Update: I will update my review to say after seeing this they did give the credit finally. Its a little disappointing it took months and a negative review to fix the issue. My husband had been in multiple times/called multiple times. We are satisfied that is corrected now.I would not recommend switching over without in writing the details. My husband switched from Verizon to T-Mobile after I was considering switching all our business lines over. They told him if he switched they would pay off his old phone at Verizon once he received his final bill. It took Verizon over a month to send the final bill in the process we had paid his phone off at over 700 dollars. He went in to the store and they told him suddenly his phone wasnt on the approved list and they were not reimbursing us for paying it off. The reason I gave it two stars instead of one is one of the workers fought to try to get it reimbursed because he got him all switched over and knew they had told him they would reimburse it with the final bill. In the end the manager refused to honor the deal. I would not recommend anyone switching if still owing on phone. You may end up footing the bill and being disappointed that they change their terms conveniently before the final bill can be submitted.
I am a 12-year T-Mobile customer. The reason I stay with T-Mobile is because of the employees. They are customer service oriented and always take the time to meet my needs.I had another excellent experience when I purchased a new phone today. Kris helped me by answering all my questions and getting my phone set up. He was professional and knowledgeable.The manager was there (sorry I didnt get your name) and I could tell she knows about the industry and understand customers needs.I highly recommend this store for a 5 star experience!

My husband has been in several times and they still havent done what they are supposed to. We went in today to add a line that it says we have available and their saying we dont have one available. Definitely DO NOT reccomend TMobile in elreno!

I did not like going in the store and being rude to some tall girl named Hannah was a little to rude for my taste and would roll her eyes when I kept asking questions had another person try helping me but he didn’t seem like he knew anything either…couldn’t do anything cause no managers were even there I swear I would give them no stars if I could

This location is always slow. My family has been here 3 times and each time took almost an hour if not more. On one occasion I actually left, dropped someone off at home, came back, and still waited in the car for 30-40 minutes.

I don’t recommend this store I have gone in and twice and have been told different things about switching…I talked to some girl name Hannah who seems to act like she is manager and she was not very helpful if she was she kept saying something about metro this metro that I needed something from them to switch and then it’s like she just rolls her eyes and head when you don’t understand I rather pay and arm and a leg and go with Verizon I swear
