My husbands doctor sent an order for a Cpap to Apria. After 10 days I called to find out the progress. I was told they didnt have any information regarding my husband in their system. Funny, because the day the order was placed, I called Apria to make sure they received all pertinent information and was told they had received it. If I could give them minus 10 stars, I would. Also, Apria, dont bother writing a response. Your concern is hollow.

TERRIBLE! My daughter was supposed to get her CPAP machine back in MARCH. First, they lost the forms. Then, they claimed to be looking into insurance and said they would call back in a week. Well, that was months ago. I called 2 weeks ago and the kid who answered said shed call me back that same day. Hmmm, still waiting! Awful!!! I let UW Madison know to NEVER refer a patient to this company again.

If there were a negative star they would get 5. I have gotten no human support. I received my cpap machine in the mail with a DVD. Recently, my charge card had a charge from them and after talking to numerous people in Timbuktu, no one has a record of my bill. I actually sent the order by snail mail. I have yet to receive the supplies I ordered and paid for.

They were supposed to be sending me my cpap machine and attachments also a month ago!!!Ive received nothing, they wont return calls and Im still without a cpap!!!

Have done business with them fir 2 years. I can not remember 1 time they got the order right. They are also unprofessional.
