. And that is where I met Matt, who said he could assist me. Matt helped me get my new phone set up and helped me transfer all my apps and data. I asked him a lot of questions too, which he so patiently and politely answered. While sitting there, I met Kee who was helping another customer and the 3 of us somehow got in to conversation about the Apple Watch. Kee gave us a lot of insight on things we didnt know and he was obviously very knowledgeable about the products. I actually had the best time....LOL! Thank you to these young men who mad my experience such a great one!

I went into the AT&T store on Camp Creek Pkwy today with a major issue. The store manager Kevin and the sales rep Heidi we AMAZING! They were calm, patient, informative, and helpful. They were able to solve my problem quickly, they were pleasant the entire time, and gave me a lot of information that I didn’t know to help in the future. Thanks a lot! Brittany at the ATT Camp Creek Store in East Point, GA was extremely helpful going way beyond in solving a problem which should have been resolved the day before at the Peachtree City Store the day before. My mothers phone had been disabled.I purchased a new iPhone for my 98 yo mother and picked it up at the Peachtree city store yesterday. First, he did not audibly greet us when we entered. With her old phone in hand, the person did not attempt to asst the transfer of the information and porting of the phone number to the new phone. Only one attempt was made unsuccessfully. He then said I must connect the phone to a computer and connect the phone to iTunes to complete the task. No further instructions were given.I spent 2 hours attempting to fully restore the phone. I was able to connect to iTunes. Restore Moms iCloud account and bring up most of her apps. I was unable to make the phone work nor restore her contacts. I decided to visit the ATT Store at Camp Creek and Brittany did in 5 minutes what should have been done the day before in Peachtree City. She apologized for my inconvenience and offered to look at our account to see how we may benefit by the newer program packages. The other guy showed no such interest in our business. Btw, we paid for the new phone and accessories in full.Brittany’s kindness and service should be recognized!Ellen M Miller-Mapp

Very disappointed. I used the same debit card to buy a service for att-tv that I used for my att internet service, but was denied. It wasnt considered as a banking account, even though the on-line bank I use has a valid route# and my account#. I use this card for everyday purchases. I will not be using att services any longer.

To be honest and not to harsh this was the first time I have every visit this store and walked out empty handed. No iphone mini, no samsung fold, literally nothing. Very disappointed. I would have been better off going back to metro.

For the past three days my mom and I have experienced a tremendous amount of problems trying to switch to AT&T through Walmart, but it was all washed away as soon as we walked through the doors of this AT&T. We were quickly greeted by two employees (London and Kevin) and taken care of with the best service available. They were very patient towards our situation and took care of it right away. I give them a 100/10!!!👍🏽

It’s very uncomfortable to have to force staff to hear your issues and do their job. I understand there may be a bit of fear due to Covid but I work in an Urgent Care and I am still courteous to my patients.

I have an A T & T client for many years and was in the process of changing carriers due to repeated customer service issues. Consumer Cellar referred me to the Camp Creek a t & t store to get the phones unlocked.I was greeted by Heidi Lemon who performed a thorough review of my account after being advised at the SAME store that there were no savings. She also recommended that I switch to prepaid for additional savings.These savings are significant to me now that I am retired. Ms. Lemon should commended for her attention to our concerns and saving A T &T a lifelong customer

Overall, the camp creek store was helpful, but Corey made my experience beyond exceptional!!!! I was disappointed in the customer service upon entering, as one of the employees was rude and highly offensive. After speaking with the manager, he assured me that the initial employee’s actions did not reflect those of the entire store. He assisted and directed me to Corey, who was able rectify my problems connecting my new phone. He even helped me find a phone case, and not only that, he noticed I had a discount on my account, so I saved money as well!! I would recommend ANYONE who is looking for professional and knowledgeable service to come to the camp creek location and ask for Corey. He’s awesome.

Bad customer service. I was greeted at the door at 7:30pm. The associate asked me what I needed help with. I told her that I wanted to upgrade my phone. She said they couldn’t because it would take more than a half an hour. I asked her to check if I was eligible and she said that would take too long too. I knew that wasn’t the truth I’ve been with AT&T for over 10 years. I asked her how I could find out eligibility she said make an appointment and come another day. I understand stand it is Friday but it takes less than 10 minutes to check. I explained that I get off work late so I would always get there around 7:30. I was told “have a good night. Then she walked to the windows to start putting down the gates. By this time, it’s probably 7:39. They close at 8.

I was helped by Frederick, Laurita, and Eric. They were amazing and the service was great. During everything going on right now, they kept the environment extremely clean and I felt very safe.

Representative London Walker worked tirelessly on getting my issue resolved. He made multiple calls to different levels within customer service explaining in detail each time. He worked continuously with customer service for nearly 2 hours. I appreciate his diligent work. He is a class act for others to emulate.
