I dropped off three Amazon return packages that were each scanned and labeled by the staff in the front; however my refund was never processed which it generally should in a matter of hours or at least the day your returns get scanned at UPS. I gave it a few days and when I called the general UPS customer service line to track the packages, I was told none of them existed in their systems. The only reason I called the main customer service line was because the actual store wouldn’t answer my call. Amazon also confirmed that none of the packages were processed for returns but fortunately they were able to reimburse me for the seemingly loss packages. I genuinely believe something suspicious happened at this location and the materials (which includes shoes, jacket, and laptop charger) I tried to return were confiscated or stolen from the staff themselves. If anyone else notices a consistent pattern then please report this location to law enforcement.
This location is full of it... I dont even go to this location. Its ridiculous how many people are standing outside in line. Im gonna already advise people never go to this location. Per COVID is not an excuse, I got other locations, thats the same location size & im in N out (literally) with excellent service. Sooo my UPS secret never go to camp creek location & I literally live off of greenbriar exit (Atlanta native). 100% ridiculous. Sorry I cant share my other locations but ots definitely NOT the UPS ok camp creek.
Good service other than expecting USPS deliveries from this store to go smoothly but that’s on the post office representative. Good store just expect to stand in line.
A few weeks ago I went to this location (July 26, 2021). The young woman who helped me was patient and kind. She had to repack and ship four boxes for me. She took her time and carefully packed each box. I am grateful for her assistance. I wish I could remember her name. I highly recommend this UPS store.
Monday 6:30pm All I needed to do was make an Amazon return. When I walked in, the place was crowded. 🦠😷There were more than 10 people crowded inside and the line was wrapped around in a circle. The line should have clearly been outside. I decided to stand at the door holding it open until the line started to move. I stood there for a while before an employee shouted at me from across the store and asked, “Is there a reason why you’re holding the door open? “I responded, “Yes, for ventilation. Don’t you think there are too many people in here?” …. To make a long story short, I will avoid visiting this location and I suggest you do the same.
It’s 6/15/21 about 12:35p. It’s unfortunate that you have to deal with rude and condescending behavior when you visit this store. I don’t normally even write reviews but these ladies need to be called out and hopefully get additional customer service training because it’s definitely needed. The lady who helped me(the middle station) was just plain rude for no reason. She doesn’t know how to communicate in a professional manner. She really needs to take notes from Jasmine(she was the lady working at the station on the right). Jasmine didn’t help me but I noticed that she was the only one who was welcoming. Jasmine was very professional and friendly to the customers she was assisting. Jasmine if you see this, keep up the good work and don’t let the negativity around you taint your spirit. Your great customer service is appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
Absolutely terrible. After waiting for 15 minutes to make a simple return I decided just to make the drive to the UPS in Union City. I suggest you just start by going to the Union City location since I was served in under 5 minutes. The marketplace UPS has incompetent staff, rude attitudes and service is just horrible.
The store manager is super helpful and patient with each customer no matter how difficult they are. There was a very rude customer when I was in there and the store manager was a complete gentleman, will be doing my regular business shipping with this ups store. Can get pretty busy, but even with a long line, I barely waited 15 minutes.
This was my first time ever using this store. I knew it was there but I never had a need until now. Recently USPS left a package on my patio that magically disappeared two hours later. Im still salty about that because it was something that was made for me.Not taking chances again I ordered something and it shipped UPS. I took advantahe of the delivery choices and had it sent to a UPS store at no charge. It was delivered the same time frame.I went in on a Saturday and it was busy however the two guys working the counter had it moving like clock work. I was greeted right away and given my package. I had to sign for it. No biggie. This store fulfills a lot of needs so check them out. Im looking into getting a box next.
The store is tricky to get to As camp Creek only has a couple exits and entrances for this side of the shopping center. The traffic is really gnarly so when you go ahead and commit to yourself that youre going to run to the UPS store and its 4:15 on a Saturday dont make it this one, they close at 4:00. I wish I had thought to check. I didnt expect them to close so early. I understand not wanting to work late hours. I work hourly also. But, Ill just continue visiting the locations in Midtown and west side, their hours are a little more customer friendly for me.
Bar none the worst UPS store I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Some of the rudest and most poorly trained employees Ive encountered in a retail experience. Each customer interaction took anywhere from 5-10 minutes even for the simplest of tasks and the two employees up front took every opportunity to chat amongst each other in between customers. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time.

