Awesome customer service. Thumbs up to Tony at W. University went out of his way to help with car door opener, being disabled is difficult andMoney is tight for mechanic work. They kept giving me the runaround and were trying to get me to buy the most expensive part I needed for my car. They had me going from store to store looking for a part, and each store kept saying that the previous store had it. It was just an endless circle. So I went to OReillys.

Got what you need but not always call first to make sure.

Great service here at Advanced Auto they just about every part you might in stock if not they are capable of ordering it for you from their warehouses. I’ve found there staff to be the best around and they keep their stores very clean too

They came through once again for me. Ive been a customer for them for a good 10 years and this is the second time theyve really come through. A week ago I bought a lead and lithium-ion battery charger for my optima. My battery had just turned 3 years old and I wanted to extend its life. Well, a week later and my battery was completely dead! Fully charged a week ago and dead seven days later. Although against company policy, they applied the charger to a new optima and applied some discounts where a I got a VERY good deal. It just seemed like it was a battery discharger rather than charger. Just too coincidental to me. Anyway, Im very glad they saw it my way and gave me the breaks I thought I deserved.

Went to replace a battery and would not lend me a socket or rachet to remove the old battery. Not only this, but they would not help my mom change a brake light bulb. I told them I guess this isnt AutoZone. I will never return. They have been boycotted. Myself, parents and rest if family will not return. Do not go here if you need anything.

Bad service, bad battery,My daughter bought a new battery, because she need one for her car, bought the battery about 15 days ago, again my daughter car wouldn’t start, jump started car and told her to have the battery, and alternator checked, they check it said the alternator was bad replaced it 3 days ago, again car would not start, took the car the the Nissan dealer, was told the new battery was not good. Went back they would not warranty, or give me my money back because the battery was not good anymore .Had to buy another battery, and lost the money I paid to advance auto for the new battery that was not good.Last time I stop there, manager was not even helpful, or bothered to help us

Always came to this Advanced Auto Parts. Never a problem. Now the problem is, they charged me double on separate dates. Not shopping here again. I dont appreciate getting charged for something I didnt purchase.
