I come pretty frequently and usually using the print and go is quick and theres even computers for use but that can be costly even for a few minutes but a good amount of parking is available and more than once entrance.

Assistant Manager Reid is too busy wise cracking to focus on providing quality customer service. There are some people that simply get the job done and others that go out of their way to provide a great experience. Reid seems to go out of his way to ensure you won’t return again. Very puzzling. Perhaps just a bad day. Please do better Reid.

They did it Joe! They did it.....AGAIN!Keisha, Reid and Ahmad were super! I went in to print a gift for a special friend. When theses professionals saw my finished product, they showed genuine concern and interest. They even asked me to tell them the story of a 34-year friendship. They were so moved.... Well Im not going to tell you what they did, but suffice it to say they showed genuine appreciation for me as a customer and my needs.You guys rock!!!Also Google is stupid and made me delete my five-star review for Jasmine from 3 months ago, so Jasmine you rock too!!

Renee has very good customer service! She was the only one working when I went in this morning (8:30am ish 8-24-20) and she had a line. She took every customer ONE by one and treated them as if they were her first customer!Great Job! Fed Ex needs to promote her!

Its too hot to be standing outside for 30 mins plus waiting to enter the store. Once inside only one person was help customers, while the other was on the phone trying to figure out the new software issues. I spent too much time in this store doing nothing. Another worker was doing nothing. Running around inside and out along customers waiting pointless questions if we still have to wait. Wont be back again.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced! Went to print just 3 letters& waited for almost 30mins. I had problems printing & staff was not helpful at all. I had to get back in line for the 2nd time. Manager finally comes in & helped the lady in the back of the line. Go figure. Smdh! By the way, Shaniqua M. was very rude & unprofessional. This isn’t the only time I’ve been to this location & they were rude. While speaking with the manager about the incident Ms. Rude starts laughing in the cut. New staff them PLEASE!!!!!

Went on website tried to figure it out myself and just didnt know what I was doing went to the store to ask for help. She gave me email and walked off, I proceeded to leave turned and atempted to ask another question she said their are 3 ppl ahead of you. Ive been dealing with this FedEx office since I move to Atlanta almost 3 years ago. Ive seen people come and go but the young lady Renee has been the best since day one. Shes always professional, helpful and keeps her cool even when customers are very rude! I was there one day when a customer was late for his flight and was so disrespect to her because he didnt have time to stand in line.....she was never nasty and she kept her cool the whole time, the way he spoke with her she was good...smh! Renee is AWESOME and to know shes there when I have to ship something makes my day a GREAT ONE! Thanks Renee for all you do!!!!!

Visited Store yesterday and It seemed understaffed yet the manager was still patient with my shipment and my questions, this is one of the busier stores and with social distancing the lines can get quite long but once inside the visit went quite smoothly for three people ( Manager included) to run this store with such a high volume of customers is amazing

I went at 8:00 am in the morning prior to my job Interview at 9:45 am. Needless to say ask for Jason with the dreadlocks. He was amazing and quick. I printed my resume & some for my wife too. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would come again especially if I could get Jason. Also before I left he said I hope you get the job and your suit looks nice. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an issue with a print job earlier in the day and had a deadline to meet, so I came to this location a 5:30pm to get my issue fixed. Upon walking in, I was helped by a young lady who I explained my issue to, she assured me that it would be about an hour until they can get my issue with printing fixed, which was fine. After waiting an hour to just explain what I needed to get fixed and to give her my current copies, another lady told me to call back in an hour for an update. I called back within that hour and she told me that my order would be ready closer to closing time (8:30/8:45pm). I came back at 8:45pm to find the employee working on other customers work and that my order had been untouched. I waited for another 20 minutes (it closes at 9pm) for her to acknowledge me and it wasnt until I asked her about my order that she told me that she would not be able to get it done. After waiting over THREE hours, she was now telling me that my order would not be ready and had no regards for the fact that I had a deadline. She could care less about my order, so I took back my books and had to drive across town to a 24 hour FEDEX where they were able to fulfill my order. The employee, Renee was very rude and wasted not only my time, but my money. I will never go back to this location again, and I do not recommend you go either.

Ive been here a few times for print services or shipping. Ive always left happy with the service. If the staff seems gruff just be polite and theyll be pretty nice. From what Ive seen they take a lot of abuse from local customers. Theyve gone out of their way to help me before. I have to take off a star because sometimes they move pretty slowly but overall its solid.

No. Just NO. Never going here again. The woman with that fake blonde wig is a trip and rude as hell.... Not to mention they are expensive to fax. I faxed 4 papers at my usual place the day before and paid $1.72. I went to fed ex today and fax the same papers and paid $9. And got rude service... She knows nothing about customers service and she needs to stop looking at people the way she do because she might just look at the wrong one on the right day. Thank God ive changed! ...