Why you working out in the front if you have an attitude?? The tall, darkskin guy with earrings spoke super low and rolled his eyes as he was answering my questions after me asking him multiple times to repeat himself. Then he decided he wanted to throw the receipt paper in my direction rather than handing it to me as proper customer service would entail.
Its sad that this store is open with wanting to rip off the residents of East Point and surrounding areas. The UPS Stores do not have easily accessible pricing for their mailboxes online. Thats because their prices are sky high!Beyond that, they charge a higher price for the setup fee than even what their contract states. When I spoke to Dexter about it, he said its because thats what their market will bear. In other words, they know that they are ripping off customers in the South Side. The UPS store in Smyrna only charges $10, not $30. I asked what do you do thats worth three times the fee and was given the market bearing answer.In short, stick with the post office for mailboxes. Theres something wrong when a private business is less transparent than the federal government!
The female manager with colored contact lenses is terribly bad for customer service… I pay for a mailbox… I received an email that says “Your package(s) are available for pickup now.” I drove to the store and she told me to come back later. Ridiculously inconsiderate, since I have an email that says to collect my package now but she’s unwilling to help me
I had the worst experience at this location with the sales associate with the bright purple braids. I will NOT be returning to this location again. The young lady who actually helped me inform this lady that they ran out of lamination paper and the lady replied, I dont care tell me about it on Monday. She was very unprofessional, incompetent, and disrespect.

Not very friendly nor helpful. The worker was huffing and puffing because to her it was taking to long to figure out how to print out my label on my phone which I had to figure it out myself. One worker just walked off from me and started helping another customer. Very unprofessional.
I went here at 9am today & they had no notary available. How do you open a business with no one on hand to perform a service that you advertise! Bad business. And the woman working had a terrible attitude clearly not a morning person, schedule her for 12pm next time! Go elsewhere.
I went here to get something notarized and do and Amazon return. The process to notarize was pretty easy. Id like to say the representative that helped me with my return and my purchase of stationary items was really helpful. Her name is Tay or Tae. She deserves a raise!! In a packed store she was a great leader and even remained friendly under pressure and her excellent customer service never wavered. 10 stars for her!
The staff is friendly, they go above and beyond with helping customers and giving suggestions to the best way to get what you need accomplished. Was very pleased with Brian helping me get business gifts sent timely to my Mary Kay unit for a virtual celebration. He carefully repackage items to assure their arrival intact and I felt I had already done a great packing at home. When I told him the contents, he wanted to make sure trophies were secure etc. Very patient and took pride in his work.
I was there this morning only to drop off a cable box and get a receipt.The line wasn’t very long but the staff moves as if there’s no rush to help you plus they are not friendly at all..not even pleasant in fact..The lady with short locks was rude to me and raised her voice, lucky for her I wasn’t another female or she wasnt a male..I’ll be going farther out to visit other UPS stores in future
Every worker has an attitude for no reason like if you dont wanna work here just find another job.
You’ll receive better customer service and experience shorter wait times at the DMV. Employees are rude and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and pick another location.

