Worst customer service, they couldn’t return a hair straighter because I didn’t purchase the item at that jc penny. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I’m from the valley and they want me to go back to Victoria, Tx to return an item!!!! Are they out of their minds? Pretty much didn’t want to help me out & there was no manager to help me out.

Best service I’ve ever had!I have gone to stylist Joseph since 2013. I’ve followed him anywhere he’s worked. He’s amazing and very meticulous with his work. I could show him a picture of the color or style I want and he will give me what I ask for or even give me suggestions and make my hair look amazing. I recommend him to anyone who asks me where I get my hair done. He’s extremely friendly and talented! 10/10

I have been getting my hair done here (color & cut) with Joseph for the past 3 years and have loved it every single time! I’ve been stopped before in parking lots asking where I get my hair done! He always considers the health of my hair when discussing what to do with it and makes great recommendations for products and upkeep as well. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair as long as he’s doing hair in the RGV, and the only person I trusted to give my daughter her first haircut :)

They are super great here! It was my first visit and I’ll def become a regular now. They personalize the experience for you, without rushing you at all. At the price was super reasonable for the experience you get!

Ive been getting my hair done with Joseph for quite a few years now and I love his work! He helped me go platinum blonde and did a GREAT job with bleaching! honestly hes my favorite stylist (: ive never been disappointed.

Brought my 1 year old daughter in for her first haircut and I was very pleased with their service. Her hairstylist was awesome and very confident while working with her.

I love the way Daniel cuts hair even with a booking error he managed time well and was able to accommodate!

I went back in May and was attended by Alejandro. I got a balayage with blue coloring, the color faded within two days(not even exaggerating literally the day after it was faded). However, the worst part is that he overcharged me. I should have known that when his coworker questioned the way he was charging me that I should have been more careful of what I was paying for. I was charged 2 glossings and 2 dyes even though at that time my hair was shoulder length. Needless to say I will never go back to that location again.

Quick and efficient, they had me in and out within the hour. I hear been going to the Ulta near by but they are slow and dont always do what I want. Jessica was super sweet and did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be going back.

Wow! When you are left speechless because of the attention and service. Joseph and the staff went above and beyond. Through no fault of their own, there was a mishap with a product I brought in. This is the worst hair salon I’ve ever been to in my life I got charged 170$ to get blonde hair and the lady left me with bleach in my hair for more than an hour and my hair ended up falling off and it was yellow and had spots and it was so ugly I had to wait two whole months to go back to brunette so I basically paid for nothing!! I had to also cut a bunch of layers not to mention my hair is short so now I’m always struggling to dye my hair. And the lady said she’s give me a refund and then blocked me on Instagram WORST salon ever don’t get your hair done here! Some may have good experiences but I wouldn’t risk it I would never recommend this place to anybody. I HATED everything about it. Horrible work horrible service save yourself the money

Honestly... Very mad right now. My sisters wedding is today and im the MOH (maid of honor) and I was supposed to have an appointment at 11am. Got here at that time and the lady said my lady was still doing someone else hair. They also asked me what time I needed to be gone and I said 12.... Now its 11:20 and I should have been in the chair and already having my hair done... This is very bad service... (update: its 11:40am, still havent gotten my hair done.)

Shout out to Gio from the Jcpenny salon on Trenton and the expressway!I had a really messed up ombré (the transition was horrid) I went during my lunch for a quote only. Thats when he promised to have me back at work by noon (it was 10:30) I agreed and my god I was so happy!!! My hair was not only fixed but he magically made my hair feel healthier than before from all the bleach and removed mostly all of my split ends.... with out cutting any length!!! Hes so easy to talk to so time flew by quick, the price wasnt bad for the results and service I received, and I was back at work on time :) Im definitely recommending him and definitely going back for touch ups. Thank you so much Gio!!!

Some stylist named los Angeles did my hair a couple months back and she fried my hair I asked for light brown highlights and she gave me three different colors and my hair was broken and falling the manager Erica did nothing besides charge me for the disgusting mess she did and told me someone that knows what they are doing could fix it but Id be charged again horrible experience ever
