My husband just went into the cricket in el reno Oklahoma to PurchaseA new cell phone for me due to mine being broken. I was on video chat while he was buying the phone. I want to give a huge thank you to the Employee Chris for doing such amazing job. His customer service skills are 100 percent percent. Thats what I love to see and to be treated like family. Keep up the good work chris. Also he knew so much about every phone I had asked about. Never once said Im not sure. I really wanted the A32 but it was sold out so he pointed me to the next best phone witch was the Motorola G stylus. Thank you for being so kind and amazing chris.😁

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have been with Cricket for several months now and when i came into this store a lady named Cristal was very rude! I never write reviews, but I refuse to let her get away with treating me the way she did. All I wanted was to get help with certain features on my phone and to also get a new phone case. I do not appreciate her being inconsiderate and unhelpful. I will never come to this store again. I would also like for the Area Manager to get in touch with me. Thank you!

Cricket is the biggest scamers in the business buy new stuff that dont work to bad your out of your money. Been with them along time but time to leave for good.

Would not recommend coming to this cricket store. The manager there elisa quoted me a price, & was going for the highest price. Not only that she was very rude, & was irritated because we did not want to purchase any of their cases. She dropped the phone I bought, & said oops. Her customer service is terrible. & they are not the best deal. Would rather go to the Yukon store.

This is my main place for service. All the ladies that have helped me has always been nice and kind and willing to give me the best deals possible. Im very happy with the phone service and customer service that Ive been an active Cricket customer for 3 or 4 years now cause of this store. Recommend to everyone who uses cell phone service

Very disappointed with their customer service. My husband and I have been paying our bill here for years and have never had an issue until recently. The colored lady who I believe is the store manager, is very rude towards the Hispanic community. She treated a Hispanic family very poorly when they had came in to pay their bill before me, getting frustrated with them because she they did not speak English. When they had left the store, she had made a comment to another employee saying “we’re in America, they need to speak English”. I will not be taking my service here any longer, I would suggest to future customers to take your service else where.

At this specific store, the manager Elecia is very rude & careless towards her employees feelings & just to them in general. Not a good look! I refuse to look into cricket now.

Dont ever use the payment plan they have. cost you double the phone cost plus 171.00 dollors a month..The girl. Selling me rhe phone said 50.00 a month..haha right
