You will wait for a little over an hour to get your medication and god forbid you have a question after you leave. You will not be able to get a hold of them. The sad thing is that they aren’t understaffed. The workers just move super slow and half the time they are just talking with each other. They need better management.

Very unprofessional ! Will never return to this pharmacy. I made a appointment for two of my children for their covid vaccine. I get there 30 minutes before their appointment to check in and I still had to make a line. I was in for 45 minutes and when I get to the window the young lady tells me we are not vaccinating anymore because it’s after 8 pm I told her I had a appointment then she proceeded to ask for my insurance which I forgot to take but I thought vaccine was free. All the people in front of me got their vaccine for free. Well my Children were not vaccinated because I needed my my insurance card. I called the manager and he just said there was nothing he could do and his employee at window started talking all over him ! Very unprofessional don’t go to this pharmacy will be calling corporate office .

Trying to get ahold of the pharmacy is the worst! I had been on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on! Getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Not the first time it happens either.

I like that is store is very well organized. Whoever manages it makes sure to have the store appearance look great. I have never had the need for photo or pharmacy, but I like the products they offer at the store.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The staff never answers the phone and I end up waiting 20+ mins just for a simple question! The only time they answer is to tell you if you could please hold. Taking my business elsewhere. I prefer Conquest Pharmacy because they actually answer phone calls.

Absolute worst service take forever to fill prescriptions closed down early the other day, when I was I need of pain medication for a tooth and they said they could not fill the perscription because they were already closing up shop and now we are in the middle of this hurricane and I am in absolute horrible pain and am goi Nd to have to go to the pharmacy in this horrible weather, also I have called 15 times and gotten no one to answer my calls and this is not the first time as it is a reoccurring theme anytime I callThis store absolutely horrible.

Been shopping at this store for 8 years. Wouldnt go to any other Walgreens. Staff and management are excellent. Pharmacy is five(5) star customer service. Pharmacists and techs are excellent.

Call the store see if they have an item only to be placed on perpetual hold they dont even answer when rings again just placed back on hold.

Their customer service is terrible. Calling the pharmacy is almost impossible! I havent gotten anyone to answer.. I wouldnt be surprised if people stop using Walgreens pharmacy services.

I come here often, but not for the pharmacy. The service Ive received has been friendly and courteous. If anything, they are a little understaffed, but they move people around when needed.

I have been using Walgreens for years. I just moved across town and now pharamacy has issues with my payment card and saying I dont have insurance. Awful service. Im going back to my old pharamacy even thoughits across town.

Good pharmacy usually get meds there pharmacists are cool always get my meds on time. Complaints about meds not being ready is just another day in pharmacy Id like to see anyone have a script ready in 15min while there are about 560+ ahead

The service sucks. They discrimanted my friend and I. I wanted to buy a prepaid card and they wanted to see my ID, my friend had to use his ID and they say they couldnt use it. First of all im not buying alcohol or cigarettes im not trying to open a bank account either. The manager was super rude as well, asking me why dont you have your ID? Whats up to him wheres my ID.. Ive boughten cards before from that store and have never asked me for an ID. They are prepaid cards thats the point of it i wanted the card to make a payment and thats it. Im calling coorporate tomorrow this is not going to stay like this. Ruined my night because a stupid preapid card. 😡😢

The pharmacy takes hours an they never answer the phone. The customer service at the pharmacy is really bad. I dont use this location at all. I been taking my mom there for about a year. She finally changed to another pharmacy.

All Walgreens Pharmacies are the worst. Still waiting in line to drop off prescription 20 minutes later. What is the purpose of have a drive thru??!!

The drive threw pharmacy service is horrible every time I come.Today I waited in line for 25 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me.👎🏻👎🏻I would not recommend this pharmacy at all for pick up.Very bad service I came inside and there was only two people working,and neither of them were at the drive threw.

Disappointing!!!!!Went on a Thursday at 7:10am thinking it would be open since its posted that the store opens at 7 am... Found several people waiting outside.. Get it together Walgreens and open the store ON TIME!!!!!!!