Ive always received good customer service, I ship big boxes about twice a month, and most the time I can get in and out pretty fast. Its holiday season now, so you may run into some impatient customers

Too slow no concern for the customer in getting them service and out the door. Always a line out the door. Too many employees just walking around doing nothing. Something really need to change at this location. It is really an inconvenience to go out the area to another shop miles away from my place of residence.
Amazon has UPS Store listed for free returns. . Today I visited the UPS Store to return the items. Typically they scan the barcode off your phone and your own your way! Now they have started asking for you to print the label on their computer for $3 fee and then .15 for the each copy needed! I am totally appalled. In our current climate it is not safe to use public computers for sanitary reasons as well as security concerns. No need to return to an establishment thats more concerned with the profit than the community. Why would you change from a Touchless system to having to log into a Public computer! SHAME ON UPS! I ONLY HAVE 1000 FRIENDS AND I WILL BE POSTING SO THEY ARE ALL AWARE -- DONOT USE UPS STORE FOR AMAZON RETURNS! and i only clicked 1 star because u have to click a star... but they dont even deserve that!
This establishment is so slow. There was a line of customers outside the door. Full line inside and they only had two workers scheduled who were so slow handling customers. I literally waited an hour just to be seen, only for the worker to not know how to assist me and sent me to another line where I waited an additional 20-30 minutes to be seen. I am highly disappointed and would not use this location again unless I absolutely HAD to! And even then I might go elsewhere. The service here was HORRIBLE!

I’ve been a customer of this location every since the doors first opened 16 years ago. I’ve been receiving my mail here and I’ve seen employees come and go. This place has so much turnover the customer service is the worse and they are ALWAYS misplacing my packages or my mail. How ironic that the mail that I be missing the most be checks which seems very strange to me. The only reason I was still utilizing them is because I live on a corner lot and they either hit my mailbox or these young thieves are taking the mail and the packages. Then when you mention it to management they have such an idc attitude about it like it doesn’t even matter!!

The had the doors locked saying they are, temporarily, closed. No, explanation or anything. Very unreliable. There were workers on the inside, who, refused to answer the phone or door.

I use to work for UPS and at my store we understood everybody is under stress but the customer still comes first. Even the manager at the desk had a nasty attitude. This is the closest UPS store to us here in East-point they gotta do better. Get rid of that manager !!!
The guy that helped me was rude and had an attitude. Why work in a customer service job and you act like you hate working dealing with customers? Does it hurt to be friendly and polite when the customer is being pleasant to you? Only positive things were talking with the people in line and the long line did move fast.

The last straw, terrible store! Ive utilized this store for several years now to receive business packages from several of my vendors. Very crowded and busy with low energy staff and lost packages of late. The franchisee seems mostly hands off, but when he is around its clear where the low energy customer service comes from. The straw is, without notice, the store abruptly closed for renovations. No notice, nothing. Just completely closed for a week! Who does that? My packages are time sensitive. I could have diverted shipments had there been proper notice. COMPLETELY unacceptable. No phone calls answered and no email response. I will contact UPS Store corporate and complain. As for the store, I will expect a pro-rated refund which is fair considering the poor service I should ask for a full refund. Ill drive further to find a more professional, consistent store.
I have visited this store before and it was just okay, but it is near my home so I decided to go today. Bad decision....This location TOTALLY lacked professionalism and customer service. First, there was no proper greeting, but after handing the representative my package he walked away. I was like..hmmmm...is that it ( very confused)? So I said excuse me sir, he repliedyeah I asked if we were done and he replied yeah. I wasnt sure if I was suppose to receive tracking info or not, but HE WAS NOT interested in answering additional questions. Needless to say, I guess I will have to check out Fed Ex in this plaza for future shipping needs.
They need a drop box for pre-labeled UPS packages. Sometimes I have to wait in line 15 minutes just to drop my packages off and leave.

I have used this place for a while and it has been decent at best. I had a package delivered there and unfortunately the shipper did not put my box number. So, since they do not want to take the time and help me while i have been polite and patient. I continue to be told the person who signed for it is not here and they do not know where it is at. The staff gets irritated over nothing but having to do there job. Oh I dont feel like looking so why dont you come back later and we will see if we feel like it then.thats great customer service!!

