This place is amazing. Every time I need money they always help me no matter what I bring them. The employees are amazing and attentive as soon as you walk in. I’ve been to other pawn places and no one ever helps until you ask for it. They are respectful and very welcoming. I always go back thanks to everyone and their hospitality.

Rude Asst. Manager named Luis most definitely needs more training. Been there many times to only buy and its the first time I was treated rudely for simply asking a price. If it wasnt for one of the other associates that knew I was a regular and was friendly it be a 1 star. Still a good place for deals as long as you dont deal with Rude Luis there.

I always go pawn my stuff . Most of the time they give me a fair price. This is the second time this guy name George, rude mother####Trying to low ball. Today they lost a customer. You all need to go to first cash pawn . Friendly worker and they dont try to low ball you.

This pawn shop doesnt deserve to be compared with any other locations. I have had my share of shady practices over the years in many other locations. But this Cash America located here on 902 E. University has been the best Costomer care I have experienced. Not only the best staff I have delt with, but it is one of the best customer service. I would consider Costomer service at this location second to none. I have delt with the following personnel frequently. Assistant Manager Melissa Rosales has been one of the best assistant managers I have ever delt with personally.Her staff including Carina, Mariana, Rigo, Joe, Mauro and others have also been extremely knowledgeable when it comes down to pricing and selling items. Additionally Aside from Attentive customer service assistant manager Melissa has a warming smile and great customer service she has always exceeded to go beyond any expectations I have ever come across. I personally commend her and her staff directly for all the great customer care and Service including respect they have shown me.

The new manager Oscar is extremely terrible. His attitude towards his customers is at a level of sarcasm and and looking down on you like hes better than you that is beyond unprofessional. I have on several occasions been not only offended by his attitude and remarks, but his demeanor. I try everything I can to not have to deal with him but this all new staff is very unorganized and not knowledgeable at all in their products. Very dissapointed with what has become of this location since it had been under new management. The customer service in general is beyond sub-par. The manager will just about mock you to your face when and if you are late or have any issues. Its disappointing that as a customer who had spent 11 years giving this location my business and spending a lot of money here that I will now be looking to take my business elsewhere and will make all of my friends and family aware of this situation that has happened to me multiple times, (so you cant say I didnt give this location a chance) so that none of them will have to endure this type of unprofessionalism.