Usually when I go to a FedEx location, the staff is very helpful and polite. But the African-American woman that was working on this particular day was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Working in a environment as FedEx with a blonde wig, in my honest opinion is not presentable especially having an attitude like she had. When I asked her for assistance, she just starred at me and hesitated to come over. When she finally did, she slammed a book on the counter and was not very informative. I would have spent money on printing out a project that I did but instead, I left and drove minutes away to another printing/copy service.

Me and my wife try to avoid this FedEx located at 3515 Camp Creek Pkwy, East Point whenever possible because the customer service has to be the worst in the nation. Ive stayed in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, California, Wash DC, Arkansas, but this FedEx location is asleep at the wheel. I recently went in on a Saturday morning to mail one package, but as usual there was one person behind the counter and they were on a cell phone with someone else trying to troubleshoot a computer issue. I waited in line behind one other person for 18 mins listening to this phone conversation and the FedEx employee kept saying Ill be off the phone shortly. I left and came back 2 hrs later, and there was now two employees in the FedEx office, and I was greeted by a STONE FACE EMPLOYEE who didnt want to be at work. Anyway, I was able to send my package, but I did notice, the location is always disorganized, dirty, and looks like a messy office. Me and my wife are praying for another option, more competition, or maybe corporate will read the reviews. Customers who visit Camp Creek Marketplace deserve better.

Horrible customer service and dumb policies. They wanted to charge me $5 for filler even though the box was shipped to me via FedEx in the same manner. They asked me what was inside, not sure they are allowed to do that. But I told them I was returning some shoes and it wasnt delicate. I saw them throwing away paper in the back and asked if I could use it and they still refused. I left frustrated and still with my box. Will be going to the other side of town to hopefully get proper treatment.

WORST SHIPPING LOCATION EVER!! I called and pre-coordinated a package to arrive and be held for me because I needed it to be waiting for me while I was in Atlanta. I was guaranteed it would be held for me. Well, I checked the online package tracking and the status said REJECTED by this store and returned to sender. Now I have to figure out where my package went and I will not have what I need when I get to Atlanta. I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!

I went there for print job due to it proximity to my home. Although, I was clear regarding my expectations and needs, the print/bound job was printed with pages missing, doubled, and out of order. I requested that the print job to be printed in black and white, and it was printed in color. When I returned to pay for the job requested, I waited for 30 minutes. Due to the poor customer service, instead of requesting the job to re-printed, I took my business elsewhere.. I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE...

This is my 2nd time patronizing this place & there is an employee Gianfranco & he quite frankly has very poor customer service.I sell on eBay & Amazon spending $1000s w/Fedex monthly.This evening I had 2 shipments 1 was prepared & ready 2 go, the other I needed their shipping tape.Well i asked a woman who looked around & saw 2 empty guns & then decided (w/o ever sayin anything to me) to help the nxt guest.I waited a moment to see if she would come bck to me but she didnt so i went & asked her abt the tape agn & she got me a gun that had literally 1 strip of tape lft on it... Smdh @ that but thats another story...So i used the strip & then asked Gianfranco if he could refill the gun & he says to me in the most pleasant voice you know we sell tape!?!!!I have nearly $80 in shipping today & I hv to buy tape thats complimentary in every other Fedex?!!!Last time I came in he said something sweetly smart as well.Why should i be made to feel uncomfortable &Im patronizing you?!!!You have to do better....😐👎👎

I went in to print, fill out and scan some paperwork to upload to a website. After finishing the printing and scanning with no issue I had troubles uploading the PDF to the website. I tried multiple times, over several minutes, without being able to upload it. At this point I went to the desk to ask Jarrod for help. He came to the computer I was working on and said Its because you are using Firefox not Explorer. I asked why, if I cant use Firefox, is it an option on the computer or why isnt it posted that I shouldnt use it? He then told me that I would need to take that up with FedEx. After pointing out that he is indeed representing FedEx he said No I dont. I own my own business. I only work here part time. He was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. We did get with Dominique, who worked with me to find a solution and refunded me for the time spent on the computer. Jarrod should have it explained to him that no matter if he works there 5 hours a week or 40+, he is representing the company when he is on the clock. And a little bit of customer service training would do him some good too.

Ive had the same exact negative experiences as the ones outlined in the other negative reviews. I no longer go to this location, although its the closest one to me. Every time Ive gone Ive had to contend with an extreme lack of professionalism. There will not be a next time; Im done. These folks have no business acumen or home training.

Awful service! This is the closest fedex to my house so I go there often. Everytime I go to this fedex I have horrible service. Today I waited 20mins to drop off a prepaid package and there were only two people in line, then they helped the gentleman behind me before I could reach the counter. Extremely disappointed, but I knew better because the last time I was here I recieved simillar service.

I was very disappointed with the service I received yesterday. I came in to get paperwork printed, signed, and faxed for home loan docs. The staffer who helped me actually fed the docs through the machine the wrong way. That meant that the Fax sent cut off all the info on the doc. This has now delayed my home loan app from being completed. If staff helps a customer, they should know how to properly feed paper through the machine. Now I have to go back up to the store to get the same doc faxed again.
