Friendly staff, drinks were yummy!

Dont go to Starbucks often and first time to this location. Had a breakfast sandwich and a hot chai tea latte. Sandwich tasted good, but muffin was a little tough. Tea latte was pretty good as well. Nothing spectacular though, but you wouldnt expect that from a chain restaurant.

Worst Starbucks ever. Be sure to never get a drink without ice. They will either load it up with ice bc these 13 yr olds cant read, or they leave you with half a cup to leave room for the ice you never wanted

I found this to be a quaint Starbucks conveniently located near the Petco we go to frequently. The very polite servers impressed me.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a small issue with my Starbucks card and Katie was Awesome. She effortlessly helped me navigate my issue and my food and drink was ready within minutes. Will definitely be back this is the BEST STARBUCKS that Ive been to in Washington state.

There was no flavor added, one girl thought another did it and the other girl thought the other girl added it. Qc needs to be revised, however the girls corrected their error and my drink was delicious.

Knowledgeable staff, but lack that hometown friendliness. Its a nice quiet environment - great for those wanting a place to do a little work. Outdoor seating is limited. Best place to get a Cake Pop though! Starbucks is a national leader in coffee establishments, but being a national leader call cause a business to miss the mark to really connect with their community.

My favorite Starbucks in Wenatchee. The baristas are some of the best people I know—they’ve dealt with the COVID crisis admirable and inspirationally.

I ordered online and when it got to my house one of my coffees was half empty and got one if my sandwiches wrong with everything cold, I will not be ordering here ever again.

Got my caffeine fix and they .she my drink quickly.My favorite part is that they ALWAYS make my coffee correctly, unlike a lot of other places.Definitely one of my favorite places and its always clean and inviting

Theyre very helpful in reminding me of what drink I get if I forget what its called. Sometimes early mornings before your caffeine fix your brain just isnt working quite yet and theyre there to help you out.

I just loved the atmosphere there the baristas were helpful in selection of items on their menu. They greeted me with a smile and offered the best customer service I have seen. The Interior was great a flow of people entering and exiting, its a like a hangout for people. My experience was the best and will continue to come back.

Not terrible but not okay. My drink was on the stand and no one said my name for over 15 min, stating it wasnt heard. The lobby is empty, there isnt a good excuse on why they are that slow. What kind of attitude are they giving customers? Ugh. 2 stars for the cleaning lady having the place very neat. 3 stars gone for the workers making the coffee.

The coffee ☕ is good there but sometimes is alot of people and it take time to get your coffee and went you are on a hurry

This Starbucks is a wonderful store with wonderful employees. Be prepared to be greeted by enthusiastic and friendly faces while ordering your daily cup of hot heaven. The manager, Ken, is awesome and very personable. If you want your coffee just the way you like it, look no further than this Starbucks.

Came in for a nice cool drink and a visit with my son and the staff was very nice and helpful in not only making our drinks but answering our questions.

Decent is decent as local shops are better but its dependable for a chain shop. They do have good breakfast sandwiches though.

Stellar. The staff here are always on point, extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly, even when they are slammed. The furniture layout is always good, the food and beverages are fantastic. They have never messed up a single order and my wife and I have been coming here for years.

I ended up leaving due to the fact that no and would help me I stood in line for almost 20 minutes without a single person asking if they could help so finally I turn around and just left

I ordered my drink online and went in to pick it up 15 minutes later just to find an empty cup with my name on it. I asked them to make my drink after watching them serve 10 people in front of me. All in all it took my 30 minutes to get my drink and made me 15 minutes late for work. This Starbucks has the slowest worst service and the whole staff really doesn’t seem to know what they are doing.

I use mobile order and they astound me at how fast they are. Morning crew rocks! (Afternoon crew lags a bit -- time to up your game, afternoon crew!) ;-)

The store cant really control its clientele. There were several retirees commandeering the sitting area with very strong opinions. Very boisterous environment not very conducive too quiet reflection or reading.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The crew is amazing. And my drinks are 90% of the time amazing, and when they arent they fix it and make my day.

I visit my elderly mother in E. Wenatchee periodically, and we go to this Starbucks. My only complaint is that the tables are NEVER clean. I understood the first few times when they were busy, but its gross to sit at a sticky, crummy table every time. They need to have at least one of their staff clean the tables regularly.

I might like this location the best in the valley. It’s typically less busy than the other locations and the staff is always friendly.

Im not too into paying six dollars for a coffee because im not a big fan of coffee. But I do like their pastry and other foods that they have there.

Best carmel frappes hands down. 2 best believe it or not is McDonalds Carmel frapps. Worst place is Dutch Bros no whip cream and dont put carmel on top.

Starbucks always has such great atmosphere with that lovely patterned tan wallpaper and fluffy dark wood furniture and cabinets stuffed with coffee related knick-nacks. I love their big glass case stuffed with sandwiches and pastry goodies.The people there are perpetually sunny and theres always a big variety of drinks--even a few novelties for folks who arent coffee people (their carmel apple spice, for example; or pumpkin hot chocolate around the fall season).Its a lovely little nook and right in the same complex as a pet store and a Game Stop and right across the street from the mall--so its very central and with outdoor seating in the warmer months not a bad place for people watching.

Worst Starbucks in East Wenatchee. Employees change your drink order when you ask for something with light ice. They fill the cup up all the way with ice. Disrespectful and rude. Needs work on costomer service.
