Got my daughter a nebulizer the same day when I couldnt get one through the DME store after waiting 3 days. Pleasant to deal with. Never needed DME so I have no previous experience but I appreciate the fact that I was given a temporary machine until I could get a permanent one.
Totally disorganized. Wasted my time twice on appointments after they asked me to reschedule. I needed a replacement CPAP and was going to have to wait another week. All ineeded was the machine. When I showed up at the time THEY asked me to reschedule to I couldnt get helped.Didnt need help understanding how to use it. Ive been using one for 10years, but insisted that i needed to be fitted for a new mask. After years of them mailing this stuff to me, and not requiring a fitting.So I moved on to a different provider and was helped same day.
Absolutely horrible custom service they wont come pick up the oxygen we have until after the two week mark so they can charge me again even though i stated we dont need it anymore i would suggest finding someone else to use