Store hours says Notary services are available until close. I called just to verify and they said the person that handles notary services leaves at 5pm, but the store doesnt close until 7pm. I work until 6pm everyday so i thought i found a place that could help me out but i was wrong! This is called false advertisement.

I have owned a mailbox there for 10 yrs. The prior management was so much better. The new staff is SLOW and always understaffed. The average wait time is 20 plus minutes . They need to be replaced asap! I would suggest shipping through Staples or FedEx. These people are terrible!
I paid for an item to be shipped next day service, they said that the package got misorted. The package got there 2 days later, late evening. The shop charge an additional $150 for waiting on the part and fixing it after hours and the UPS store told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Very bad business. I spoke to both managers there. They claimed they called the 800 number to file a claim, but called me back too fast as I know how long it takes to be on the phone with UPS. Very bad business, I’m gonna report them to the BBB😡

When you go on this locations website, it clearly states that they are proud to offer USPS services at this location. After standing in line for 25 minutes, I was told by two store employees that I need to go to the Post Office. I even showed them the information listed on THEIR website. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past, and the trend seems to be, companies false advertising, and their moto, go somewhere else and do business, this type of attitude shouldnt be stood for. My money is good at ANY store. As is everyone elses.ALSO UPLOADED SCREENSHOT CLEARLY SHOWING WHAT IS AVERTED ON THEIR WEBSITE, WITH UNDERLINING.
A phone was mailed from that store and they lost the phone, but the box it was mailed in was found with no phone in it. And all they said was “it was lost,” with no further explanation. We went in and ask for an explanation. But we GOT YELLED AT BY THE MANAGER, JASON KAUFFMANN, and walked away rudely. He didn’t even work with us, he just walked away. Never came back either. Very disappointment about the service. I need an explanation for an $1000 dollar phone that I ordered and payed for. I would give a lower score for this store because the customer service is absolutely not to the standard of UPS.
I was charged 4 dollar for notary services. The notary commission states the charge is 2 per notary act. The reps hung up the phone an argued with me. The county issuing the notary license should reprimand them accordingly as they refused to even listen to me inform them of what the clerk authority told me.
We were helped by a young man named Jarod today. He was very helpful. He made our stop quick and painless. Workers like Jarod are why UPS continues to be my only source to ship. Great Job Jarrod. Thanks for the A+ service.
Horrible experience. I shipped a package on August 3rd. A confidential package mind you. It should have been delivered August 6th. August 23rd I called because package was missing. I was advised that a claim would be filed on August 26th. On September 5th I found out claim was not sent but was submitted that day and it would be 5 business days. It has now been 10 business days and still no communication. I am seeking legal counsel...
These people are highly rude and dont know anything going on smh...

I’ve used this location several times to ship out packages. They have messed up with sorting and scanning in my packages TWICE! Management was not very helpful. Will not be returning to this location even though it’s closest to me.

Jarod is a life saver! Had a laptop mixup at ATL airport security prior to catching a flight out west. Once the laptop was found I had a messenger/courier drop it to this UPS Store. Jarod packed it up perfectly and overnighted it to my trade show in Las Vegas. Jarod kept in touch with me every step of the way and the device arrived in perfect condition. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience with this location. Thank you so much again Jarod!

1 Star is too high!! Please look for another UPS Store in the area this one is a complete joke. I call and asked if I could have 3 packages shipped to the store for a work event in the area Jason the manager said no problem. All I would have to do is pay a small per package for a handling fee. I agreed and shipped 3 packages to the store. They then refused and returned one package back to the store in Ohio that I shipped from and then the next day when the other two packages arrived they refused them and sent them back to the nearest processing center to be held. The best part is they never called and let me know that they did any of this, I only found out from the when the one package was sent back to me in Ohio. When asked why they refused the packages after they said they would accept them they said they had a policy change within 12 hours of agreeing to accept the packages...I then asked why they did not call me to tell me about the packages and they said they did not need to. WHAT A JOKE!!!!Please use any other UPS Store.
