3rd time i come and order my drink with extra caramel drizzle and they don’t add extra so i pay for nothing! All the other location do add EXTRA unlike this location. Not only that when you mobile order they don’t place your drink in the designated area for mobile orders. & they also don’t count the pumps they put for the white chocolate mocha they have it in a container and just pour without measuring so if u add extra pumps they wont even give u what u ask for again wasting money.Adding pictures of the location on 10th st where they do give u what u pay for EXTRA caramel drizzle.

Went in the last 15 minutes to close and they were very professional, patient and kind. Food and drinks were made to perfection.. Very satisfied ♥️♥️

This place is a bit further from other Starbucks but the service is always worth it and Red is great! They were very kind and upbeat instantly boosted my day!

I ordered a grande iced white chocolate mocha but they gave me a tall. And when I told them that they just added creamer or milk to my drink to fill it up. It didn’t even taste like coffee after that, just straight milk. Here’s a photo of the same drink my sister (left) got vs mine (right)

Never been inside No clear sign to indicate where to order when you walk in you get the hello welcome but no how can I help you they’ll have you standing around waiting like if you are a painting stood on the please wait here sticker until I for ignored so long someone else came in and got helped right away. Other then that they had nice cashiers

Love this location! My top favorite out of the other 2 I like. — S. 10th and Cage location.They are always, always, upbeat and nice!Their baristas make my coffees the way I like. I never have to ask for extra this or that!I hope that you all can add a tip feature on the app, because I never carry cash :( but you all work so hard and always have a great attitude 😎Thanks for all you do, especially during this pandemic

This place is contaminated. This place would be the only Starbucks i would go to. But for the past month or so i had to stop. Every time i would get starbucks here my stomach would hurt like hell. Until i decided to try another starbuck and order the same thing without a problem no side effects after drinking my coffee. I got tested and it came positive for hpylori. Please be aware and if you got the same thing from this dirty place,please contact me.

Starbucks is overpriced for coffee but they have the best customer service Ive ever seen. They train their staff very well so I guess that makes up for their high prices and coffee is great so 5 stars all the way.

Helped my bf pick out the perfect gift, customer service goes above and beyond on more than 8 occasions personally. The food is hot and fresh, not soggy and gross. The drinks take less time than the store in mission to get out and they never forget the milk substitute unlike the others.

Generally-speaking an excellent experience...goes without saying the most expensive cup of coffee in town. Fortunate that I dont drink coffee. 🤣 The team is solid, they know my order and how I like things prepared, they are affable and professional. Difficult to appreciate the authentic Starbucks experience, without being able to sit at a table and schmooze, people-watch and/or work. Right now, Bux really is missing that 3rd place (Home, Work, Starbucks) vibe. Hopefully, 2021 will see everything normalize and, once again, Bux will be back!

I always order Caramel Frappuccino at Starbucks and many different locations. The drink at this location used to be very good. Its not the same anymore. Ive been coming back and have the barista re-do my drinks 3 times this month. Coffee tastes like water. Its the waste of time when I have to drive back just for it.

This was my first time trying starbucks because I dont like coffee too much but the drink I ordered was good the service was also great. I didnt know what to order but they didnt make me feel rushed, they also understood everything I was saying. Starbucks is a great place for a drink with friends and I personally really enjoyed the experience.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. This is the only starbucks i go to and have been going there since it opened with no problems. The baristas are amazing. Except today. Today was horrible. Beyond horrible. Not only did they get my order wrong but they then gave me the correct order in a used cup. How f$@#king disgusting!! Of course i was using the drive thru so by the time i noticed it i was well on my way to work. So i paid $7 for a coffee i couldnt drink. As someone who works hard for their money i dont have $7 to waste. Seriously rethinking my loyality to them.

They get it right every time and always fast service; I am a very happy customer!

The coffee I had, delicious in flavor. My only disliking about this Starbucks, is due to the lack of knowledge on drinks. They had no knowledge of flavors or ingredients in the drinks I had questions about. Train your staff. Update there knowledge on new drinks.Makes the experience twenty times better.Guest informed about the product will make there way back to this location for the great flavor and knowledge about the flavors. Workers are polite though. Still recommend.

This place is so good and have so much to choose from! My favorite is the Green tea frappe! It’s very good. I also LOVED THE WITCHES BREW but sadly it was taken away and I was so looking forward to it this year but they had no special drink for this Halloween... :( but still an amazing place! Do stop by! Also get the app and the more points you get and earn prizes and for your birthday you get anything free.

A very nice, rather upscale Starbucks. Despite it being a young, college crowd, I was surprised that it had more sophisticated architectural elements, such as wood beams to keep the eye from immediately noticing the industrial roof above. Other Starbucks will not put this kind of design into their store. It might cost a couple thousand more, but it definitely lends an air of class. Great coffee, as usual, not loud, and enough tables. I will definitely be back, as it was nice and clean inside, and the service was, as always, friendly.

If there was an option for zero stars I would give it to them! How could they not limit the amount of cups one can buy like that doesn’t even make sense! They had the opportunity to control the situation and instead decided to just sell 10 cups to the first customer at the drive thru window.

As a frontline nurse that needs coffee this location is always closed because they say they are “short staffed”. The mobile order never works for this location and for someone who walks here I don’t have a car to go through the drive thru and they have me order at the drive thru window with cars. Very dangerous. Keep your walk up options open and quit closing down mobile orders for people they need it the most.

Nice place. Remodelled a couple years ago and looks really trendy. Good coffee, friendly staff, comfortable and abundant seating. Gets extremely busy between 7am and 11am, so plan for lines and delays, 95% of the time caused by other customers being idiots. They seem to be able to roll with the punches though, usually they make up for dumb people being dumb by being quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Great place to sit and relax or study with reliable wifi and an assortment of styles of music.

This store refused me service and said they “preferred me to go to a different store” because they were “closed” yet served the 2 cars in front of me coffee.

First off.GET THE APP. It’ll make your life so much easier and less anxious if you’re in a crunch. This place DOES get lines so save some time, order ahead, park, and hop on in! The times that I’ve ordered appwise my stuff has been ready within 1-5 minutes (it helps to order ahead of time).Secondly.Oh. My. GOSH the staff is super friendly and the place is the perfect place to study or have a small meeting! I always come here when I’m in the area.

Good today at times it is very packed but thats normal with high demand and other factors. Store is consitent with cleaning level lobby and floor and also sometimes bring drinks to your table which I find a cherry on top keep up the good work

Its a very nice Starbucks but its kinda small and gets easily packed due to its proximity with the university. Be prepared for waits and lines and seat hunting. Its a good Starbucks and is well staffed and everyone is working hard its just small place to handle so many customers

Very mismanaged and no consideration

I like their teas but I recommend buying the tea and making it at home. Saves you money and time. But everyone thinks different and I respect they have their Starbucks on a daily basis.

They easily get swamped during peak periods, but thats the price you pay for being popular! Everybody is very friendly and helpful. I am sorry, however, that they no longer carry the grilled cheese . Theres only one other lunch sandwich I can eat - the mozzarella tomato panini - and I dont really like it.

This Starbucks has terrible customer service, I waited in line for 8 minutes before I was asked for any help while I was standing in front of the cashier and I ordered my drink online and people that just recently got here, got their drinks before I did. I had to cancel my order due to the longer wait afterwards, don’t recommend. They had a full lobby.
